The iconic Street Fighter series, known across the world for its razor-sharp gameplay and devoted fan community, is coming to PS4 this week in the form of Ultra Street Fighter IV. Prepare for the definitive edition of this legendary, tournament-grade competition.
Ultra Street Fighter IV on PS4 comes packed with every character, every level, and every piece of DLC released thus far, and the team has worked to eliminate input lag so the game would be more than capable of representing at tournaments.
If you’d rather fuse elements and sling spells, look no further than Magicka 2, which is also launching on PS4 this week. This top-down adventure cranks up the friendly fire and tasks you (and your friends) with decimating enemies with murderous magicks. Watch your aim, though — you don’t want to turn those close buddies of yours into a sizzling pile of digital bones.

Did you play the Sneak Peak Ryan? Had fun with it and even got to play with some people. I had my eye on this game since last E3 when it was announced. Wished the first Magicka had come to PS3 back in the day.
Hey! Yep, Roundabout for PS Vita is still coming. It’s close, but we wanted to spend a little more time on it to make it super polished before we released it. When it comes out later this year it’ll be Cross-Buy with the PS4 version.
can we address the issue that 99% of fightsticks don’t work on the PS4 before we talk about USFIV? any word if Capcom is utilizing Lab Zero’s code the way Skullgirls and MK:X have? without that support Ultra Street Fighter IV is worthless.
Is Mega Man 8 in English? I just want to make sure that it is not in Japanese like some of the older Mega Man titles. If in English, I will be getting it for the Vita.
Mega Man 8, on the Playstation Store, this Tue… I mean Wednesday. YAY!
Happy Happy Joy Joy
To celebrate the long-awaited digital release of the PSone game Mega Man 8.
I’m going to recite quotes from one of the anime cutscenes in the game below.
The reason why I love this cutscene in the whole game, is that between the events of MM7 & MM8, Dr. Thomas Light was Diagnosed with Elmer Fudd syndrome (which means he will speak like him till his death before the events of Mega Man X).
Dr. Light: These, these are the energy resources
Dr. Light: But I’ve never seen this type of earth
Dr. Light: I don’t where this energy came from, but we can’t let it fall into Dr. Wahwee’s hands
Dr. Wily does his evil maniacal laughter
Dr. Light: You must recover all the energy immediately W-Mega Man
Mega Man: But where is Dr. Wily
Dr. Light: That’s a good question. We may be able to locate another energy emission from the radar room. When we find that meator, we’ll find Dr. Wahwee.

^Please note: If Disney loses the film distribution & home media distribution rights to the first two Narnia films by the end of the year, I will no longer be hashtag requesting this game.
Magicka 2 can be downloaded now (which i did) but for some reason all the preorder bonus items that came with the game arent able to be downloaded. Keeps giving some error.
This is my first PSN preorder so not sure how it works exactly. Do we have to wait till the release date to be able to download all the bonus items for the game? I would think if you can download the game you would be able to also download the bonus items too.
I strongly recommend Arcania on Ps4 to anyone who like Action/Adventure RPGs. I originally bought it on PS3 and suffered through it because it ran absolutely TERRIBLE, but the game was good. Had I known that there was going to be a Ps4 release, which by the way, runs AMAZING, I would have waited to play it.
Again, I highly recommend Arcania PS4! It’s actually a lot like The Witcher 3, just with smaller environments.
@26 It will be in English since Megaman 8 was released in English on PS in North America and Europe. The reason 1-6 aren’t is because they never got English PS releases.
@16 They already stated earlier this week that USFIV is using Lab Zero’s PS3 fightstick drivers. It’s in an earlier blog post about USFIV.

so much of a PC gamer you have time to post on PS4 site… agree i want more but not going to ***** at whats out… i jumped from ps2 to PC to ps4 got to admit 90% of pc games are ****!
and again we have more evidence that sony is still trying to force free online playing ps3 players to the paid subscription model ps4. even more so because week after week there are even less vita games because vita releases also support the ps3.
stop it sony.
the ps4 hasn’t proven it’s worth yet (and never will as long as it forces it’s fans to pay for monthly subscription fees, also known as that MAIN SELLING POINT THAT MADE PSN AND PS3 THE SUCCESS THAT IT IS NOW)
What are you even talking about? Nobody is forcing anybody to do anything, and don’t blame Sony for the developers’ choices of platforms. Heck, there are still PSone Classics coming out, which are compatible with PS3, PS Vita, and PSP (and *not* PS4). I’m not sure how “Vita releases support the PS3”, but there are four Vita releases this week which is hardly a slim number. There’s even a PS3 exclusive out this week.
Or are you complaining about the Street Fighter port? That’s already available on PS3, I don’t see how that would force anybody to switch to PS4.
Enjoy the Drop!
Magicka 2 cant wait! :D
Me neither! Looks so good.
