  • sweet now i can buy one piece and I preorder Disney Castle of Illusion starring Mickey Mouse so now i got two games to play

  • @43 I never played Baroque but I did play Eternal Poison. That game had some odd choices made for its presentation. Atlus does put out some amazing stuff. I’m supposed we have gotten Nocturne or the Digital Devil Saga Parts 1 & 2.

  • havent*

  • surprised* I can’t type

  • Hope Brothers is as good as it sounds, one I have had my eye out for since seeing the preview awhile back.

    Sounds perfect for my boys.

Diablo 3 looks very fun, but will wait.

  • Two great games for me this week: Diablo 3 and One Piece PW2!! :)

  • I hope Meruru Plus will get releases without any issues

  • Is there any reason why Rayman Legends for Ps Vita is MISSING OVER 30 LEVELS ? I really wouyld love a Answer to this since everywhere else is ignoring the question and not informing Ps Vita owners effectively screwing them over for those that don’t know giving them a gimped version.

  • Almost ever week you can expect the drop to have wrong or missing information, people should be use to the unreliability of it.

Drop posts constantly lacking info, plus constantly getting bargain bin games to rent, store updates at random times and with many inconsistancies… at least random developers and such know how to use the blog properly even though the Sony staff sure seems to struggle.

  • what the hell aren’t you forgetting Dead or Alive 5 Ultimate? :P

at least Rayman Legends, Diablo 3 and One Piece PW2 are coming out!!!

will look into Stella Deus :P

  • Rahman Legends look good but with Kingdom Hearts and GTA5 coming out soon, I’ll have to skip it for now and get it later

  • Please tell me that DOA5U PSN version will come with Gamestop pre-order costumes?

  • Thank you for the update,

    Be Warn Everyone !!!

Do Not Buy/support RayMan Legends on Vita – unless they fix/add the missing 30 levels.

Do not listen to size size complains form Ubisoft or anything – the Size of the digital game on PS3 PSN is nearly 2~3 gig, it could fit easily on vita’s card digital download of it matters.

UbiSoft is Yet to answer us, so we should al yet to support them.

sigh, why many developers are trying to nail dead the vita over ‘n over =/.

  • This is such a Bulls**t-@$$ update. No wonder Nintendo is better than you, Sony. I KNOW that Sony will fail when the PS4 comes out and crashes and burns worse than the 2006 PS3 release and Nintendo was kicking your behind for the last five years.

  • are DiABLO 1,TOMBA 2 and ROAD RASH:Jail break gonna be available at the psn store?? please say yes!!

  • One Piece!! YES!!!

  • @estoc1 Except you forgot about the part where Nintendo is already failing with region locking and their downgraded 3DS. I can’t believe you would support their weak system, which can’t even play Battlefield 4. When the PS4 comes out, I can’t wait for you to kiss my feet that your wrong.

  • Geez, not a lot of love being shown here. @61: Definitely look into Stella Deus. If you like strategy RPG’s like Final Fantasy Tactics or Jeanne D’Arc, you’ll feel right at home with this one.

  • @Gamerzlimited: Battlefield sucks. Another lame unoriginal FPS. Mario is better than Battlefield4. Riddle me this, Why is the 3DS outselling the VITA? In fact why is Nintendo kicking Sony’s butt in the handhelds for a while, huh? And the PS4 is going to fail harder than the PS3’s launch in 2006.

  • Winnie the Pooh for PS2 Classics please! :)

    – Disney’s Winnie the Pooh’s Rumbly Tumbly Adventure
    – Piglet’s Big Game

  • It’s all about Rayman this week!

  • Finaly Diablo is mine for the 3rd time. Not only Diablo 3 also One piece 2 and Atelier Meruru plus big week for me but for sure Diablo 3 and Meruru

  • @70

buzz off Nintendo fanboy, the 3DS outsells the Vita because it’s cheaper and has a much larger variety of games for all ages, the vita’s lineup is really weak, I must admit, but it’s more powerful hardware, same goes for the PS3. The Wii U is awful, the 3DS is debatable. You know why Nintendo always owns the handheld market? Pokemon….freaking…pokemon! that’s probably the biggest thing on the handhelds, add that with the thousands of Mario and Zelda games (that are all the same, btw), that people love (for some reason) and you have your answer, go bother someone else, your stupidity makes the comment section here look worse than usual (which is still a lot better than the Playstation Plus entires…*shudder*)

  • @estoc1 Who cares if it’s overrated? The reason I said Battlefield because of the graphics. If games in the future will have graphics similar to Battlefield, then the Wii U won’t even stand a chance in the gaming market. Microsoft and Sony has already dropped region locking in their systems, so there is no reason why Nintendo should keep it. They are being desperate so to compete with the Vita’s price drop, they made a downgraded 3DS. So in my eyes, both Microsoft and Sony is kicking Nintendo’s can. If you have an excuse, then tell me why some companies hasn’t ported their console games on the 3DS yet, while they have on the Vita. I know, because Nintendo fails hard and only care about getting more money. That’s why.

  • Yeah One piece piarte warriors 2!You missin that,I waited months!

  • @48 The pocketgamer article under “Vita Feature” covers many platforms. The Terraria release they are referring to is the iOS one (just click on the Terraria link to confirm). Hence the mention of no multiplayer (of which the Vita version is to have).

Also, for those considering Rayman Legends on the Vita, the copies that reviewers have been given are missing 28 levels that are found in the PC, PS3, Wii U, and Xbox 360 versions of the game. They are all Invasion levels, the time trial variants of the Origins levels. This is an issue that Ubisoft will have to deal with, as their own press release mentions that the game comes with all the original Rayman Legends content, plus exclusive bonuses. See this thread for more details:
    http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?t=666497

Lastly, for those excited about Diablo 3, the game is really bad. It starts out fun, until you get to the real meat of the game (Inferno difficulty), then it just blows. Don’t believe me? Look at Metacritic user reviews / ratings (3.8/10 with 8385 ratings).

  • Ways this I hear about Rayman Legends Vita not having the Invasion levels? I saw a screen shot comparison of the PS3 and Vita versions and the Vita had 85 less Teenies… What’s up with that?

  • How can you miss SO much? Does anyone proofread these posts because they really should

  • I wonder why north america doesn’t get a puppeteer demo (before launch) like europe and japan. oh, well. already preordered and rayman legends will hold me over for a week…

  • Great week for fighting game players like myself! Dead or Alive 5 Ultimate and Chaos Code are instant buys for me.

  • Does sony actually pay a dude(?) to cut and paste that can’t even cut and paste? Worst blogger and dresser ever.

  • Finally Rayman lengends gonna have a blast with that game!

To the people complaining about less levels on the Vita version it should be noted they might add those later via update. i dont even care though just the thought of being able to play Castle Rock (and all those other great music levels) is enough for me to buy the Vita version

  • *Legends

  • When can we be expecting spiderman 2, ps2 classic?

  • I hope that patch for Rayman Legends tomorrow will add in those invasion levels for the Vita. I really hope so…

  • Good week for me. I love the RE shooters (even if they are ugly on the PS3), plus I pre-ordered the Mickey game (and am playing the Genesis version now — thanks!).

    And a nice PS2 choice.

    Yeah, good week for me.

  • @32 I’ll be able to relate when we get the same level of freaking treatment. One Piece Pirate Warriors 2 is a huge leap in what the prototype we got last year, and same thing happened with Unlimited Adventure where US got the ok prototype, but then only EU and Jp got the vastly superior Unlimited Cruise game, which we still haven’t gotten even the 3ds one, so personally seeing this game come out here, it could really use the exposure alittle more.

ALONG WITH THAT, why don’t we have a pre-order available EU got one, and was able to play it midnight at the release, we have to wait now and hope we get a decent time release :(, and since we have labor day this week I highly doubt we’ll get lucky.

  • Yay Rayman Legends and Brothers:A Tale of Two Sons for me….already played Rayman Legends demo and its as good as Origins and I’m quite eager to play Brothers…I saw a gameplay and I got really interested in this game…so I’ll be playing the demo but this one is most likely a must buy.Decent week.

  • Hey at least put a picture of One Piece PW2!! It’s an awesome game/anime with a huge fanbase!!

  • where’s atelier meruru plus for ps vita?

  • Very excited about “Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons”

  • 6 more hours!

  • Definitely excited about Rayman Legends on my Vita. Still waiting on some PSP games on the Store.
@69 I love SRPGs but the PS Store on the Vita still needs to get Jeanne D’Arc and Valkyria Chronicles 2.

  • Where is the preload for Diablo 3 on PSN??!

How is this going to be a day 1 play if the download is 13GB with no preload?

  • one piece PW2 is $50 dollars?

  • So i remember back on the original playstation i could play the 1st Diablo game i was wondering if they will ever re-release it on the playstation store so i could download and play it on my PS3 i would prefer to replay it b4 playing trough Diablo 3 maybe also see if they will port Diablo 2 to the psn with all the add-ons or make a disk version i will buy for shure and im pretty shure there are are allot of olschool gamers out there that are willing to pick it up also.

  • Where’s Atelier Meruru Plus?

  • Looks like Atelier Meruru it’s going to be a ninja release, just like Atelier Totori Plus.
