Not happy about the PSOne classics ordeal.

Child of Light will be put on a back buner for now, but reasonable price either way.

Went with Symphonia Chronicles, Chrono Cross, and the hidden Star Wars Force Unleashed which my six year old gave me a kiss for :)

Really still want to pick up rain, hope that is not the last sale before IGC.(Should it go)

Thanks, and please continue to keep my digital safe with no strings attached.

What happened to Scourge the Outbreak for the PS3? It was in the drop earlier and should have been out today. I picked up Daylight on the PS4 and Spiderman at Best Buy but I wanted some squad action for the PS3.

Really wish Child of Light and Yugioh were on Vita, they’d be must buys for me if so.

Otherwise, finally some great sales on Vita!

(As I always ask you guys, PLEASE put the platform next to games in an sale list!)

Is the Hot Shots Golf a cross-buy for Vita or is that PS3 only? I can’t find Hot Shots for the Vita on the PS Store. I see a demo for Vita, but that’s it. Any help is appreciated.

@55: The PS3 Hot Shots Golf is separate from the Vita one, so no, it’s not cross-buy. Separate trophy lists as well.

I’m not sure what people are talking about regarding PSP games. I’m able to access/download/play PSP games on my Vita (just bought the two “Chrono” titles as well as Resident Evil 1 – Director’s Cut, which I previously redeemed via a PSN code on my PS3 a while back). Hope you are able to get it resolved, I love having access on the go to many PS1/PS4/Vita titles.

Fantastic week and I am looking so forward to playing Child of Light tonight! I also got to say that discounting Wolfenstien on the pre order is an awesome way to start getting us to go digital with those (as Sid would say) new releases!

Unfortunately I have to send my PS4 in for a new one because of the disk ejecting issue (hopefully a very short wait), but I am honestly leaning more to the digital titles anyway. It seems to be becoming so much more convenient to switch games and if you keep up the sales with more pre orders to come I will have no problem staying this way. (hint hint Destiny!)

I got to say I am so glad I have come back to Sony since my days on the PS2 it has been nothing but excitement with PS Plus and some really great games to boot, keep up the great work!

Crystal Defenders PS3 still says $9.99, though it is in the Weekly Deals section on the store. It shows the PSP version is $4.99, but I was hoping to get the PS3 version.

Any chance the PS3 version will drop to $4.99 as well? Thanks.

Seconded.

Same here.

And for those unaware, last week, on tuesday or monday, suddenly all or nearly all PSP and PSX games available on the store became playable on the PS vita. Which includes long requested games such as Crash Bandicoot series, Spyro series, Metal Gear Solid Portable Ops and many more. Then, few days later, the PS Vita can no longer download these games.

So sales! Much awesome!
Thank you Sony for finally giving us a Japanese games sale, our dear Asian friends need to know how much appreciated is their hard work here in America, i’m already seeing many of those games in the top spots for april’s top sellers. Maybe this will be the starting point for a boon of RPG games on VITA.
And speaking on VITA, you would do well to make all those ps1 games available on VITA, especially since giving all of us that “sneak peek” that we got last week. Can you imagine the sales volumes that you would’ve had combining last week’s flash sale (ps1 games for 0.99 cents each!!) while announcing that those games are now playable on VITA!?
Please understand, I’m not complaining, I love your service and attention, a LOT!! Just giving you something to think about….
And once again, thank you for an amazing 2014!!

@Rezolution77 Yeah, if I hadn’t owned it already, I would have probably jumped at that deal before realizing it was the PSP version. @76 – DeeBG: The problem isn’t with all PSP/PS1 games. A certain subset of PSP/PS1 games, for example the entire Crash and Spyro series of PS1 games, the aforementioned MGS Portable Ops, King of Fighters Collection, and many others are currently unplayable on Vita – not because they’re incompatible with the device, but simply because you can neither download them to the Vita nor transfer them from the PS3 presumably due to license issues. For a couple days last week, all of these previously incompatible games were suddenly downloadable directly to the Vita, and they were all perfectly playable. On Wednesday, all of these titles were once again neither downloadable nor transferable to the Vita. Sony have yet to acknowledge the situation.

I would love to buy them but can not fill right about doing it any longer.
I want Metal Gear for sure so I will pick it up from gamestop used for 19$ this week to satisfy my gaming needs. I am sure they need my money also.
