      Serious! I think that’s the only game that had a petition to remake it and they still haven’t listened to the fans. I spent tons of hours playing socom 2. Just starting the game and hearing that intro theme got u amped up to play some desert glory or night stalker

      Sorry Boy’s but Socom is dead. Not enough fan’s care to support Socom 4 so why support any other Socom game. Fan’s made it clear that the series is dead and it’s time to move on.

      You need to look forward to Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege if you want to play a tactical shooter coming out October 13th 2015. Trust me it’s time to let that series go. It’s time we focus on the future of video game’s.

      LOL at the guy who said “not enough fans to support Socom 4”. Why should they have? The only thing Socom about Socom 4 was the name on the box. It would make as much sense if you said “No one wants a God of War game cause no one bought Prince of Persia” lol. Plenty of Socom fans, the problem is there were incompetent decision makers for the Socom franchise who thought ignoring every single fan preference to cater to some “broader market” was the way to make money. Turns out it put them out of business instead.

    Wasn’t God of War supposed to have a pre-load? On the PS Store (console) it says “pre-load supported.” But I haven’t seen or heard anything else. Can you clear this up for me please? I’d hate to have to wait until the morning to play it…

      I did myself, and it’s a blasty blast. Really enjoy being able to stomp around as various forms of Godzilla. If you enjoy the concept of being a Kaiju moving throughout the urban landscape taking down all that is in your path. Well, this is definitely going to be one game on your radar for a while.

      Waiting for both reviews AND talk about local co-op. If it doesn’t have local co-op I probably won’t buy it. I haven’t heard it mentioned yet. Tbh I figured it was going to be a small little $20-$30 game. Never expected the $60 price tag. Especially since I last played Godzilla (Unleashed?) on a different console (2007 hint hint). Still have it, weird controls though.

    I absolutely love the fact that there are lots more arcade archives coming out, but $7.99 is way too much for these in my opinion. If they were $4.99 I’d own them all. If there was a season pack that included all of the releases for a year for $49.99 or $59.99 I would definitely do that as well. $7.99 for a single game is just too high.

      NBA LIVE 16 is up for Preorder on PlayStation 4 but not NBA 2K16. Good luck getting a answer but I think this is up to the publisher to get this to Sony so PlayStation Store team can publish it to the PS Store. So talk with 2K and see what’s taking them so long.

      I own God of War III 2 time’s.

      1. God of War III Collector’s Edition on PS3.
      2. God of War Saga (All 5 God of War’s) on PS3.
      And I also own God of War Ascension on PS3.

      So if this doesn’t grant me a Free copy of God of War III Remastered digitally on PS4 I’m not buying it. Paid all of them at full price. I put in well over $100 in the God of War series I think I’m done at this point. What you think?

      @Skater_Ricky I’m not expecting it for free, It’s just if they want me to buy it again, add some bonus content or make a Vita version so I can have it portable. A higher resolution and a few more FPS isn’t enough to sway me.

    Funny enough I thought GOW3 was already out on PS4…considering I found it in the clearance bin at Walmart a few nights ago. Lazy employees obviously just threw it in there instead of checking the release dates.

    Anyway, I’ve searched the websites for all the major retailers in my area and no one is listing (including Gamestop) the PS3 version of Godzilla. Will this be digital only or is there a physical copy coming?

      Pretty sure it includes all DLC that was released for PS3. If, however, they wanted to make extra DLC for it separate from what was availible on PS3, then they possibly could.

      Man I still remember that 7/11 promotion for the skins.

    Dear PlayStation, SCEA, Santa Monica Studios, etc…

    If you guys have any heart to us loyal fans, please please please… do a proper remaster release for the other God of War games for the PS4…and on disc and digital.

    If you want to be amazing, why not use the same/similar graphical engine you guys used with III and Ascension and remake 1, 2, CoO and GoS….

    We’ve supported you guys since the PS2, and then with the “HD” releases on the PS3… Come on. Do us hardcore fans a solid and do this for us!

    If anyone else here sees this comment and agrees, please copy and paste it. Maybe if we get like a bunch of people asking for this they will do it?

    I mean they’re already doing their other big franchise series but as a HD Trilogy collection (Uncharted 1 ~ 3)… Though speaking of that what happened to Golden Abyss??

    I was going to get the God of War 3 remaster but I felt that the money was a bit too high for a game that already looked great on the PS3.

    I do feel that they should have included the first 3 games because they use this logic like it will give people a chance to play God of War for the first time but you don’t start on 3 and work backwards.

    Now NaughtyDog has it right with their remaster edition. They are including all 3 games for 60 bucks. This is what Sony Santa Monica should have done.

      Except for the difference that all three Uncharted games actually launched on the PS3, whereas the first two God of War titles originally launched on the PS2. They can’t just keep remastering these old games. Eventually, it’s going to end up being almost as much work as making a new game. Especially CoO and GoS. Those were PSP games. Sony is smarter than S-E. They won’t remaster those for the PS4.
