Many of you saw the announcement last Friday of Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception, XCOM: Enemy Unknown, and LittleBigPlanet: Karting. In addition to those, I’m here to drop some new content and sales for this week’s PlayStation Plus update, which include Machinarium coming free for PS Plus members, and an E3 2013 sale on some of the biggest games available digitally. UNCHARTED 3: Drake’s Deception (PS3) Single Player and Free to Play Multiplayer Bundle

I guessed correctly. I was going to get uncharted 3 playstation 3 bundle, but I chose Ac 3 ps3 bundle, hoping to get drake for free instead.

Says the Uncharted Bundle is 40GB due to fat it’s carying all those Language Packs and Single 3D Movies. But you don’t have to install them but the Free to Play is a required install. So someone tell me the actual file size with Single Player game and free to play.

Morgan replied the other day that you need 90 GB of space to download UC3, but after the download and install is complete it takes up 45 GB of space on your HDD.
Tomb Raider also comes with Quantum Conundrum, so if you wanted that game too, $20 for plus memebers is a steal for both games.

45GB? I found a post on the Naughty Dog forums saying the free to play was necessary to get the singleplayer to work so that’s not a big deal and the language packs aren’t a problem if I have to download those too, but I can skip the 3D movies right?

for uncharted 3. i know its 40+ gigs to download. but what from that bundle do i have to install in order to have the single player game to work?? also, i dont have a 3d tv so i dont know if the 3d movie add-on needs to be installed.

You have to download the multi-player for sure. I don’t have a 3D TV either, but I downloaded everything just in case.
@233 Nerox32, we ps vita owners have the right to whine because we are promised to get lots of AAA title / crossplay ps3 titles. Now on it’s almost 2 years, we are not getting what we deserved. Only around 10 – 15 crossplay ps3 title and all of it are not even worthy to call AAA titles. We paid 300$+ for this psvita and we got only 2 upcoming AAA game. That’s a huge slap for vita owners. I literally now mean that psvita is dead.
okay, that’s it, i am no longer checking this blog on my phone. I completely misread all the games that would be free today. i’m at my ps3 and i’m so totally surprised.

I just finished installing Uncharted 3. It looks like you can get by with just the singleplayer content, the 2d movie pack, and the free to play multiplayer pack. The singleplayer game is launched from within the multiplayer one instead of the other way around. I haven’t actually started a game yet though.
Should I Get Tomb Raider at the awesome price its at or save that money for The Last Of Us?

Single Player for uncharted does not work.
@kropodra yes it does you need to download the 2D Movie Pack (13GB), UC3 Single Player(10GB) and the Multiplayer (4.6GB) and it will work just started playing Single Player.
So for Uncharted 3 for PS+ members, does it include the unlimited level? Or do we still have to purchase the level unlocks and map packs and whatnot?
