This was posted on the Blog on May 7/13 by Bobby Loertscher ; is it still valid ?

“Now you’re probably wondering, “Why did I buy this for Zen Pinball 2 when I could have bought a game with different features?” Don’t worry, young Padawan, we thought about that too. If you’ve already bought the tables in Zen Pinball 2, you are entitled to download Star Wars Pinball at no charge! This means you can unlock the tables in Zen Pinball 2 and in Star Wars Pinball with one purchase – and both games are Cross Buy entitled with Vita, so if you’re huge Star Wars fans like us, you can have the game under four different roofs for the price of one.”

@41 Techincally the pre-order is a content item. Therefore, the “content item” is a “new release”.

Also, Yay SD Square Pack! Boo, it has to be from their not Final Fantasy games…

So even on PS3 Ranger Mode for Metro: Last Light is ($4.99) … sad :(. Don’t have the money right now to pre-order it to have a full game but than I’ll want to buy the game I’ll need to put an extra 5$ for this Mode that was supposedly should come with the game for free but not as a DLC for 5$, next what multiplayer section will be released for 30$, what a shame what publishers and developers are doing.

I’m sorry, but the new store is a complete mess. Let me walk you through a typical transaction on your store. This has happened to me on numerous occasions since the store has been changed.

I decide to play Tiger 2012 The Masters since I have not played it in a long time. I no longer have any of my DLC on my hard drive. This includes the online pass that is required to play the game online. Simple fix, just go the the PS store and download the online pass again. I search for Tiger and find the game. I click on the game and begin to look through all the DLC. I notice that there is a section just for online passes, so I click it and it shows that I need to pay $9.99 again. This doesn’t make any sense because I own the content already. Now my customer experience is going bad quickly. The only way to get access to my content is then to LOOK THROUGH THE 1500 ITEMS THAT ARE IN MY DOWNLOAD LIST.

This has to be the worst customer experience possible. This is only one example. I have been dealing with this for awhile now. About a third of my content is not checked off as bought in the store but shows that I own it in my download list.

Will this ever be fixed?

Sold.

The second question is last week I downloaded Sleeping dogs from the Online store and the next day when I turned on my PS3 it was already loaded on my PS3. Now when I went back to the online store it shows as waiting for all the sleeping dogs and the DLC. Why wouldn’t it be removed or say downloaded on to PS3?

I am going to assume you are being coy.
On the off chance you aren’t, may I suggest the PSN team use that to leverage games?
1: approach devs of games released 6 months to a year ago
2: “put your game on the + free list, we’ll give you X dollars per download, then the same week you put the DLC for that game on sale, BOOM, you just had a cash influx from an old game that wasn’t bringing you much”
3:?
4:profit!
