We’re very pleased to announce the addition to two more Hollywood greats to the Beyond: Two Souls production team, with Lorne Balfe confirmed as the composer and Hans Zimmer as the producer of the game’s soundtrack.
Hans Zimmer needs no introduction, having composed some of the finest Hollywood soundtracks of all time in Gladiator, The Lion King, the Pirates of the Caribbean series and (not forgetting) The Rock. And working alongside Lorne Balfe, the two of them have been responsible for some of the most memorable soundtracks of late with Inception, Sherlock Holmes and all of the recent Dark Knight movies. Lorne himself is also no stranger to composing for video games, having scored Assassin’s Creed III, Crysis 2 and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.
It’s a great honor to have such talented individuals with such storied backgrounds in composing film scores tied to Beyond: Two Souls. We feel this really does help add another layer to the incredible way Beyond: Two Souls blurs the lines between cinema and gaming. The tension their music brings to the game is palatable.

It’d be great if the Beyond soundtrack is available on the PSN store on launch day. That’s just more to look forward to from this game!

Waiting Beyond: Two Souls avatar on next Store update
wow is Hanz Zimmer composer is so so great music, the game running on PS3 the graphic is awesome nice, nice textures, lightning, effects, post processing & more is awesome, the facial emotion captures wow is amazing, Beyond Two Souls is twice of great things for those gamer, best graphic, great music, can’t wait to play, i hope will have PlayStation 4 version.

sigh….Cage still hasn’t learned a thing from his previous two games. Stop trying so hard to rip off bad movies and concentrate more of what makes games different than other mediums: The gameplay.
Now this is a game that’s overlooked by the gaming community, nobody tals about this to much which in it’s own right is a spectacular game coming out in a little.
I thought the composer of Heavy Rain, Normand Corbeil, had worked on this game before he passed away early this year. Is none of his work going to be in this game now? :(
