  • godly stuff :D

  • Why does the UK and EU get two weeks after? It’s not even fair!!! Everyone should get it same time for it to be equal. Not give one country a head start so they can show off and make themselves feel special. Typical

  • Not a lot of time to save up, guess I should’ve been saving before. Sadly, money aside I’ll be waiting a couple months in hopes of a bundle of some kind. They always happen, and I’ve got enough of a backlog I can wait for it. It’ll be tough, but i’llI’ll wait. Unless there is a bundle on release?? Also, I’m lazy and I’ll Google it later but, what are the specs? How big is the HDD capacity? I’ve filled up my 120 a few times over and it can get tedious to delete/reinstal a game.imagine the ps4 will have faster download speed though anyway

  • While yes October would have been nice i am totally fine with November 15th.
I also pre-ordered a few days after E3 and have Watchdogs pre-ordered as well :)

  • IF SAINTS ROW 4 AND GTA 5 AND GT6 AND WWE14 WERE GOING TO BE A LAUNCH RELEASE GAMES FOR THE PS4 THEN I WOULD ALREADY HAD PRE ORDERED IT…UNTIL THEN I SHALL WAIT TILL THOSE GAMES ARE AVAILABLE FOR IT TO BUY THE NEW SYSTEM..AND ALSO FOR A NEW GOD OF WAR, UNCHARTED OR 3RD PERSON SHOOTER (FINGERS CROSSED FOR A NW SOCOM) GAME.SMH SONY…IM JUST GOING TO KILL TIME PLAYING THE NEW PS3 GAMES..LOL

  • Great news. I can’t wait for the release.

  • As awesome as Sony has been up till now, I believe this is not a good date for release their console. MS will most certainly release before the 15th and while a week or two might not be long, gamers have a notoriously short attention span and the thought of being left behind could cause a certain percentage to jump ship. Why give MS a leg up at this point when Sony has been destroying them since E3. That being said I’m sure it has more to do with logistics at this point (getting console to the respective markets) more than anything else. It just seems like a fumble at the goal line after playing like the devil to get ahead.

  • THE WAIT IS OVER!!! NOW I CAN GIVE MY RELEASE DATE TO MY TEAM FOR THE KILLZONE SHADOW FALL PARTY THAT WE ARE HAVING!! SHADOW FALL IS GONNA BE EPIC!!!

  • I’m going to wait for the Slim version with more GB.

  • I’m really dissapointed for the Sony Gamescom Conference. So many indies and nothing of new AAA exclusives games. The PS4 needs more AAA games, the indies are good but are not at all. I think that Sony needs to include more AAA exclusives games at the launch day. Please Sony, show us that you learnt the lesson, make a very great launch for the PS4!!!

The best news for me in the Gamescom is the Vita price change, but still needs more good games, not only indies, not psp games and not games that all we have in PS3.

  • are the ps3 camera and the ps3 stereo headset goinb to be compatible with ps4

  • I really hope the rumors are true about the PS3/Vita and PS4/Vita bundles are true! My nephew got hired to work at Gamestop this past summer as a part time job but his last day is this friday because the fall semester of college returns next week for him but anyways I texted him and asked if he has seen or heard anything about a bundle. The only responses I got from him was that he said he saw some type of “TBA Sony Bundle” with no price in the computers but sometimes it would end up deleting or re-appearing a week later.

So I honestly believe Sony is working on some type of bundle because why wouldn’t sony do this? Sony would be stupid if they didn’t take advantage of a PS3/VITA or /PS4/VITA bundles because this would really seal the deal for Sony and the Micro$oft XboxOne would end up being a joke.

  • According to USA Today’s Tech section, the 15 launch day titles are on this link: http://www.usatoday.com/story/tech/gaming/2013/08/20/sony-playstation-gamescom/2677405/

  • Glory to the everlasting light of PlayStation!

    Play on! :D

  • Can’t wait!! Is is possible to preorder digital games for the PS4 before I actually receive my PS4?

  • So, what’s the web browser like? I saw that it had one with the same icon as PS3 but what are the improvement? Internet Explorer 6 and Safari are better than that thing.

  • Top 5 Fails of Major Nelson’s Xbox One reveal:
Sony take note to not make the same mistake.

    #5
Major Nelson: “And here’s the Brick”
Yes, here’s the power brick, that ancient source of electricity powering the Xbox One….
It’s fat, ugly and it’s a space consumer.

At least 20% to 30% of people I know have build in cabinets and simply don’t have any space to fit that piece of Xh1t brick.

    Nobody likes that.

  • #4 Ports? HDD? Accessories?

Also, their USB port is on the side instead of in the front. It makes sense for the X1’s case since it’s not charging it’s controllers on the front and you sure as hell know the only thing that’ll be plugged in that will be an external HDD, really, since you can’t upgrade the internal memory.

Yeah, you cannot upgrade the memory.

But the other one is the mysterious port at the back that Major Nelson said nothing about.
It’s probably their Illuminous Room, or whatever, but it’s for sure something extra you’ll have to buy from them down the road… kinect 3.0? Not nearly as good as 3D gaming.
    Force-Fed Hardware #2.

Also, the kinect doesn’t need to be plugged in for it to work, making it irrelevant yet it’s still bundle with the box, go figure…

  • #3 Kinect Giant.

That thing is huge! there’s no way anyone can make it fit on any TV sets.
Maybe the old fat Back-Projector TV “Standard Definition TV” but there’s only an HDMI our, so, you can’t plug that in thoses SD TVs.

If you place it in front, it may block the receptor of your TV screen.
    Yeah, pretty useless.

  • #2 Batteries Not Included.

Yes, No Built-in Batteries included for the Xbox One.
The controller is the most basic of all 3 (PS4 DS4, Wii U Gamepad and Xbox Controller)
    It has 3 features.

    Fail 1:
Impulse Triggers, which means rumble but they changed it to another place, instead now it’s under the analog.
That, you can guarantee will mess with your gaming when you’re playing shooters and you need to aim correctly but it’s shaking.

    Fail 2:
The Controller cost 60$, same as PS4 but without the x9 Motion Sensors, the Light Bar, the Touch Pad and Even without Batteries…..
You either use AA Batteries or a Battery Pack, sold seperatly.
You’ll also NEED to buy a chargr, since you cannot charge your controller with a USB cable for 25$.

But don’t worry, the batteries will get fully charged in just UNDER 4 HOURS!!!!!!!
I Laughed My F****** A** Off when they said that.
Also, battery life, 10 Hours instead of 75+ Hours PS3.

  • Fail #1
    Xbox: Watch TV.

    TVTVTVTVTVTVTV.

Remember that? Well, here’s something that will make their TV DVR completely irrelevant.
It only has an HDMI input.

…..Most of you are saying, “Yeah, so?”

Well, it means the only way to use your Xbox DVR with TV would mean you’l have to Plug in the HD DVR HDMI Output that you already own…….. It’s the only way to make it work.

1 Hour of a show when Sony could have said. “Well, if you want to watch TV, just press input/source on your TV” Changing the source to your current cable box.

    Epic Fail #2

Now, you could have sold it it were included with RFU Ins and composite in/out, you could haved used it to send the signal back to a DVD Recorder and Keep your shows on DVD, but you can’t even do that.

This makes it pretty useless since in order to use the TV DVR on Xbox One, you Need a Cable HD DVR.
Most Providers will include HD DVRs for free, why you need an extra one?

  • needless to say im excited about the next gen, but i have one very important question, will the PS4 be able to read NTFS formatted external drives?

  • Hey BigStack007,
    Are you in Colorado?
    Good Luck getting a PS4 on 11/15/13 if ya didn’t pre-order.
I’ve had mine ordered for months and months.
Be my luck i’ll have a health issue while waiting in line to pick it up at Gamestop at their midnight release.
( I think i’ll bring a health official with me…just in case. jk jk )
Every time i hear about the release of PS4 . I hear that Song …. The pointer sisters – I’m so excited LOL
I look forward to the next gen games and ALL the time i’ll burn in the name of … F U N ! !

  • On a side Note.,
I would Really enjoy being able to play not only PS4 games on MY New console but , 1’s , 2’s and 3’s. ( I am of course talking about the Discs )
Perhaps Sony could come up with a Buyable App. at some point to allow such a function. I Luv my Games.

  • So….PS4 releases November 15th (WOO!!), but beyond Call of Duty: Ghosts (releases in November as well), no other games will be available until late December? Does this seem kind of backwards? I love my PS3 and will be keeping it in addition to the purchase of the PS4, but I thought it was odd to release the system prior to at least a variety of games being available at the same time. Oh well, lol.
