It’s a very exciting time for LittleBigPlanet, a couple of weeks ago we launched our Tearaway Competition, and last week we announced LittleBigPlanet HUB to the world!

The excitement doesn’t stop there, though. This week on the LittleBigPlanet Update, we have our weekly selection of Team Picks. We’re pleased to tell you that our latest DLC release is now available on the PlayStation Store…

New Content

The Last of Us Minipack — Available Now!

The highly anticipated The Last of Us Minipack is now available for LittleBigPlanet! That’s right! The pack you have all been asking for can now be picked up from PlayStation Store!

This pack contains costumes for the intrepid duo Joel and Ellie, who we all met earlier this year in the smash-hit by Naughty Dog, and now you can have your very own The Last of Us inspired adventures on LittleBigPlanet.

We’re absolutely massive fans of The Last of Us, and we know that you are, too! So to celebrate the release of this pack, we’ve released a brand new wallpaper that pays tribute to this fantastic game in our own LittleBigPlanet way! Head on over to LittleBigPlanet.com and pick it up!

Team Picks

Sackboy has a small adventure this week in Sackie in the House, and we mean that quite literally, as our miniature hero travels across someone’s home! Toys, pets, and bouncy beds are all his play things in this most epic of little journeys!

    Here’s a list of costumes/Level kits I’d like to see

    Last of Us level kit with Clicker costume
    Parappa the Rapper costume

    there should be a angry birds or lego level kit
    or the smurfs level/ costume kit
    Can there also pleeeeeeeeeeease be made a cloudy with a chance of meatballs level/costume kit
    the last two are sony francises so this should be easy i think

    @6: Would make since if they could do Angry Birds, Sony Pictures is making an Angry Birds movie if I recall. Could tie-in with that. Though that’s set to come out in 2016… xP

    LBP Hub sounds interesting. Wonder if we can import our levels to the hub or will all the levels already published be there. I have lots of little ???? about the HUB.

      We will be bringing you more details about LittleBigPlanet HUB closer to release!

      If you have played LittleBigPlanet before though, you will still be able to access all of your old content and levels. :)

    Music unlimited request.

    fix the screensaver please.

    it turns off to ANYTHING. Friends lists/messages. Like/dislike a song. It shuts off and has to restart.

    please make it like the music player. I press 1. Button maybe 2. Whatever and the screensaver turns on. Or shorten the timer to like 10/15 seconds.

    thats all. Fix it and after 30 days iI wont unsub

    These packs are always ridiculously overpriced. I’d probably own 3 or 4 different packs myself if they weren’t such a blatant rip off.

    OMG finally….finally TLoU costumes….cant wait to get in home and buy these sweet babies ha…thank you Mm….but you sure took your time hu…just like I expected you released in the last update of august quite cruel of you…but doesn’t matter anymore they’re finally here.

    I have a question, the Garfield and Odie costumes are finally released for Karting today. After putting them in my kart, why am I being forced to re-buy them again despite me owning them from the sale for 2 and Vita already?

    @StevenIsbell: you got me. I bought this pack, and played a level immediately and it was painful to watch Joel die a few more times. Hasn’t the poor guy had enough, lol?

    But very cute.

    Hey, how about a Mr. Drippy from Ni No Kuni? Perfect fit for a Sackboy.

    @19 Can nobody help me on my issue? I already contacted Sony about it and they were no help. Something fishy is going on here.
