Why do people make ridiculous comments like this? Just because YOU don’t like the sale doesn’t make it weak. It just means YOU don’t like it. And how do you know “everyone” has the games on sale. There are currently over 80 millions PS3 systems sold right now to date. Are you saying each of the games have ALREADY sold to each and EVERY one of those people?

Very happy to finally see Slender: The Arrival on PSN! I know.. the game is a couple years overdue on consoles and looks a tad last gen, I hope people who haven’t tried it will. Slender may not be all the hype anymore, but walk through that forest knowing if you turn around he’ll be there.. or he might appear behind a tree you pass. Game still has it!
And speaking of survival horror, I may pick up Wheel of Fortune on sale. ;)
And maybe that 2.99 Game of Thrones? It’s going to be a long week until Persona 4 Arena Ultimax.

It’s always the same day, the last Thursday of the month. Though the past couple of months it’s been going out on the last Wednesday, which I assume is done so it coincides with the EU blog’s post.
However this month since the following Tuesday is still in the same month, we’re probably not going to see it until October 1st.

with the PS2 version of Disney & Pixar’s Wall-E coming out this week as a PS2 classic this week. I hope this means we’re gonna get more Disney PS2 games as digital downloads on the US Playstation Store in the near future. like Donald Duck: Goin Quackers (the PS2 version), The Incredibles, Toy Story 3 (PS2 version), Stitch: Experiment 626, and Treasure Planet (PS2 version).

I don’t come on here to complain about store offerings because I’m not selfish. :P I’m totally aware of the fact that there’s games that appeal to some people that wouldn’t to others and it’s great that we get an eclectic selection of sales every week. I know you think the world revolves around you and that you “thanking Sony” for a single deal you liked over the weekend gives you the right to say that there are no decent sales this week…but you need to get your head out of your…I’ll stop here. ;]
As noted by #48, the GGO DLC pack for SAO:HF is now up. but also, the version 1.01 patch update went up earlier today.
Clocking in at 646MB, v1.01 adds a bunch of new content to the game, as well as fixing and tweaking some of the features from the “core” game system. (For example, the Hollow Area map is now easier to navigate, while you can check your partner’s current weapon and armour selections through new dialogue options.)
I highly recommend anyone who already has the game to grab that update as soon as you can – and for anyone thinking of getting the game from here on to install the update righ away, before making your first Full Dive into the campaign.
Gahhh!!! I keep wanting to get Odin Sphere while it’s on sale, but I’m not gonna be able to get it this week >.< (Personal reasons). At least the T-bone DLC for Watch Dogs is finally out, so that should keep me busy for a while.
well, there’s the assassin’s creed sale i was waiting for. all the other AC games are good prices, but AC4 is still too expensive for me. even with this sale, it’s still over half of the original price. wasn’t this game a launch title for the ps4? that’s almost a year old now.
i also wish freedom cry was a little cheaper, but i’ll probably end up buying it anyway because i’ve been wanting to play AC4 for a long time. $10 is easier on my wallet than $32.

if you mean DLC for AC4, those packs were on sale a while back which is why i was predicting the inevitable AC sale to be soon, but it didn’t happen until now.
Any chance the Borderlands 1 DLC can be added to the Borderlands sale? Seems kinda odd not to put it on sale when all of the Borderlands 2 DLC is on sale…..

Wow, some great stuff this week. Several fantastic games that are highly under-appreciated: Odin Sphere, Red Faction Guerillas, Red Faction Armegeddon, Rock of Ages. And of course Disgaea is a legendary tactical strategy. Unfortunately, I already have most of those, but I’ll definitely be grabbing Aquapazza – that’s a fantastic deal for one of my favorite fighting games, even the used copies cost more than twice this sale price o_O.
Now if only we could get similartly fantastic sales for Project Diva and Rougue Legacy, I’d be in gaming nirvana :)

Also, are you offering the Darksiders DLC on discount because Nordic royally screwed up the season passes for the Darksiders Collection? It’d be great if you guys had Nordic fix that.

I might be picking up Sherlock ps3. Wanted to try it before the ps4 version came out next week. But I’m way over loaded with games. Glad to see a good amount of jrpgs coming to the west lately. Just wish they gave a little of that love to the vita. But all in all happy week for me, going to get my detective on… On the vita and finally beat danganronpa 2. ..

Some really nice sales and price drops, but I’m gonna pass on everything. Destiny is devouring my gaming time, and I’m squeezing Minecraft PS4 and D3: RoS UEE in wherever I can. And to top it all off, Shadow of Mordor comes out next week… the madness never stops.

please just put all weekly sales, ps+ or otherwise, in one list. it’s confusing as hell to try and navigate both lists to see what’s different
Noticed that in the latest update, the option for “Listing all PS4” games is gone, now it says “PS4 Catalog” which takes you to a screen with a bunch of large ads for games to have to scroll through before you can click on “All games”. I think being able to list all games sorted by release date should be on the top menu, not buried. Also, when I am looking at all games, I WISH all the pre-purchase (meaning not actually released yet) would have a tag on them saying as much. I know most do, but some don’t which makes it confusing. Consistency would be nice.

on the flash sale i got modnation and split second and motorstorm, also tomb raider on the regular sale. now i see a good few more sales on this update. might pick up one more or two. full ps3 games that retailed for 60$ down to 5$ is ah steal to me. even though their cheap now regardless. keep the sales comming.
