Rainbow moon was great for discounts, would’ve been better if it was free there would’ve been less hate for having it up as an unknown indie game as part of plus sales.
I noticed that there has been a couple requests for racing games and you all have yet to act on that, honestly I still have a sour taste in my mouth from all those fighting games that you had back to back to back to back to back to back to back to back. :P not sure what the deal was with that but you should of held out to space them. last thing we want of any type is to get a huge overflow, it just makes the game less special. So don’t go throwing a whole set of racing games at us after seeing this!
Personally I would always love a turn based rpg whether vita, ps3, ps2, or ps1
BF3 only good game but I haveit on disk if I were to download the ditail one would I get then map pack that was free with limited edtion or not
Can we have a JRPG on Plus for a change?
This month update is pretty disappointing for me as a PS+ User as i do not kike anything other than the discounts.
Meh,this is officially the worst month to date for IGC. BF3 is ok, but without the RtK DLC at least, doesnt feel like a full game. IMO all the rest are actual “bad” games (JSR is ok, but we already got that on vita!), but even if you don’t agree with that, it is probably the worst value month… all those games couldve been purchased with a single 5 dollar bill at one point.
And will you guys ever reduce the price on Siren: Blood Curse? Underrated gem that few know about.. and still 40$ for a now ancient game? I finally just imported the whole thing for 12$, s&h and tax included. Missing out on easy money there… is all Im saying.
Amazing update guys. Battlefield 3 is a MUST HAVE for ANY gamer. One of the best games of this generation. If you don’t have this game and you pass this on even when it’s free… stop gaming immediately. That is all.
Can you guys at the PS+ team organize another survey where we can vote for what kind of game we would love to see on IGC and what genre we would prefer not to see. It took you guys a while to realize that majority of us don’t want to see any more fighting games (or maybe you guys just ran out of any more fighting games to offer). This will probably help you guys gather more feedback from subscribers.
On a another note, i would really like to read a writeup of what goes behind closed doors on how a title gets selected for IGC. What do you guys have to deal with? Publishers, Developers, any legal issues, does current retail price of a game matter? what about number of copies of a game sold? It would be interesting to find out which factors effect that decision.
When will we see PS Vita IGC bigger games (Gravity Rush, Uncharted and Wipeout) rotate out to make room for some bigger titles on the Vita? They’ve been there since I think it was Nov. 2012. That’s 7-8 months now.
I wouldn’t mind except I already bought 2 of those 3 games before PS+ was announced for Vita. Would like to see something like:

Hi Morgan, my opinion that plus is great but for Vita owners its a little bad. We had many fighters free over last months and now on sale a fighter :) I mean you went little overboard with fighting games. Not that a MK is a bad game and that a sale this good is wrong but maybe some racer game on sale like this for vita or generally sale on other genre of games. Hoping that next week will have better sales for Vita.

If I had a PS Vita, the Metal Slug addition would be great. However, I don’t. And since I already own BF3, this month is going to blow… total let down after the great month we just had.
Pretty sweet month for Plus. Never a big fan of BF games because I don’t like playing online that much, but always wanted to try the single player, and now I get to do it for free. JetSet has always been in my field of view and finally get to play it. And played the first OddWorld when you gave it for free on Plus Europe so I now get to play the second on Plus America. Very sweet update, will be waiting tomorrow on my buying account for the update to kick in and saturate the servers as I try to download BF3 the same time as many thousand users try to do the same.
I was hoping for ico/ shadow collection. I dont like fps but hey thats what people ask for, a racing game have never been given in the history of igc if you guys have not noticed. Or an actual sport game like madden or fifa, players arent always looking to kill people online.
Looks like I’ll have to wait for a while. Only things that interest me are Dokuro and Munch’s Oddysee.
I’m not into shooters or JSR at all.
I hope we get more JRPG’s on the IGC soon. Also I’d love Ico/Shadow of Colossus collection soon.
Or even something stranger like Hyperdimension Neptunia 2.
@UnrealButcher, I’m thinking that they might do this yearly. So the year’s best all in the yearly IGC swap.. not sure, though.. they might switch out one like they did with the PS3 one before the big one.
I wouldn’t mind NFS :) As well as Resistance.. cause I returned it a bit too fast.. and I miss the multiplayer every now and then..
As for RPGs and AAA games for Vita, I wouldn’t count on too many of them on PS+ because there aren’t that many in the first place
BF3 is a great update.. just rebought my ps3 and have been dodging FPS multiplayer games… good change of pace.
I think EA took off the online access code, right? So this game should typically be online playable..
I really wanted Dokuro for the longest time but I had an inkling.. Lookin’ to Plat. that.

It renews 3 months at a time. You can turn it off under Acct. management, Services List if you want to.
Thanks for Battlefield 3, but I was hoping better games with Vita, stop giving us PSP games as Vita games, is getting old
So the real question with PS+ is, are you getting your money’s worth? So there’s a bad month.. ah well.. we’ve gotten so many good games the past few months. And with new releases like Tales of Xillia, Dragon’s Crown.. Lots of good content, people.

Enough of shooters already. Plus, there a lot of better games than the overrated Battlefield, is just bad. Those popular games such as Battlefield, Call of Duty, Assassin’s Creed, Saints Row 3, *Game for the Call of Duty audience*, Dishonored, etc etc, they all suck! I just can’t understand what people see on them. (Thankfully we didn’t get Hitman: Absolution). We already have one of the best shooters thanks to you though, Vanquish (but that month was even better in Europe)

Nothing for me this month already own BF3, no interest in oddworld. Plus I don’t have a Vita so can’t play those.
I love Metal Slug series, but Metal Slug XX, a PSP doesn’t really live up to a “complete” experience, you will play it like 2 (or 3 at best) times and you will forget it.
Love with my soul Jet Set Radio, but yeah, you already gave it free for Vita.
Talking about Vita, you know why it’s so dead? Because zero games get exported, there are marvelous, colorful and really fun games in Japan, but they don’t come out of Japan, except for the already well known games and the crappy ones. To my surprise Mamoru-kun is coming to PSN next week, I was seriously shocked and happy.
Another Vita game: Dokuro. Yeah… a Vita game, hurray, let’s put on our “‘Conformist-Vita user-because there are almost no games for it’ glasses” and praise every game we get, because, hey, they aren’t common. (I’m not saying that Dokuro is a bad game.)
Oddworld: Munch’s Oddysee HD; I’m looking forward to it, never had the opportunity to play it and I have read lots of good opinions about it.

I think all the FPS fans already have BF3 and people who don’t like FPS will never play it even for free.
In Europe they get full retail games. They got Catherine, Batman, Metal Gear Solid HD Collection, Dead or Alive 5, etc etc. And I’m not saying that I only want full retail games (thanks to PS+ I could play Closure, and it was amazingly entertaining), I’m just saying that you could offer BETTER games, because like in some forum said on a thread about the expectations on this month: “NA will get a full retai game/good psn game that already was on EU, and games nobody really cares about or didn’t even know they existed, and EU will get a lot of good games, full and PSN, *and other stuff exaggeratedly and obscenely funny but with a lot of true* “.
You know, instead of Battlefield 3, I would have chosen Hotline Miami for example. Instead of Metal Slug XX and Dokuro… I can’t say, there a thousands of PSN games…, but hell, I would even choose a GOOD PS2 game or even aPS1 one! (like they do in Asia)
I love this service, I really do. I just wanted to say that you have had better months, a lot better.

the only game that interest me is bf3, and i already have it =(. I would prefer to see less 2-d sidescroller puzzle games. I would rather have sidescrollers like rayman origins and guacamelee which focus on combat. And if we must have psp games in the IGC can we have it switch on and off each month. Have it where we get 1 vita game and 1 psp game in July, then 2 vita games in August. Because to me and probably a lot of other people the vita offering just aren’t cutting it. Would love to see unit 13 next month.
ps+ is a great value and anyone who doesn’t have it is missing out, but it can use some improvements.

Yes, awesome update, even if you don’t like battlefield or sidescrollers, those games are really good or at least have a good fanbase. For me everything Oddworld related is awesome and jet set radio is an awesome game so yeah i liked this update

Ah, video games. I’ve been waiting to see what the Batman craze is all about, and now seems a good time to jump in. For next week, there will be Star Wars and Lord of the Rings!
