Now, you must return to where it all began—the town of Tristram—and investigate rumors of a fallen star, for this is an omen that the End Times have begun. Play solo or form a party of up to four heroes—either with local players together on the same screen or network players online. Take a stand as one of humanity’s last defenders—barbarian, witch doctor, monk, demon hunter, or wizard—and level up with devastating new powers and abilities. Face innumerable demonic foes, uncover quests in new locations, and lay claim to masses of loot every time you play.

  • Aren’t you missing a few things with this? Atelier Meruru Plus?

  • I thought DOA5U was next week?

  • Unfortunately, Rey forgot Dead or Alive 5 Ultimate just like he did with Hatsune Miku: Project Diva f last week.

  • Can’t wait to check out Brothers. Hopefully it lives up to expectations.

  • He also forgot Disney Castle of Illusion starring Mickey Mouse which comes this Tuesday too.

  • Damn straight! One Piece Pirate Warriors 2 FTW! I’m so getting it Tuesday.

  • Stella Deus!? That came out of left field. This was a neat SRPG that got overlooked during the rise of series like Disgaea. I never thought the game would see the light of day again. It’s a lot like a Tactics Ogre/FFT type game but with some major differences too, well worth playing. The PSN has become the center of the strategy game universe lately.

  • As an aside you mentioned Hoshigami, maybe this is a sight that it too could see a rerelease.

  • TERRARIA VITA

    Please :D

  • @3 He didn’t forget Project Diva last week, it just wasn’t bolded or separated from the rest of the text at first. DOA5U seems like a pretty big release to overlook by comparison anyway.

  • Just wondering if DoA5 Ultimate is still coming on PSN this week.

  • wow, wow, wow…. hold on minute….. Diablo 3 and rayman legend in the same time…. damn, how i support to finish them both? i don’t even complet tale of xillia

  • You forgot to mention Dead or Alive 5: Ultimate which also releases this week.

  • yay for one piece pirate warriors 2, i may get the ps2 game it sounds good. Its a shame how poor diablo 3 is no where as good as 1 or 2.

  • Chaos Code is this week? Didn’t expect that. (Not bolded or separated from the rest of text, only people that actually read it would notice)

  • So you’re going to go out of your way to add a pic for that Hatsune Miku: Diva Project F game a anime rhythm game, but not even attempt to add a pic for One Piece Pirate Warriors 2, which really needs more coverage.

The game has seen literally 5 times the content increase from the previous game, remade maps, triple it’s cast, and it’s own unique story mode, and a special free mode. It should get some extra coverage to if you’re giving props to another :/

  • You forgot the header for Chaos Code.

  • can’t wait till next week when we get Killzone: Mercenary then Grand Theft Auto V the following week =D

  • Diablo 3!!!!! how does the day one downloads work? do i have to log in at midnight or does it do it automatically?

  • What about the Altelier Plus Vita game coming out (unless they are going to forget to even mention its out until its up on the PSN store) as well as Castle of Illusion? Also Chaos code is not even bolded. An no mention of DOA 5 ultimate. Poor update.

  • chill out everyone , this is the drop not a full and detailed list f every game and dlc item out next week
they only post highlights on the Drop and not every last game or add-on , have none of you ever read this post before ?
as you can see I pre-ordered castle of illusions ( by my mickey mouse avatar ) and like the rest of you know it’s coming next week along with other content , so if most know about these games already and there has been info posted about them on the blog already not listing them here is not a big deal is it .

with my psn set to auto update at 2 am and castle of illusions pre-oreder being released at 12:01 am I will wake up in tuesday and the game will already be on my ps3 , yay for that . anything else I can wait for the store update post to check out
can’t wait for oct 8 for beyond two souls , only 6 weeks to go

  • 2 more fighting games, a hunting game, ANOTHER Rayman game, and yet another worthless PS2 classic.

Do you guys even know what we want?

Thank god Diablo 3 comes out this week.

I mean, I don’t want to be hating.. I’m just curious. You need to take a poll about what games are in fact “Classics”.
Because we will tell you. We know what games we love. It seems you do not.

  • Castle of Illusion tomorrow. Cant wait for it, had fun with Genesis version, hope the remake is good.

  • Of course Atelier Meruru will be left out again.
Dunno where to put the blame, the ninja release master Tecmo Koei, or is it Rey who always forget many things.

well if it’s not ninja release, there would be a post for Atelier anyway. If not, be it a ninja release again, or not release at all for Tuesday…

  • Will Kingdom Hearts 1.5 be a day 1 digital?

  • @19

Just log in at midnight, and download it there. I don’t know about auto.. I never waited. lol

  • When does it go live? 12:00 AM?

  • @27

    12:00 pst probably.

  • @25 Sup Alastor424

I second that, will it? Because you can consider it sold if so.

  • CRASH BANDICOOT AND SPYRO FOR PS VITA!

  • Rayman Legends on PS Vita missing levels so beware.

  • @16, he only added the Hatsune pic last week because it initially had the same invisibility treatment as Chaos Code got this week. Besides, it’s best not to open up that can of worms to those Miku fans. You’d think fans of niche stuff like Project Diva or Hyperdimension Neptunia would be able to relate to fans of Dynasty Warriors or One Piece, but nope…

  • I Cant Wait For Diablo III!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 2 More Days

  • Can’t wait for Diablo 3! Been waiting to play for awhile now.

  • @33

    Actually its only 29 hours!

  • What do you mean Rayman on vita is missing levels?

  • @primalmatrix2814
Rayman Legends on PS Vita missing about 30 levels from WiiU version, you can check trophy list on the web, most of them are invasion levels, also be aware it has local coop only (all versions).

  • Stella Deus: The Gate of Eternity! Thank you, thank you, thank you! By far one of my favorite strategy RPG’s from PS2. I look forward to playing it again!

  • I definitely want Diablo III, however I’m going to wait a few months for the price to drop. It isn’t like I’m going to have any time to play it anyway! That Brothers looks pretty good too. I’ll may pick it up if the price is right. But why is there nothing about Castle of Illusion? I thought it was supposed to be released on the 3rd. Preordered and waiting!

  • Excited for Terraria on vita if it is out this week.

  • @25 SquareEnix has stated that they have no plans to make Kingdom Hearts 1.5 digital for the PSN, not sure why SquareEnix seems to refuse to put most of there games digital, hopefully at a later date they’ll decide to make it digital just like they did with FF13 2, since my PS3 Blue Ray drive has seen better days.

  • @VanguardFate Really? I thought it was recently added when it wasn’t bolded and separated from the rest of text. But I’m glad Justin fixed it still.

  • @38 Glad to see someone else remembers that game. I’m glad PSN has gotten so many obscure classic titles, it gives the people who remember them and the open minded among us a chance to experience some top-tier stuff. Yeah there are people who complain that they aren’t popular titles (and still think Sony picks and choses which games come out not understanding the basic concept that Sony doesn’t own rights to most PS2 games). But most of those complaining have never played these games and likely only play games with the words “call of duty” or “madden” in the title.

As an aside, I hope this is a sign that Atlus still thinks about PSN and that we may see some of their other stuff on there. I’d love to try Baroque and Eternal Poison.

  • @40 Where did you hear about Terraria coming to the Vita this week last time I read about Terraria for the Vita s release date wasn’t given?

  • Is FFXIV: A Realm Reborn gonna be back this week on the PS Store? I want to play it right now (I have my wallet prepared)!

  • The earliest that FFXIV may return to the store would probably be Wednesday. They are planning to have maintenance to increase the number of servers and to do a few other little fixes. Right now all of the American servers are crammed full, which is why sales of the game have been stalled.

  • Still no OMG HD Zombies! VITA release for NA, What the HELL is going on???

  • @44 go to pocketgamer uk click on sony it should be the first feature

  • MGS1 FOR PSVITA!

  • I’m excited to get Rayman Origins. I might wait a little bit though. I’ve got some trade ins for Killzone Merc next week and I hope to use some left over credit if any towards rayman or something. We’ll see. I’ve been extremely excited for kick beat for a long time too. It’s coming out in a busy game time so I might have to wait a bit.

Currently I’m playing Lost Planet 3 which has an awesome story.
