Nice to see more goodies for PS Plus members! How often will this occur? Can we expect more offers like this in the near future? Thank you for listening to the feedback of Playstation Community.

I’m totally down for PlayStation Plus Specials.

+ kingcarlo08 on May 26th, 2015 at 1:33 pm said:

Just bough Dying Light Ultimate Edition last week and I can;t seem to download Bozak Horde for Free.

also Magicka 2 Preorder DLCs have errors when I try to download them.

Great sale for this week and last week.

Will be getting Bloodbore, Evil within and Metro.

+ DaShaka9 on May 26th, 2015 at 1:34 pm said:

Great idea. Definitely in favor of this, even if this first round of sales is as terrible as it is.

+ tehkeemo on May 26th, 2015 at 1:34 pm said:

A good sale, thanks! I grabbed Dark Souls 2 for PS4 for just $38.39 – good to be PS+ member, thanks! :)

+ Subsided_Assasin on May 26th, 2015 at 1:36 pm said:

With the exception of Oreshika which ill definately be buying these sales are terrible, all of these games were either cheaper on PSn before or are cheaper for the physical copies

+ msmont on May 26th, 2015 at 1:36 pm said:

Wish the same was a bit more.

Currently on Amazon the Order is 40 dollars (I’m surprised that it’s held it’s value this long). Bloodborne is 40 as well and Dark Souls is 48.

+ Grandravine on May 26th, 2015 at 1:37 pm said:

Fellow Canadians take heed. Bloodborne is 39.99 at EB Games til May 31. DON’T get ripped off

+ FireGuy13 on May 26th, 2015 at 1:43 pm said:

@ #3. Try this strange solution. Go to PS store and download Singstar (its free for the base game), then try downloading ur messed up dlcs again. It worked for me this morning with Magicka 2 content. Don’t ask me why or how though, just read it on another site and tried it. Good luck.

+ PanTheMan16 on May 26th, 2015 at 1:44 pm said:

This sounds like it could be promising and I hope it is something that grows. However, The Order and Bloodborne – while new – are already old enough that the PS Store sale prices are terrible. Both games can be had for $39.99 from Amazon. So, both games should be $39.99 on the PS Store for everyone, and discounted from that for PS+ members.

Not trying to sound entitled like so many others. I actually have no interest in buying either of these games. Just saying that these are not good sale prices.

+ Makoto-Hikami on May 26th, 2015 at 1:44 pm said:

Everyone should buy Oreshika

+ luvtoseek on May 26th, 2015 at 1:45 pm said:

Guys / gals, consider Helldivers. Fantastic game; it’s triple cross-buy & cross-save. I play 50/50 on PS3 & Vita. ZERO problems on both fronts!

+ mixedkidbx on May 26th, 2015 at 1:45 pm said:

The PS forums can sometimes help. I had made a post about Magicka 2 preorder issues there.

Short answer, try restore license on your PS4, and then reset. might have to do it a few times to get all the bonus items to work.

if that doesnt work for you then not sure what else to suggest but to call sony

+ MisterJumpMan on May 26th, 2015 at 1:49 pm said:

This is great. Please keep this a regular thing!

+ paulogy on May 26th, 2015 at 1:50 pm said:

I approve! :-D

+ FeistFan on May 26th, 2015 at 1:54 pm said:

What looks good? Well, nothing his time, at least for me.

I do like the idea, though – formalizing the sales for Plus users a little more, and a focus on DLC that never seems to go on sale is awesome. Keep offering DLC deals and recent release deals. However, please pay attention to retail prices – make your sales on recent releases competitive with current retail discounts when they’re widely available, or don’t bother.

+ Lord_Spartan_I on May 26th, 2015 at 1:54 pm said:

Well, It is a good idea to do this for us but the games are totally overpriced… at the end the offer is no offer at all.

+ Lord_Michula on May 26th, 2015 at 1:55 pm said:

Good idea to support Plus users

+ T3DV0L70L1N4 on May 26th, 2015 at 1:56 pm said:

Bloodborne is $40 on Amazon for a physical copy.

+ Komrade_Konrad on May 26th, 2015 at 2:00 pm said:

Wow, this is fantastic! I was going to buy Atelier Rorona Plus, but with Ayesha on sale, I might grab that instead. I’ve never played an Atelier game, so does anyone know if Ayesha is a good entry point into the series? Am I going to wish that I played the Arland trilogy first? Thanks!

+ skiernan on May 26th, 2015 at 2:01 pm said:

FYI the prices for Dark Souls II: Scholar Of The First Sin are incorrect in the table above. The web store shows $25.59 (not $31.99) for PS3 and $38.39 (not $47.99) for PS4.

It seems every week there are discrepancies between the sales shown on the web store versus the sales mentioned on the blog. Why is this so hard to make them match? Just take a few minutes to double-check the blog post before you post it for all the world to see.

+ Silent_Shadow on May 26th, 2015 at 2:04 pm said:

Save more money with physical copies :

Best Buy till Saturday 5/30:

The Order and Bloodborne on sale for $39.99.

And if you’re a member of the Gamer’s Club Unlocked take 20% off that and make it $31 and change.

you can then save about $16 an buy a digital only Indie game of which there are many.

+ Noobcamper123 on May 26th, 2015 at 2:05 pm said:

These would be great if the sale price compared to the recent sale prices of the physical copies of said games.

+ Gillberg on May 26th, 2015 at 2:07 pm said:

None of it.

+ BlueBl1zzard on May 26th, 2015 at 2:07 pm said:

More sales are always appreciated! Hoping this will be a regular occurance. Also I’d like to put in my input for hopefully deeper discounts or more games on sale in the future.

+ Chip1010 on May 26th, 2015 at 2:11 pm said:

Grabbed Bloodborne from Best Buy this morning for $32. Digital obviously has its benefits, but I’m still riding that old-media train. At least for the big games.

+ purse317 on May 26th, 2015 at 2:14 pm said:

$48 for The Order of 1886 you can’t be serious. The game should be $40 without a discount.

+ DZORMAGEN on May 26th, 2015 at 2:15 pm said:

Amazon has Bloodborne and The Order 1886 for $39.99 retail version, with FREE SHIPPING.

+ MisterBeech on May 26th, 2015 at 2:15 pm said:

Love this idea. I’m digital only and always in for more on PS4.

+ Heavyman99 on May 26th, 2015 at 2:39 pm said:

I’m gonna have to skip sales this week because of the Nintendo Humble Bundle. No offense, but I wanna use my 3DS for once.

+ Hitokiri_03 on May 26th, 2015 at 3:12 pm said:

The only good deal was the Dark Souls 2 one, which was a error.

Platform holders continue to disappoint regarding their digital sales.

+ smoothboarder540 on May 26th, 2015 at 3:43 pm said:

All of those ps4 games are the same price or lower on Amazon. And that’s with no sale. So what’s the benefit of this “sale?”

+ deadendblues on May 26th, 2015 at 3:45 pm said:

Sweet sale. And more to come favorite part about plus has always been the discounts now if they can spread that into psnow. Whoa doggie may just sell my gaming pc hahaha na not going to do that. Too bad amazon still selling bloodbourne for forty, or id pull the trigger may still when I consider shipping and waiting…. Sigh will amazon always have the best sales

+ deadendblues on May 26th, 2015 at 3:48 pm said:

Amazon free shipping if your a prime member, so kinda like plus subscription except twice as much. And I dislike physical game media anyway. The order should be cheaper

+ deadendblues on May 26th, 2015 at 3:50 pm said:

Oh yeah and Amazon charges tax so thats another 5

+ Orpheus_Aeons on May 26th, 2015 at 3:58 pm said:

Yeah…meh. Still not enough to trick me into subscribing to PS Minus again. -_-

And LMAO at the “We’ve been listening to your feedback” BS. Again with that LIE? X(
You people must really think we’re just a bunch of stupid ignorants with no self-respect whatsoever, huh?

THREE (3) WHOLE WEEKS BEGGING FOR THE OLD SALES CHART BACK…and, ironically (and maybe sadistically?), the same person signing this post (Chieh Chen) has been IGNORING US on that matter. Not 1 word about it.

So please…at least don’t insult us anymore with all the “We Love You, Our Loving Children!” crap. YOU DON’T LISTEN. YOU DON’T CARE. YOU SUCK AT CUSTOMER RELATIONS.

Do something about it…or just BE QUIET. Otherwise you’re just adding salt to the wound.

And I thought M$ was bad…I’m sorry, Bill…I totally forgive you now. >_>

+ imamerksumbchs on May 26th, 2015 at 4:02 pm said:

Wow! a whole 2 dollars off! So glad I switched from xbox…

+ Falconsflight on May 26th, 2015 at 4:03 pm said:

It is days like this that I begin to regret purchasing a ps4. You cant say that anyone else is doing much better but come on sony… this is beyond pathetic when best buy can undercut your sale by a large margin for a physical copy over your digital copy. It blows my mind to be honest.

+ dkarlowicz10 on May 26th, 2015 at 4:04 pm said:

Some of these can be gotten cheaper for physical copies in stores. The Order should be $30 before the ps plus sale. Also, there is a Ubisoft and Deep Silver Sale that have better deals that this page. For example: Saints Row 4 with Gat out of Hell DLC for PS4 bundle is only $15.49. And that is not even part of the PS Plus Special sale. I still do look forward to the future PS plus specials.

Orpheus_Aeons, well said!

+ McBerty on May 26th, 2015 at 4:11 pm said:

Excellent deals, gonna totally buy Bloodborne this time, HOWEVER…
Does someone know if these deals are US only?
I live in Sweden and our site dosen’t say anything about those “Specials”, same with the European PS-Blog.
I know that sites take a while to update but no mention of this program being not region-locked make me wonder if this i just another benefit of being bor in the States.

+ let-me-in98 on May 26th, 2015 at 4:21 pm said:

Are these deals only available in America? I live in Australia and would love some of these deals.

+ yowzagabowza on May 26th, 2015 at 4:22 pm said:

Has everyone lost their mind? Discounts were ALWAYS part of plus! This is just re-skinning them as a separate perk. So stupid. And the deals are NOT EVEN GOOD. God!

+ Shadow_Enz on May 26th, 2015 at 4:37 pm said:

So, does that mean the standard PS+ discounts that have been happening as part of the regular store updates won’t be happening? Simply this separate packaging added to the regular store update?

At first glance I thought this was going to be in addition to regular PS+ discounts added to the store updates, but after checking the store updates, I see there are no “other” PS+ discounts besides PS Plus Specials.

Separately, it’s good to see Oreshika’s bundle on sale, but sad to see no physical release, even if limited (e.g. Retro City Rampage physical release). I’d have paid $40/50 for Oreshika on physical.

+ cchilds07 on May 26th, 2015 at 4:47 pm said:

Listening to our feedback… Meanwhile the #1 suggestion of at least the last 4 years on Blog Share continues to be ignored. At least they get the important stuff.

+ imamerksumbchs on May 26th, 2015 at 4:48 pm said:

These games are still cheaper in retail! How is that possible considering the huge bump in margins on the digital side (no distribution or manufacturing costs and no shared retail margin)?

On top of this, I kind of expect an actual value proposition considering my downgrade to digital – bewilderingly NEVER the case on PSN.

It seems like Sony is using most of the money off ps4 sales to support its other failing tentacles, not really to actually providing benefit for its customers (at least beyond the bare minimum).

+ ODINGameslayer on May 26th, 2015 at 5:12 pm said:

Ok, soooo… why all the fanfare? Isn’t “exclusive discounts for PS Plus members” one of the benefits of BEING a PS Plus member in the first place? What’s different now? If I’m missing something let me know.

+ ODINGameslayer on May 26th, 2015 at 5:13 pm said:

and @#46: I gave up on Blog Share about 2 years ago. Took it off my bookmarks. It just became pointless. I feel ya.

+ Splodem on May 26th, 2015 at 5:14 pm said:

Most of these games were cheaper in previous sales, or are cheaper at retail. Not sure what everyone’s getting excited over. This sale stinks. As does the rest of the sales lineup this week. My gosh, as a vita owner, it’s almost depressing. Week in and week out of horrible sales, with a nugget dropped in here and there. You’ve got psp and ps1 titles! Put those sales once in a while! Some of those games I’ve NEVER seen in sale!
