The Drop: New PlayStation Games for 6/24/2014
The Drop

With the industry-wide excitement of E3 cooling, we have another list of games coming to the world of PlayStation this week. Transformers: Rise of the Dark Spark arrives on PS4 and PS3, alongside Valiant Hearts: The Great War.

Celebrating three decades of Transformers greatness, Rise of the Dark Spark features more than forty playable characters across both the single-player campaign and the co-op Escalation mode. The dev team behind Rise of the Dark Spark has made an effort to bridge the generations of Transformers together, linking the worlds of Generation One, the Paramount Pictures films, and also Activision’s Cybertron titles.

Meanwhile, Ubisoft is readying the launch of Valiant Hearts: The Great War, a stylized adventure game for PS4 and PS3. In Valiant Hearts, players witness the intersecting lives, loves, and tragedies of several characters involved in the horror of World War I. See how these stories intertwine, and how brave men and women fought for something larger than themselves.

For a complete list of games coming to PlayStation this week, read on. And enjoy the Drop!

  • A few questions if anyone can help. Any Idea what Atelier Rorona Plus’s pricing will be? And does the PSN store update at a specific time or is it based on your current timezone?

  • Out of this World?

  • darksidersguy123

I am deffently getting the new Transformers game tomorrow befor I go to work tomorrow for the ps 4 and maybe for the ps 3 as well…

  • @Attributable

The other 2 Atelier Plus games were $39.99 when they released, so I’m sure Rorona will be the same. The store update post is usually at 2 pm Pacific time, but you can usually find a game by searching the store a couple hours earlier.

  • @ rabidninjamonky

Im thinking the same too when it comes to the price, but the PS3 version is probably just more expensive since its physical. Anyway thanks for your help, Rorona is in stores… just no content so ill just keep checking every so often.

  • @Attributable

It sounds like you’re looking for Atelier Rorona tonight, if so it won’t be there. They put out some dlc last week I believe, but the game won’t be on PSN until tomorrow at around 2 pm Pacific.

  • Hi Sony,

Can you bring awesome digital entertainment apps such as HBO GO, and WatchESPN to PS4? :)

  • I see puddle is coming out today for ps4 according to the web store. If I have the vita version does that mean I get the ps4 version cros buy. That happens with flower and escape plan when I bought my system.

  • Blue Estate & Valiant Hearts aren’t on the Ps4 Store, but other Ps3 Games are on the Ps3 Store. I’ve Contacted BlueEstateTheGame.com to Inform Them of Your Faulty Update.

  • Blazblue and Valiant Hearts!!! Definitely got my eye on those.

On a side note still waiting for Crash and Spryo for North American PS Vita users…..
