Everyone’s favorite raccoon thief is back in Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time. Fans of the original series can get reacquainted with the gang — Carmelita, Bentley and Murray. Since burglary is usually a stealth-oriented affair you can choose to stick to rooftops and shadows, or if you’re feeling a bit more aggressive you can take a more head-on approach with your trusty cane. Bonus — Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time is a cross-buy title, so Plus members will get both the PS3 and Vita versions.

I have to say, I’m totally underwhelmed by the sales. Especially the E3 sale. This is gaming’s high holiday! I skipped the awesome RPG flash sale because I thought for sure this one would be better. $50 for Battlefield 4 & NFS? C’mon…
Also, thanks for making Sly cross buy. i just noticed that. I’ve been playing on my vita alot more lately, so its great to have that game available on the go. :)
Whoa price on Diablo diab-blows my mind. Impossible Game is $0.74 plus the $1500 you’ll need to re-drywall your room from banging your head into the wall.

Man I was really hoping for bigger sales. Luftrausers is the only one I was interested in. Like mentioned E3 is the big day was hoping for some real PS4 sales. Battlefield is cheaper new on Amazon. Where is Killzone, where is Infamous. Was also hoping for FF or Battlefield on Vita to be one a real sale.

In the blog post earlier about the E3 sale it has Ground Zeroes (PS4) listed at $14.69. Here it is listed as $18.89. Which is the right price? Ground Zeroes was looking very appealing at half price.
Can someone clarify the price of Ground Zeroes for Plus members for PS4? This posting has it at 19 bucks, but the E3 post has it at 15 bucks. Only a few bucks difference, but its important for me >_>

I find it a bit funny that the best sale for PS4 here is listed as a PS3 sale. If you buy FFXIV, you can go to their account management and upgrade to PS4 at no cost and still keep your free month.
Really hoping for some sort of digital or PS+ announcement tonight. Sales for Vita and PS4 aren’t really there and this week’s releases are quite barren with SMT being the only highlight. Glad to see Sly up for tomorrow though. :)

Kristine, I know I’ve been asking all over the place, but do you know yet if the E3 Press Conference will be made available to download from the PS Store at some point? I’m about to go radio/internet silent, since I have a slow, DSL connection and can’t stream the show in HD, so I’m wondering if I can download it from the PS Store soon, which will inevitably be the best “archived” version available.

You’re acting like Kristine has everything to do with sales and PS+ offerings. Having the EU team in charge won’t change anything other than who writes up this post. The same people in charge of these things will still be in charge.

yes final fantasy 14 still comes with a free month, this version is for the ps3 tho, however square-enix announced at the ps4 launch that until december you can upgrade your ps3 copy to ps4 for free through the mogstation, which is the service that handles things for ff14 account services and subscriptions
Very excited for Sly Cooper, but the E3 sale is a bit stale for me, personally. Can’t win them all. I hope other people find it better than I do. I’m tempted to get TWAU, but I’ll hold out and wait for something better.

Why is the Hot Shots on Vita never on sale anymore? It’s great people who still only have PSPs have something, but why not put both on sale?
to any one that hasnt played saints row 4. i just got it a week ago brand new for 20 and its really good. it starts off weak but the game play gets addicting later on. for 13 bucks its a steal.
So next week, Terraria for Vita, then week after that, Mutant Mudds Deluxe for Vita (or possibly reverse those two), then week after that, we change to the model where we get all 6 games the first Tuesday of the month, and by then those 6 will be the only ones in the IGC.
The pricing for Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes is different than the blog entry that spotlights the E3 sale. They have it at $9.79 $14.69 for the PS3 & PS4, respectively. You have it at $12.59 & $18.89. What gives? This is just about the only game from the sale that I’m considering, but if it’s increasing I’m not getting it.

Part 1 – I am a bit torn this week as I look through the blog posts and see the E3 sale and the sales listed under this post. On one hand I am loving the sports sale (please do more!) and will be picking up Sports Champion 2 and recommend MLB the show to those of you who don’t have it yet. It’s an awesome game and I’m not even a baseball fan. However, on the other hand I think the best of E3 sale is a major disappointment.
I was looking forward to an awesome lineup of games slashed to rock bottom prices like last year when you had tons of games for $5 or less. I picked up every game! You even did the ultimate bundle sale which I picked up Arkham City for $20. This year I see $20 for AC4 for just the game. Lol, that is hardly a good deal when Best Buy had a sale a couple weeks ago for a brand new hard copy for $15. Digital can’t compete with that when I can always resell it.
Part 2 – I think overall you do a good job and do listen to your customers but some times you need a little more clarity on what exactly your customer is looking for.
In short here is what gets me to spend money: Sales on full length PS3 titles $10 or less, PS3 and PS vita cross buy games for $10 or less (I refuse to buy a game that is cross play and not sold as such), PSP or PSone games for $2.50 or less. Do more of this and you guys will dominate.
