I do not know if my question/comment will be answered, but I would deeply appreciate it if anyone who mans the PS Store and whoever decides to do the price cut/deals with the games and their DLC would answer me this:
When, by everything that is holy, is the Batman Arkham City DLC going to go on sale? Not once in it’s entire lifespan on the PSN has it went on sale. Not ONCE. Yet it’s already went on sale over on XBL. So please, anyone on this website, can you please tell me when the Arkham City DLC will go on sale, so I can respectfully mark my calender, because good lord, I am getting tired of waiting for it to go on sale with seemingly nothing to show me it will. Please respond back ASAP, thank you.

@FeartheSpear10 I don’t man the PS Store, but your comment makes me wonder why couldn’t you just buy the Game of the Year Edition disc instead. It was like $10 on Black Friday. Even with a sale, wouldn’t you be spending more money getting the DLC individually for that game? If a complete edition with all the DLC exists, you’re just wasting your time and money. Buy the GOTY Edition, sell your vanilla copy, done.

Everyone looking for deals should expand their horizons a bit. Other than it being a bit tiresome, I don’t care if people beg on here all the time for deals. But anyone who does would benefit from checking retail ads and online stores periodically. PSN/SEN ain’t the only game in town.
I have the same problem that some others have already mentioned here. I own Flow already from my PS3 but I do not have access to the cross-buy. I called customer service and he couldn’t even see where I owned it. I checked my list of owned content and I couldn’t find it either. Looks like I am not he only one. I’ll let the matter drop since I don’t play Flow that much anyway and it is not worth the headache. But it looks like this is some bigger issue with the title.

For your information, Ive had my game since it came out. I’m not going to waste money I don’t HAVE to buy a game for which I already own most of the respective DLC to. It’s a waste of my time, not to mention I have money IN MY ACCOUNT already. Also, before you say anything, no, I’m not buying the digital version of B:AC GOTY either. Digital games take up way too much space on the HDD, space I don’t have. I had to use the money I did have during BF to make sure I had food.
It’s also BS considering how the game and its DLC have gone on sale NUMEROUS times over on Steam, and even has gone on sale at least once over on Xbox. The game has been out for 2 years already and it still hasnt gone on sale once, despite stuff like B:AO coming out.

The GOTY Edition is pretty cheap and it’s been out for a year now. Technically, you are paying the cheap GOTY Edition price for all the DLC. It’s not like I’m asking you pay for a complete edition that was released recently like Injustice: God Among Us – Ultimate Edition. You might as well just spend that PSN money on something else that interests you. Unlike Call of Duty with the exception of Modern Warfare, I would do what you do because Activision never released a complete edition for those games. In fact, there hasn’t been a sale for those DLC for 2 years and I’m still missing 2 of the DLC for Black Ops.
And just to let you know, the value of your vanilla copy deteriorates over time like all other games. So the more you hold on to it, the the more worthless it becomes. Unless you have bought at least one of Arkham City’s DLC (Which you haven’t), then disregard my comment since buying the GOTY Edition would be a waste.
@FeartheSpear10 (cont.): Oh, and I never said you should get it digitally. I’m suggesting you to get the disc copy unless the game was released before 2009. I always get my PS3 games on disc. I was never a fan of digital games unless they’re for portable systems, on PC, or free on PS+.

Forget what I said, I honestly thought you didn’t. The way you said it the first time sounded like you waited for a sale for so long you didn’t bother to buy any of the DLC until it’s very cheap (I do that all the time). Since the only vanilla copies of games I still have are Mortal Kombat and Injustice: Gods Among Us, I wouldn’t buy the Komplete/Ultimate Editions when I already bought the DLC for them. Luckily I bought those games for very cheap so it’s not a huge loss even after paying full price on the DLC. I understand, and thanks for listening at least.

I just took great exception to his initial reaction that we even dared speak to him at all. As though there were ever going to be any replies from anyone but us, the lowly users. The newcomers (and many oldcomers) just don’t get it: this is a place where people talk to each other. Get over it.
In any case, his original comment was silly. No company is EVER going to publicly confirm or deny a future sale that hasn’t been previously announced. To do so would halt all sales of the item(s) until the date of the sale among those aware of the (pre-)announcement.
Simply asking for a sale on games and/or DLC is fine so long as it doesn’t come from the same person every day, in every post (relevant or not).
