    Well, just getting the PS+ titles for this month, but yeah, here we go again with the sales thing being click-able again, I thought this was gonna be addressed sooner or later right after what “Justin” said in the last update post. I guess we’ll have to wait until then.

    Is adding sales back really that difficult? I realize you guys have said the problem will be addressed after E3, but I can’t imagine it would be that hard to just look at what the sales are and add them to the update, even if it means posting the update somewhat later than normal until everything is back to post-E3 normalcy again.

    Perhaps just explaining what the issue is would help out? As I’ve mentioned in the past, and perhaps this is a concern that should be addressed anyway, the Store site does not work on my phone, at all, and so linking to it makes the entire blog a moot point as far as listing sales goes if you aren’t near a PC. For anyone who might be out and want to grab a PSN card, this is incredibly inefficient.

    Ryan (or whoever), after waiting for months neither version of Heavensward (standard or collector’s) is available for purchase. The icons are up, and yet a “not available for purchase” message is listed under the item’s price. The only version of Heavensward available and able to be purchased is the bundle, which has the ARR (which I already have) and the standard edition of Heavensward. Can you fix this error, please and thanks. I’m trying to spend money and it shouldn’t be this difficult.

    This is on Canada’s PSN, if that helps to isolate the issue.

    I’ve had my fill of Indie games. Even more so with the vita. Does sony even make games anymore? Or are we just letting the Indies do it from now on?

    It seems like the PS+ quality has really fallen since PS Now launched. if it wasn’t for the PS4 having to have it for multi player, I’d drop it. But maybe that was the plan all along?

    Its summer, lets see a real serious sale happen!

    I just tried to preorder final fantasy xiv heavensward. I owned a disc copy of the ps3 version but upgraded to the ps4 copy through the campaign. Now do to this situation it says I am unable to purchase heavensward on ps4 even though its on my ps4 library. How do I fix this I want to preorder it. and we are running out of time. It saying its unavailable to me is unnacceptable.

    @13, ninth- in the past few months, haven’t we had a monthly Flash Sale? The frequency of sales have improved this year for sure, & the content in them too.

    Heads up, the PlayStation Plus New Arrivals section on the website shows a few deals that are missing from the PlayStation Plus Discounts section.

    Also, Sparkle Unleashed is on all 3 systems (and is cross-buy). The Discounts section only shows the PS4 version.

    After all the backlash is there seriously not going to be anything done about the lack of sales chart? I understand adding a button to show ps+ deals addresses one of the many grievances brought by the lack of the sales chart being there, but it simply is not enough. Not to mention that avatars are now mixed in with the discounted titles by using that option. Why does this post even need to exist if I have to go elsewhere to find the information I want. Isn’t that the whole point?

    Hi there is a issue where people who bought FFXIV on PS3 then upgraded it to the PS4 version cannot buy the Heavensward expansion for PS4 and it tells us to buy the game on PS4. Can you guys please bring this to attention and get this resolved so us PS4 players who upgraded can preorder and participate in early access on the 19th.

    I prefer to see the prices all laid out in one handy chart, instead of having to get connected to the PSN store and scroll through everything out of order.

    Seriously, I rarely post/rant on here, but its been over a month, Playstation Blog should really listen to everyone (and I mean EVERYONE, no one has gone, “Thanks for making me click 4 separate buttons to see the sales!”) and just take the Store Update back to the way it was.

    If it wasn’t broke, why “fix” it?!

    Hello. There is a problem with the Heavensward preorder. It will not allow me to purchase the PS4 version due to the fact that I originally purchased the PS3 version and upgraded for free. Please fix this issue soon. I am not willing to buy the game a second time along with the exams in collectors edition. I hope to hear something on this front soon. Thanks.

    Was Playstation Plus Specials a new “weekly” (read: one-time) thing and I missed that? Or are the “specials” this week really only Sparkle Unlimited and Infinity Runner? Don’t get me wrong, I’m excited to see a 3-way cross buy and a sub-$2 PS4 game as much as the next guy. Just figured with the pomp and circumstance of the concept having its own post last week meant it would last longer than one week.

    Sony needs some serious quality control on the PS4 themes. There are very, very few that are actually worth anything, but most of them are atrocious! Why don’t we have the ability to use our own backgrounds? How do some of these companies like Virtual Burger get access to sell those steaming piles of doo-doo? How do I get access to create a themes to sell on the store? Because I 100% guarantee that I can make better ones than that group of amateurs.

    On the ne hand, I find it insulting that despite the consumer outcry, you choose to not look out for them and continue to do what you want regardless. On the other hand, I do notice that I have been saving more money weekly since you have made the process for finding and purchasing items much more difficult. Perhaps you are looking out for me after all. Now I’m torn.

    I ran into the same FFXIV problem as so many others (had the PS3 disc, upgraded for free to PS4, and it won’t let me purchase Heavensward). I noticed even though FFXIV:ARR is on my PS4 library, the PS Store lists it with a price tag and the Add to Cart button, rather than the “Purchased” message. Could it be the “regular” and “upgrade” versions are different, store-wise?
    Please fix this, I don’t wanna miss out on the Heavensward early access.
