Dangarang! I am not even halfway through playing final fantasy tactics: the lion war on vita. [ fft was my favorite game of all time, and I am both loving and hating the remake]. I LOVE in depth strategy rpg’s on a handheld.
It is so awesome to see the vita’s library start to evolve (new psp games being made to boost the backwards library{drools at carnage heart}!!!!!), and it is truly wonderful to see something like 4/8 of the full size (and well done) vita games on the plus offerings.
I’ve been hoping for some older ps1 rpgs to come through plus, getting wild arms for free(for owning a vita) was great but there are so many more.
Times trial for Bioshock?! Niiiicceee. This’ll s settle it for me if I should buy. If this could happen more often for new games I’d be a happy camper…great to have that option on launch day.

Vita is overpriced, therefore nothing for me. Not paying $300 for a HANDHELD console that is ridiculous sony.
These Vita-only updates scare me about PS+ when we haven’t really been getting that great of games like we used to.
(I expect u to comment back and say “Wah, you get enough to make your moneys worth!”.. not really if i don’t enjoy over 80% of the games… i’m not into SP games.)
Can anyone tell me if Uncharted and Gravity Rush will continue to be available for free to Ps Plus Users?
Disgaea 3, you’re awesome and Imma let you finish, but Crash and Spyro PS1 Classics for Vita would be the best announcement of all time.

Disgaea 3 for PS+ is amazing. Probably my favorite game ever added to the IGC. A big title like Bioshock Infinite as a timed trial is also great.
I am tempted to buy Costume Quest and Stacking at those prices. If the DLC were also discounted in a package I would be 100% sold on them.

In any case? The Vita is hardly overpriced for what you get, and I don’t think it was EVER $300.

I have a quick question about the $10 back promotion. The OP states it ends the end of March and I take that as 3/31. However, the link provided states (in a reply) that it goes through 4/1 (ending in 4/2). It’s only 24 hrs but I’d like to know if I have to make my purchases by Sunday night.

I think 300$ is for the Wi-Fi & 3G plan. 250$ for the Wi-Fi version only.
There’s no good reason to get the 3G model, to be honest, and as I said, for the current price, what you get IS worth it.
Sad to see a good game like Spec Ops the Line only stay in the collection for one month while bad games tend to stay for months on end I hope this pattern ends soon.

I would have loved the news if they have come a month ago, but now I actually have the game, and it´s a pretty new one, less than a month purchase, should have used my credits in another one if I have know before… :( Hard times man ( No need to buy somenthing if you will receive it anyway, I´m a little sad, my precious money) But I think it´s okay, hope they dont take atelier totori next month, I haven´t even played it yet… All for the great cause lets say, at least more people will be able to play the game, and now that a erased the file with almost 99% characters without saving it in the clouds…rsrsrs It´s kinda funny I think, but it´s okay anyway,I´m more corcerned now it how I will get the money to buy my PS4 for, kind feel happy having a Vita if I will come to buy the PS4…
But I have to Say, Disgaea 3 is a great game, some nights without sleeping playing it, I wolud really love to see 4 in vita, or some 5 new game, with internet interaction and all :)
One question, I pre-ordered BioShock and would like to know, if I join plus, and set my auto update for 12 PST will it grab these games while I sleep?

ill be smashing things in red faction for sure. Something unrelated but on my Vita when i go online to the playstation blog once the page loads completely it just refreshes and loads again. In order to view the blog i need to stop the load process before it finishes. It would be cool to have an app on the vita that takes you to the blog in a clean and easy to use way. also if it would keep you logged in if you access it from your device for easy commenting or something. I get on the blogg multiple times a day and read it very diligently. Just a thought.

the updates have been really good this month. i would like to see NBA Street 1 as a ps2 classic and Duke Nukem forever and the dlc got to PS Plus either free or with a big discount.

my vita’s browser ALWAYS refreshs constantly untl I push stop right before the page is finsished loading. also, the browser seems to have trouble leting me get through password entering. otherwise the browser is pretty solid.

PS+ is rocking these days. So worth it!
In truth I haven’t gotten into playing Disgaea yet despite having the chance to do so on the PS2 and DS. Glad to see it on the IGC so I could give it another chance and hopefully, the mechanics will stick. I like strategy so Disgaea should be a good fit.

I saw someone say that they had a “problem that they like to have” with all the free offerings of playstation plus. and i have got to agree with him. its kind of cool that i have a who collection of games on my vita and the only one i paid for was playstation all-stars, cause i had uncharted then it became free so i was like oh time to trade this in. So i would like to say loud and clear THANK YOU PLAYSTATION for all you have given me and i can’t wait to get the PS4 day one cause i know i won’t get screwed by you.
Can you just add both the capcom collection to the Vita Store….. I bought them last week on the online store, thinking my Vita will really make those gems shine…. And poof, at th moment i wanted to download them, a message poped up… I am in serious pain since…

How come the PSP compatibility list isnt really improving for quite some times now. Soon the PSP will be out of the game, and Only Vita will be able to access the store, the FULL backcatalogue should be available by this time dont you think ?

been waiting all month for Disgaea 3. Great having PS+ when u own a VITA and a PS3. IMO the VITA’s killer app is PS+
Also LoL at ppl saying the VITA is overpriced when a majority of them will buy phones that cost more every 6-8 months. That said it does suck that the VITA price drop only happened in JPN.

You have got to be kidding me. I didn’t pay $50 for free games for a system I do not have. PS Plus free games need to come out for the PS3 and Vita every week. Not one or the other. I’m seriously getting tired of this. It’s the fourth or fifth time now, and I have recommended plus to people because it gives free games to the Vita. We’re not all filthy rich or spoiled little brats. Give me free games for my PS3. The Vita is crap anyway.
