friends and I have been playing the crap outta dark world. Such an awesome expansion. 4 player co-op rules! Not to mention prism arrows in multiplayer is a blast.

“Hotarubi no Mori e” is a short movie(45 minutes) that made tear up. I think you should give it try.

Regarding the Neptunia series…..

1. I’m probably the biggest Neptunia fan here – I own most of the Limited Editions (buy now?), some wall scrolls, and even some t-shirts! And my chosen waifu happens to be the goddess representing the PlayStation Nation.
2. All of the games released on PS3 are the main series, while those released on Vita are either remakes of the PS3 games (Re;birth1, 2, 3), or spinoffs (PP, Hyperdevotion Noire, Neptunia U).
3. Sid is right – the games get released in Japan first, and there’s usually a delay between when they get it and when we do due to all the localization, etc. Sometimes it does seem like its a bit much to release all these games so close to each other, but all they’re pretty much doing is playing catch-up (Neptunia U came out sometime late last year in Japan). They just recently got the newest (and perhaps biggest) entry in the main series – Neptunia VII (Victory II, not 7…although that’s probably a direct reference to FF7) on PS4, which I cannot wait to play. We still have Re;birth3 on Vita (remake of Neptunia Victory on PS3) to go, so I’d imagine it’d be a long wait.

Also, might I suggest tossing in major DLC releases (like Destiny: House of Wolves) when talking about those new releases?

Oh, and have you guys played The Misadventures of Tron Bonne yet? An excellent PS1 classic that got a surprise release last week!

Sid’s Scandalous Butt Talk was a highlight. lol.

Can I get in on this “3 movies I never tire of watching” list?

– Cabin in the Woods: Joss Whedon’s love filled hate letter to modern day horror is fun filled gory satire that cleverly disguises itself as a legitimate horror movie. It makes fun of horror movie cliches by purposely being cliche.

– Django Unchained: Quentin Tarantino is a genius, I even liked Inglourious Basterds to some degree. But Django is just some of the most fun I’ve had watching a movie. And Leonardo’s performance is so good you almost wanna him the man himself.

– Primal Fear: I love Edward Norton films but THIS movie was his film debut and he exceeded expectations. His acting in this movie was beyond phenomenal, especially for someone just getting into film. Richard Gere is the main guy but I feel Ed stole the show.

Could someone confirm if Dark World’s new stages support Quest Mode? I recently replayed up to the King’s Court in it with a friend, and it’s really a blast. I’d love for even more content to be in the expansion.

And what are the chances of the Dark World mode being finished, so it supports every map? It looks awesome, but extremely tiny, especially in comparison to the rest of the game. The variant system seems like a great idea (I’d like to see something along those lines for the Quest mode, but I doubt it’ll happen), but I don’t know how long that’ll distract my friends from Versus.

Comfort Movies:

1. Ghostbusters – greatest movie of all time

2. Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back – stupid fun movie that always puts a smile on my face.

Movies that make me cry:

The end of the Wedding Singer when Adam Sandler is singing “I want to grow old with you” to Drew Barrymore on the airplane makes me tear up every time.

Another fantastically amazing show!! :D
Thinking of films that make me cry, I’m instantly reminded of my experience with Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon. Seated in the movie theatre, I found myself unable to talk after the credits finished rolling. Having not watched the movie since that single experience, I can’t even remember if it ended on an emotional note, or if it was just the entire package that brought on the waterworks. Film score, choreography, cinematography….these elements combined to create such a purpose-filled, emotional ride from start to finish, that once it ended, there was no stopping those tears.

Comfort movie: The Princess Bride or Labyrinth (….. there are SO many, though…I feel like Sid trying to narrow it down. lol)

My comfort movie is definitely the first Jurassic Park. I’ve seen that movie countless times and never get tired of it. What’s funny is that I know almost every single line of dialogue in the movie and follow along whenever I watch it. My cousin is also a huge fan so I’ll randomly text him quotes from the movie or whenever I see him and we go out to eat I’ll drop a line from the movie and we will start laughing like goofs while everyone around us is lost.

Games that made me cry are Journey and Beyond Two Souls. The ending to both games got to me since I’ve always been fascinated with stories about life and death.
