  • Enjoy the show!

  • Is there any way to make the file size smaller than 100MB on iTunes?

  • Blogcast episode is up kinda early, no? Just a question, no complaints here!

Also, with no Sid, does that mean no sauce recipes this week? :(

Severed hype. I am ready. Excellent job hosting Ryan.

  • Haha. No, not the whole series; more like 30 minute chunks occasionally in one of the games. Great show, guys!

@danjer047. Go to your preferences in iTunes and update your import settings to use the MP3 encoder at 192 kbps (or lower) quality. Then right click on the blogcast episode, and select “Create MP3 version”, and it will appear in your Recently Added playlist. It should make the file size significantly smaller. Hope that helps.

I’m excited for Severed, I wish there was a more concrete release date though. “hopefully by the end of Summer” was kind of a let down. It will be a day one purchase for me when it eventually releases though.

Any info on the vita versions of Bastion, Axiom Verge, Geometry Wars 3,Pier Solar, Re Revelations 2, Shantae Half-genie Hero, Dragon Fin Soup, Project Phoenix, Steam World Heist or most importantly Rainbow Skies?

  • Question for the Blogcast peeps: With Spotify announcing that they will now be doing podcasts, is there any chance in the future where the PlayStation Blogcast will hit PlayStation Music? It would be pretty cool to play games while listening to the Blogcast in the background.

  • doth my eyes deceive me!?

Blogcast on a Thursday! Whoop! And so early too.

Well done gentlemen. *sniff* I might cry…

Alright *puts on helmet* let’s do this!

  • I find your lack of Sid disturbing…

    lol, Star Wars.

  • Comfort Game? Catherine.

  • Hey Ryan I would love to hear more about your love for classic rock. Rock on!!

  • I think I’m going crazy because I could have sworn I heard Katamari Damacy music in the background during Justin’s interview

  • 52 minutes… One could deduce the blogcast being under an hour is because no Sid´s derails, sauce recipes and who knows what else… xp

    Love you guys.

  • Nick, I´m totes with you that Veep is the funniest show on TV right now. I fricking love it. Very dry humour and so entertaining.

Good show guys! I’m surprised nobody mentioned they are playing the Witcher 3. I’m about 4-5 hours into it so far and I’m loving it! Buy now! Looking forward to downloading Ultra Street Fighter IV on Tuesday :)

How about you talk about the fact that Canadian consumers are getting royally screwed over by Sony, price wise?

  • I played Severed on Vita at GDC, and I liked the Myst meets Guacamelee look and exploration. The Infinity Blade-like slashing for attacks didn’t feel great to me, but it sounded like they are still tightening up the control scheme. (I don’t dislike touch controls in-general, the demo at GDC just didn’t feel responsive and accurate to me.)

I’d love to see RealMYST ported to PS3/4/Vita. Since it’s already on iPad, it could certainly ‘fit’ on the Vita hardware. The PSP version of classic Myst just doesn’t hold up due to the low-color images and low-quality audio.

  • @16 because Canadians aren’t getting royally screwed over.

Compared to the U.S. Canada has better cost of living standards, and $449 in Canadian Dollars is $365.56 in US Dollars according to google and http://cad.fx-exchange.com/usd/

    PS4 controllers
    65 CAD
    =
    52.91867 USD

You’re getting charged $5 more per games in Canada but that probably has to do with Language requirements if I had to guess, but anyway people can always get some deals if they just wait a tad bit. Sometimes you just get deals release week.

Again Canadians make a higher minimum wage, AND Healthcare.

I just get a stupid voucher that says I don’t have to pay the fee for not having health care because… well wages are terrible in the U.S. mine included.

So unless there’s something I’m missing, I don’t think Canadians are getting the short end of any stick.

  • Don’t look now guys, but there’s yet another Neptunia game due out next month.

Also, despite my avatar, I’m actually a guy. For real!
