Beyond! G Police has been available on the EU PSN for nearly a decade. Is it really that difficult to bring it to the US PSN? It’s my favorite PS One game and I must have it for my Vita!!!!
@22 – It’s called “install a larger HDD”. I probably own more games than you and my 1TB is doing just fine. There’s also this thing called “don’t download absolutely every game when you have absolutely no intention of playing them anytime soon/ever; download them once you’re ready”. Get hip to these things and you’ll be alright.
ANGRYFEAR5 it is ridiculously easy to buy and install a new hard drive even for technologically impaired people. Go buy a new one like every single original PS3 owner did within weeks of buying the system…
If you already did that and managed to fill 2TB+ worth of hard drive space, you need to better manage your room.

I’m excited for Mat Mania. Such a great game. I’m hoping this arcade classic and future come in at $4.99 or under. $7.99 for Rygar was a little steep.
I am very upset and disappointed with Sony’s inability and/or willingness to help customers.
My account got hacked one way or another. How is immaterial at this point.
Whomever stole my account, also deactivated my PlayStations. When I got my account back, and went to use it — I was told my PS could not be activated because I already had 2 activated. When I went to try and deactivate it on the website I was told “You have deactivated your devices recently and cannot use this feature at this time.”
So I contacted support, who told me that I would have to wait six months to deactivate and reactivate the consoles.
Six months.
They told me they could not help me.
So now I am stuck with a PlayStation Plus subscription that will expire before I can use it again. What do you think the odds are they I will buy another one next year??? I’ve had one for 4 years now — and guess what — if Sony can’t reactivate my console for me I’m done with Sony. I’ll give my PlayStations away before I’ll spend another dime on Sony products that can just be stolen away, and not be returned to me even though Sony has the ability to help — they just won’t.

It sucks that your account got hacked. Unfortunately all I think you can do is try to contact Customer Support. Sony does run a live chat feature I believe in North America. I would suggest at the very least that you try to get a refund for the remaining length of time on your PS Plus subscription. They should at least be able to help with this as your systems are deactivated and as such, why would you have PS Plus then? If they use logic reasoning at least you might be able to get that. I’m not sure what has all been stolen from you but I believe you should be able to reactivate the systems some day. It’s a risk we take nowadays having anything hooked up to the internet unfortunately :(

What determines whether a game gets its own individual blog post here? Why have we not seen any post introducing us to Yorbie while there are tons of unworthy 8-bit ugly pixelated games getting multiple posts advertising them? Is it a matter of the publisher’s willingness to pay you money? Yorbie (episode 1 this week) looks great but I had to Google for trailer and info (and I still have no idea how many episodes there are or whether you are going to sell a full season bundle).

Square announced that they were releasing ff7 on the ps4. It’s basically the old pc version, which has slightly better visuals. Not sure if the dialogue is altered or not.
Everyone thought it was a remake, and the fans got all hyped. When they saw it was this, they were like ‘whatever’. Lol! I forgot what event it was.
Is it technically possible to port Slender over to the Vita as well? I wouldn’t mind having some slender on the go.

It’s entirely relevant HOW your account got hacked.
You get upset because you can’t deactivate multiple PS3s or 4s multiple times within a 6 month period.
So let’s say Sony lets you do it once a month. What is to stop someone from activating the console as their primary, downloading a bunch of stuff, and then taking it offline, not connecting it online anymore and bootlegging a bunch of games, and then doing that every single month?
The answer? Nothing.
You’re level 5 (my wife almost never plays games and is about the same level you are from just Borderlands which you have as well)
You probably haven’t bought many digital games, looking at Disney Infinity, Skylanders, as some of the few games that aren’t PS Plus freebies from that 35 game list..
If you get a PS4 this issue KINDA can’t happen because if you have internet access (and the servers are up) you can’t lose access to your digital content the way you did here,
It’s just that if they create a loop hole for YOU to be able to do this, there’s nothing to prevent people from Gamesharing and then keeping the consoles offline basically pirating the digital copies.
@53 Don’t begrudge people for wanting external hard drive support.
Your argument isn’t bad, but if you have a lot of games, upgrading your hard drive can be a HUGE pain in the butt because you can’t “copy all” to a hard drive effectively. So it would be nice to have the OPTION to just plug in a 4TB external HDD or at least a 2TB.
Nyko has an accessory that lets you plug in a 3.5″ drive. I mean people are going to crazy lengths already. Sony should just figure out a way how to format and make the an extended partition to a USB device, and let people use them.
They should also let you download videos instead of JUST streaming.
They didn’t include these features from the start so they could make a better gaming machine, and the PS4 is better than the Xbox One.
Doesn’t mean that they shouldn’t try to match features and make quality of life adjustments. Especially before they start giving PS Plus full games like candy.
@94 – I’ve seen the Nyko thing, and I may consider it if iI ever decide 1TB isn’t enough, but like I said there is just no reason to have that many games installed anyway. It’s not a problem to simply wait to download a game until you’re ready to play it – most PS+ games I don’t download right away – and then be realistisc about games you’ll likely never play again, and delete them.
What PS4 really needs (in addition to MANY other things) is a backup/restore utility like PS3 has. I upgraded my PS3 HDD twice, and with that utility I was able to fully clone my old HDD to my new one. Heck, even my old messages carried over. A person needs to plan ahead though like I did and buy a larger HDD early. Don’t wait until you fill 500GB before replacing; get a 1TB or 2TB now. And definitely consider the Nyko product. 3.5″ HDD’s are much cheaper. Faster too, but of course higher RPM’s = more heat.

Armored core, loved the franchise during the PS1 and PS2 days. Bought multiple copies (still got them) to play on LAN.
Loved looking for the hidden Karasawa laser rifle. Spent a good amount of time on the garage trying to build the perfect machine of destruction. LoL
The Lack of LAN multiplayer on the last Namco Bandai published Armored core series was the last straw for this former fan of the series since ’97.
I don’t think you can even play online multiplayer anymore on with the last AC V titles.
Why not put Metal Slug Anthology on the Playstation 4 !?!?
1TB is such a waste of money.
You can get a 2TB HDD external, pop it open pull out the HDD in your PS4, throw this one in, throw the PS4 drive back into the external and still have a 500GB external drive, and a 2TB internal drive for the PS4, for somewhere between $80-100 dollars why would you buy anything else?

Especially since a hybrid, or even an SSD doesn’t give you a speed boost worth upgrading for. The external hard drive casing alone IMO is worth the upgrade to the 2TB.
Lots of good games. As a Souls veteran + based on my experience, Bloodborne is gonna be one of the best of all time, reminds me of Gears of War last gen – a true next gen gem. I’m ready!
So who else here hopes to hell that this Borderlands collection/remake on the PS4 does NOT have the same AF issues that plagued the DMC4 remake on the PS4?!?!?!?!? Because those ugly AF issues (issues the PS4 clearly shouldn’t have problems with AT ALL) do so much to ruin the iq that it caused me to not buy DMC4 for my PS4 and to wait until I can get (afford) an X1 to buy/play it.
It’s really too bad too because from what I gathered this remastered DMC is suppose to be one the best beatemup-action-brawlers to come along in a while for the PS3/4. Although my wish isn’t all the way gone as it’s not too late for Ninja Theory (or whoever else did the port job?) to patch the PS4 version similar to what Techland did to patch Dying Light in order to fix/improve its AF issues/problems.
