Tiny Troopers Joint Ops Hits PS3, Vita 10/28

Hi Everyone! We’re back again and this time we’re delighted to finally be able to confirm the release date and price for Tiny Troopers Joint Ops!

As you’d expect from a bite size game, we’ve delivered an exceptionally low price for Tiny Troopers Joint Ops, so low in fact you’d get a court martial if this wasn’t in your collection! Don’t forget, it’s available as a Cross Save / Cross Buy title, which means you only need to buy one version and you’ll get the others automatically.

Tiny Troopers Joint Ops on PS3 and PS Vita

Available to purchase on PS3 and PS Vita on October 28th, Tiny Troopers Joint Ops will be available for the miniscule price of $7.99! The PS4 version will be released at a later date.

Take a look at our latest trailer on Tiny Troopers Joint Ops — this time we focus on the various mission types available inside this bite size arcade shooter.

  • I might get it, the price isn’t so bad

  • PSVita TV support? (Please, say yes!)

  • Looks like an interesting game for the right price. I’ll be getting the PS4 version later.

    • Thanks Somnia_II – As soon as we have more information on the PS4 we will update you all :) Thanks for your support!

  • On a previous post it was stated there will be no in game transactions. If that is still the case, then count me in. This will be great on the Vita.

  • Looks fun! Will this have a level up type system? If so then I’ll wait for the PS4 version.

    • Hi BuriedSorrow – Yes you can level up your troopers to a degree. The elements you can level up include;

Riffle Barrel (increases the rate of damage), Riffle Scope (increases the accuracy, allowing your troopers to hit their targets more frequently), Riffle Magazine (providing your troopers with an increased rate of fire), Riffle Muzzle (increases the range of the troopers firepower), Armour (allowing your troopers to take on more damage), Boots (increases the speed at which the troopers can move, making them harder to hit) and finally, your troopers Rank (increasing your troopers rank will increase their hit points).

There are also a range of outfits specifically designed for your Tiny Troopers that can provide additional abilities such as extra command points upon mission competition, a reduction in the enemy’s observation range or even extra hit points!

      Thanks for your comments.

  • So, are we now having all new psn games made with cheapest and worse looking UNITY engine these days?
Around 80% of all new psn games are made with this cheap generic multiplatform engine.

Devs should get off their *** and do games as we had them for years on ps3, with its own custom engines or atleast by using better 3rd party engines then Unity. This is as bad as it gets for customers and cheapest and easiest way to cash-in by devs.

Oddworld is same, no wonder game has so many flaws and bugs and still no ps3/vita version out. PS4 version barely holds it together with 4 massive updates.
Slender is generic looking too, because of Unity engine limitations.
In Space We Brawl, same thing, MouseCraft, CounterSpy, oh my…
I could go on and on forever with almost all new games this year.
Sony love to indie devs gone too far by making Playstation games looking like steam pc product, but hugely overpriced.

This is why I love Curve studio, they develope games with care and always make beautiful games.

I pray the God some games Im waiting, like Teslagrad, wont be done with same crap engine.

  • so sad was really looking forward to playing this on the ps4

    • Hi Blazkowicz64 ::-( We really were hoping to have the PS4 available at the same time however as soon as we’re able to confirm a release date, we will. We’re very hopeful it wont be far behind the PS3 and Vita release.

  • Will there actually be a story driven campaign? Something like Mission 1 to 20 and then an ending sequence.

The mission types seem fairly generic.

btw, IK enjoyed your previous game on my iPad.

  • This looks cool but i’m not sure this is a purchase for me but a great game for the ps vita!!!!!

  • hopefully i’m not too late and will receive a response…

so, it says above: “Don’t forget, it’s available as a Cross Save / Cross Buy title, which means you only need to buy one version and you’ll get the others automatically.” am I right to assume this means if I buy the PS3 version, that I will get the PS4 version FREE?
any any progress I make on PS3/Vita version will be compatible with the PS4?

I ask only because I got screwed over with Pinball Arcade, Guacamelee, Lone Survivor, and Don’t Starve Giants, and DID NOT receive the PS4 versions of those games for free when finally released, even though was told I would. I also got screwed on the new South Park Zen Pinball by buying the PS4 version, only to find out I don’t get the PS3/Vita version.

please be CLEAR about such things!
