@98, fantasy- They’re better now than last gen. So you’ll suggest Sony cut new IPs & sequel development for the current gen market leader PS4, & instead… Negotiate the licenses of old PSP/PS1 titles?
Sony weren’t do so great in their Other departments, like PCs. You need $$$ to make it, & right now that’s selling PS4s & creating product awareness for promising tech like their Project M. Maybe later on when profits are stronger, the complete library will open up for Playstation Now?

@99, Gummy- Well since the Cross-save patch for the PS3 isn’t up yet, not sure if the lvl cap has been raised. Some people have played it & liking the experience, just haven’t reached passed lvl 50 in a new SP game. I purchased the digital version since switching carts does make a minor difference & I enjoy the game enough to leave it in memory 24/7. The Borderlands series just has that replay-ability. Obviously framerate drops are present but it still plays really well.
Note people, Iron Galaxy handled the port duties & they did a fantastico job. As much as I care about trophies having Borderlands 2 On-The-Go is dang amazing. Send them a THX tweet cuz the press have unfairly written this title off.
#101. I am anything buy short sighted. I have been in gaming since well before ps1 and know how sony used to promote gaming and what policies got them where they are now. I have invested thousands in ps1 ps2 psp ps3 and vita and still have over 300 games of hard disk on my bookshelf. Not counting digital or rebuys for psp and vita.
All because I believed sony was doing it right.
If they are going to think more of themself then us as gamers that made them then let them fix it themself.
But I will bet you it will be a lot better for them if they make the right decisions and keep us on there side.
If they are going to show there lack of support for me then I will show my lack of support for them also.
@103, fantasy- Good, I’m glad we’re both hardcore gamers. If your point is, Sony not renewing their licenses for various PSP/PS1 titles = therefore I won’t buy them. Then yeah, I agree. Cuz I would purchase them too. Personally, there so much decent stuff to play currently that I can wait for Playstation Now. It doesn’t bother me that much.

went to the store and saw the physical vers and the game case made no mention of dlc included on voucher.
this should be stated in big bold letters. buying a physi game only to find out its still gonna require 2gbs to receive the content promised is borderline fraud.
good point that i could just not install it, but i shouldnt have to. BL2 physi not having all the content on the card is fine, but not having it stated as a warning to the consumer is flat out deceptive.
vouchers/digi are just another way to lock you to the single PSN account. final fantasy x-2 did this as well. not that id ever want to resell the game but forcing digi dlc/games is rotten in my book.
even more so when the actually physi game/webpages make no such claim. at least ff x-2 stated its DL only.
this game is turning into a letdown. 2gbs of account locked dlc? and i thought killzone had it rough with almost a gb going to patches.

Knights In The Nightmare PS3? I mean, I know these PSP games can be downloaded on the PS3, but you may want to clarify. Some people may purchase these in thinking they are games playable on all 3 platforms, which is most certainly not the case. It also makes them look like MINIs which is not the case.

@GStylez1980 same. I’ve got the ps3 and steam versions of BL2, picked up the vita one now (after reading a ton of reviews). Reviews seem a little low imo. First off, this is a vita port, so of course it’s not going to be on the level of the ps3 or steam versions. That said, what they’ve managed to do is absolutely amazing. This *is* BL2. I do see the occasional hiccup running around, but it’s not often. The enemies are fewer, but there does seem like more waves. Control is tight, don’t mind the rear touch controls (which I usually do since I seem to accidentally touch the rear pad a lot). Re-running the intro levels for the umpteenth time until the ps3 cross-save patch comes out. Thought I’d be like all “ugh”, but I’m having a lot of fun. Extremely impressed.

That discount on Final Fantasy XIII – Lightning Returns is too good to pass up. Been waiting for that game to drop in price before buying it. That will complete my collection of every single Final Fantasy game that has ever been released stateside.
Other than that, this is a comparatively weak week for PS+. The discounts are the main reason I keep up-to-date with the blog. Hopefully, you’re about done with your fixation on indie titles. Even 8-year-old PSP games are better than most of the brand-new indie crap coming out lately.

I’m glad I wasn’t able to Pick Up my Pre-Order Vita Slim BL2 Bundle on time, I only wanted it for basically $40 off Considering I wanted BL2 as well. THIS ONLY HURTS SONY SALES. kinda like how BL2 goty dlc was not downloadable and was contained all on disc? you did know that many games DO incorporate the dlc on the physi copy? i say BL2 goty since its basically its kin. (sans tiny tina/hammerlock)
ill toss fallout 3 goty out there just for kicks as well. all dlc on disc yet again…
believing all dlc means its only accessed from a dl is ok. its not true, but its fine to think it is. just dont go telling people that.
just take into account that when physi games state “included dlc” and its dl only, they do have it stated somewhere. this on the other hand does not.
i prefer to not take gamble purchases, especially when an inflated priced memory card is going to be involved.
for many its a deciding factor on whether to even make said purchase. even more alarming is some sites still had 4 player online play stamped as a selling point as well till only like a day ago!
side note: tomb raider goty. square enix botched the job and the dlc codes sent w/ game were bunk. even so, they still stated the dlc was DL only and thus not on disc. (i.e. account locked. i.e. immediate loss to resell value. i.e. you get the point yet?)
if you state “included” and its a voucher thats fine, but do state it!
not all of us have memory to throw away on a physi title that are in essence purchased to do just that. save on memory space.

Tales of Graces F + Tales of Xilia Combo Pack
First of all, you mispelled Xillia. Secondly, I really really want this, but $60 is still a little too pricey. Knock ’em down to $20 each/$40 and I’ll grab my first Tales games without a second hesitation.

Missed the sale, really notification need to be added to ps4 notification centre or app when games go on sale.
I really wanted tomb raider but i wont buy it now full priced and before few days was 29 !
