Official PlayStation Gear Store Open for Business

We are excited to announce the grand opening of the PlayStation Gear Store at gear.playstation.com. The PlayStation Gear Store is a one stop shop for officially licensed PlayStation merchandise and exclusive items from your favorite games like The Last of Us, inFAMOUS, Uncharted, The Order: 1886 and Killzone.

Love yesterday’s Powers premiere? Check out the Powers collection at gear.playstation.com as well.

You’ll find hoodies, tees, limited edition artwork, accessories, and collectibles — many of which are only available at the PlayStation Gear Store!

We also have many more products and game collections planned throughout 2015 and beyond. Some of the collections you can expect to see here shortly are Journey, Bloodborne, God of War, and LittleBigPlanet.

Keep an eye out for upcoming new product announcements and updates, as we work to create the best PlayStation Gear experience that we can for you, our PlayStation community.

I assume that these items are truly ours and not merely “rented” from Sony? I would hate to think that three years from now when this initiative is pulled aka Playstation Mobile that an email from Sony would come out telling me that I can no longer wear the clothing.

I would love to see those collectible playing cards from Playstation experience available on the site!

Plus, some Dangonronpa, parappa, patapon, locoroco, and katamari stuff would be amazing!!!

I really wanna see more colorful things on there! Bring out the colorful whimsy! Locoroco would be amazing! And the bright pink Dangonronpa with a minimalist Monokuma face would be amazing!

I can’t wait to rock my favorite Playstation characters!

(And a hotline Miami style thing would be brutally awesome! And unfinished swan!!! Gah! There’s just so much! HOHOKUM!!!)

I have a question, why did you guys take so long for this to happen? You know some of your long time fans are parents now and as a parent myself I would love to dress my son in Ratchet,sackboy,daxter,sly,knack clothes. You guys are missing a big opportunity here.

So glad it can finally refer people to this store for some of the merch I bought at the Playstation Experience! The look of heartbreak in their eyes was too much to bear when I’d say it was no longer available.

I was so excited to see those Killzone shirts! And then I was immediately let down when I noticed they only go up to 2X. Please please please add 3X. I’ll fork over extra money if I have to. Or maybe this could be my motivation to lose some weight lol. Still is there any chance that 3X shirts will eventually be sold?

I think it would have been cool to incorporate trophies somehow like with the greatness awaits bidding. Maybe go by our trophy level for tiered discounts.
Trophy Level 10-20 for 10% off or something. But I see the logins don’t use our psn logins so maybe it’s not in the cards. It would be cool if there were items available only to the most dedicated PlayStation gamers like an exclusive trophy level 20 actual trophy or medal to celebrate our digital achievement.
We’d probably see a few people decked out like celebrated generals.

Sweet! Can’t believe something like this is just now happening. That Helghast hoodie is looking pretty awesome, and I can’t wait to see what kind of stuff shows up in the future. Speaking of which, is there a way we can get notifications on when new stuff appears (other than facebook or twitter)? Maybe email, or a blogpost on here, etc.

Like others, I also want multiple items, but the shipping prices :(. Maybe in the future we can see some of these items on Amazon, or certain retail stores? I also have a question. Why is it that when go to the brands tab on the top, and click on The Last of Us everything appears half off? Is this just a mistake?

I’d like to see the Delsin’s beanie in the inFamous section. I lost mine from the Collector’s Edition, which was perfect! It’s the winter. I was using it all the time. Drinking a lot. Anyway, don’t know where it is, and I want to replace it. Also, I’d like to see more than just hoodies out of The Order section. I already own the Neapolitan Hoodie from The Last of Us, and honestly, as far as light hoodies go, you are not going to find a cooler one.

Looking forward to what you guys put up for Bloodborne. Also, a Journey long scarf would be perfect. Just about the only scarf I’d choose over my Ravenclaw one.
