LittleBigPlanet Update: Eye Candy Snapshots from LBP!

The good folks over at LBPCentral.com recently held a competition that tasked the community with using their creative skills in either LittleBigPlanet 2 or LittleBigPlanet PS Vita to create a single scene of pure, visual eye candy.

These are just a small sample of some of the levels that have been submitted to the competition and the team at LBPCentral are hard at work playing all the levels and will be back soon with the results! If you want to see these visual delights for yourself, you can head on over to LBP.me and queue them up right now!

Sackboy and Sackgirl head to a fantasy world of clouds and bubble gum drops in one of their latest adventures available in this week’s LittleBigPlanet 2: Team Picks. If you’re looking for a “sweet” time, this level is for you!

Tearaway Arrives This Week

Check out these bonus pre-order costumes for LBP!

This week sees the release of Tearaway, the brand new game from LittleBigPlanet creators Media Molecule. As a special treat, these new costumes are included in the Tearaway Minipack that can be picked up as a special bonus for pre-ordering the Tearaway Special Delivery Pack.

So that means that I will eventually be able to purchase the constumes without pre ordering the game anyways. Great. Not because I don’t want too, the game looks like a masterpiece I just don’t have a Vita yet and those costumes look awesome.

Looking forward to trying out some of these levels when I get a chance latter today.

I hope LBP evolves from just being a 3D/2D game to a full 3D game like Rachet & Clank. Sackboy does have alot of weapons or gadgets like Rachet…and its PS4..so..its gotta be something new..

Still hoping to see some Puppeteer costumes! Some Knack costumes would be great too! I know you’d probably open up Pandora’s box of people craving LBP on PS4 if you put PS4 related costumes in there though. :P

Can’t wait to play Tearaway and get my adorable LBP costumes.

Will we be getting the “Exclusive skin for the in-game rideable pig” if we chose to buy the digital version of Teeraway as well along with the LBP costumes?
