I think the best way to start off any new month is with two free PlayStation Plus games. For March we have Dead Nation: Apocalpyse Edition for your PlayStation 4 and Tomb Raider for your PlayStation 3. If you’re unfamiliar with the original Dead Nation, it’s a top-down twin-stick shooter that’s best experienced with a friend. Make sure you’ve got a strategy and plenty of items before you head out to take down hordes of zombies. The Apocalypse Edition was just announced last week, will be hitting PlayStation Store tomorrow, and it has some interesting benefits like an interactive live streaming option.
Then we have last year’s critically acclaimed reboot of the Tomb Raider franchise. Witness Lara’s growth from young archeologist to bad-ass adventurer as her expedition gets shipwrecked on a mysterious island. Lara has to do a lot to survive, including live through several impalings, explore her surroundings and hunt wildlife.

I wonder if they will put ps3 and ps4 ranking on different ranks for Dead nation. Will we be able to play with people that are on ps3? I might get back to it a little bit more to try it out on full hd. :)
Last week someone mentioned that they were unable to buy tomb raider because its bundled with quantum conundrum. Is the tomb raider bundle going to be free or just tomb raider? A lot of people will be locked out if it’s the bundle.
Tomb Raider looks fun! Really would like an Assassins Creed sometime too. I just beat Freedom Cry and it was awesome!
looking forward to both these games. Since it will be off sale tomorrow could someone answer this. So many people praise ni no kuni to the point I think about getting it, but I play the demo and it doesn’t seem fun. Cartoon like and the combat seems like Im just mashing attack every ten seconds. What makes this game so great?
I was saving money for FFX HD Vita. I guess I’m gonna have to start all over by the time March is over.
I don’t think Uncharted 3 is a good choice for the Instant Game Collection. When I was previously on Plus I tried to download it but wasn’t able to since the file was to big. I plan on returning to Plus soon because I really want to play Thomas Was Alone. Some of the games I would like to see on Plus are Echochrome, Beyond Good & Evil HD, Resident Evil 4, Infamous Festival of Blood, Okami HD, Limbo, Papo & Yo, and Derrick the Deathfin. I was wondering maybe someday if you would be able to bring back some of the older titles you use to have on Plus like Closure and Outland because I missed them when they were available. Thank you for taking your time to hear my suggestions. When you download Tomb Raider through Plus do you get Quantum Conundrum too?

Also I would like a option to actually buy the games despite them being free…I dont like how if you are on plus and you see a game thats free you cant buy it after you try it as being a free game. I would suspect, it would be considered a separate purchase as opposed to your original purchase being carried forward, as the DLC is included in the latest release for PS4. Hence the fancy “Apocalypse Edition” label. Now if they could work on that purchase option, that would be nice. Chances are solid no one is wading through this hot mess for an answer.
When will the Vita version of Dead Nation be released?
And will we get it as IGC as well?

Looking forward to Dead Nation. Fantastic game from an impeccable developer. To anyone who hasn’t played Tomb Raider, I highly recommend it. This reboot was an extremely fun romp much deserving of a sequel.

Its frustrating only owning a PS4 and seeing all these AWESOME games on PS3 while I’m stuck playing basically half games with my PS4 PS+. Seriously when is Drive Club coming out?! Also, why can’t Sony throw in at least 1 full retail PS4 game for free? Don’t get me wrong I love my PS4 and I love the concept of plus and am sure that in a few years it will be more beneficial for PS4 owners, but i just feel the people who have a PS3 are benefitting WAY more than those of us who paid $450 (including + membership) to sony.

I’m considering Need For Speed Most Wanted (PS3) at $5. Like many others, I’m wondering if it will be on the IGC at some point. I’m not wondering why they won’t tell us; if they did, they would lose sales. (Duh.) But I’m not concerned about it going on the IGC even if I do buy it. It’s not a scam; it’s a perfectly above-board business practice that will never end. Once we realize this, we just have to decide what to do. Tired of seeing games join the IGC soon after buying them? Fine. Stop taking advantage of sales. But be prepared to lose as much as you gain: Many of those sale games will never be added to the IGC.
So I’m not worried about the money; my next concern would be the file size, which is 4.4GB according to the web store. Not too bad really. My final concern is it being digital. It’s been one of my Most Wanted games (*awesomeface*) for a while now, and I can’t find a brand-new physical copy for less than $20…
I’ll probably just buy it when the store updates tomorrow. XD
