Pre-orders for the limited and standard edition Star Wars Battlefront PS4 bundles — releasing November 17th — are available now at participating retailers.

Pre-orders are also available now for the Limited Edition Disney Infinity 3.0: Star Wars PS4 Bundle, releasing exclusively at Wal-mart starting November 13th for $449.99 (MSRP), $549.99 CAD.

The Force is about to get a whole lot stronger with PlayStation. I just got off the stage at the D23 Expo in Anaheim, where I introduced a very special limited edition Darth Vader-inspired PS4 system that will be available as part of two Star Wars bundles available November 17th (pre-orders starting soon). The Limited Edition Star Wars Battlefront PS4 Bundle will include a custom 500GB limited edition PS4 system (CUH-1200 series) and DualShock 4 Wireless Controller inspired by Darth Vader. The fully customized PS4 features an image of Darth Vader, as well as a repeated Star Wars logo across the top of the system. The Darth Vader edition DualShock 4 is inspired by Darth Vader’s chest panel and features the repeated Star Wars logo on its touchpad.

The bundle also includes Star Wars Battlefront Deluxe Edition, as well as a digital voucher to download four classic Star Wars titles – Super Star Wars, Star Wars: Racer Revenge, Star Wars: Jedi Starfighter and Star Wars Bounty Hunter – playable for the first time on PS4, and sporting enhanced graphics and Trophy support. I’ll give you a minute to take that all in…

And, to celebrate the launch of Disney Infinity 3.0 Edition, we’re releasing a Limited Edition Disney Infinity 3.0: Star Wars PS4 Bundle available exclusively at Wal-mart on November 17th.

The package will include the Darth Vader-inspired 500GB PS4 system (CUH-1200 series) and DualShock 4 Wireless Controller, as well as the Disney Infinity 3.0: Star Wars Edition PlayStation Exclusive Hardware Bundle Kit. The kit includes a physical copy of Disney Infinity 3.0 Edition, the Disney Infinity Base, the Rise Against the Empire Play Set Pack (featuring Luke Skywalker and Leia Organa figures, as well the Rise Against the Empire Play Set piece), and the Boba Fett figure, exclusive to PlayStation through this holiday. The Limited Edition Disney Infinity 3.0: Star Wars PS4 Bundle will also include a digital voucher for the four classic Star Wars games mentioned above.

    You’re putting Super Star Wars on PS4? But doesn’t Nintendo own some of the rights to this game? And also, seeing that you’re are also putting Star Wars Bounty Hunter (one of the only Star Wars games I haven’t played yet), Star Wars Racer Revenge (played it on the PS2), and Star Wars Jedi Starfighter (also played it on the PS2), I really hope you put more PS2 games on the PS4.

      It’s a new “version” of the game. Not the same one Nintendo had the license to. So that’s probably why Disney can do this now.

      That and…you know, because…it’s freakin’ Disney. They could probably buy Sony, MS & Nintendo and create the Super XBoxStation U if they wanted to. xD

    Look cool to me but a Storm trooper white with a Storm trooper etched on the PS4 would ‘ve been a great limited edition PS4 imho.
    Loved playing Super Star wars when i was a whippersnapper on my Pretendo Entertainment systemu :)

    Hope to see Knights of the Old Republic 1 and 2 remastered with trophies on the PS4 some day.

    The bundles look cool but I see that they are all shipping with the 500GB PS4 model CUH-1215A in the U.S.

    Will the 1TB PS4 CUH-1215B be released this year in any way (including stand-alone) or is it something that will become available later?

      In the meantime while you wait for your PS4, get a Vita. :P It’s a great machine, and once you get your PS4 and have PS+, you’ll have access to all 3 for free games.

    I feel like Sony missed the mark a few times on this Limited Edition PS4.. They should have made the Light on the PS4 light up Red for Darth Vader’s Dark Side Colors.. i.e. Red Bumpers on the Controller.. and They also should have released one with Luke Skywalker on it as well as it having a Green LED Light on the Top of the PS4.. instead of the traditional blue..

    Other than that… It is a wonderful idea.. and a great way to increase the PS4’s sales! You know the PS4 is going to sell like Hotcakes this fall.. regardless of the lineup not being as flashy as Microsofts… but What will they do next year when you hit with tons of stuff in 2016.. They are going to crumble!

      That’s an awesome idea! I’m sure it could be done, with some software magic Possibly…It does have other colors besides Blue…Not Green though, but Orange and White. Red may be in there somewhere. One can dream…I’d love a thick Bright Red though. That glow would be awesome!

    I notice there’s no pricing information. For $400 or less I would preorder today. But if SONY gets stupid and tries that 20th anniversary overprice **** again then no dice. Treat your customers with respect and they will support you to the death. I’m hopefully looking forward to a Darth Vader PS4 this November.

    Honestly, having it be a 1 TB version would be better. That being said, it seems like there are so many “Limited Edition” consoles being released (Star Wars, Destiny, I think they had one for Second Son, Batman, others I’m forgetting) they seem to be losing the novelty. I mean sure, if you don’t have one and there is a nice bundle coming out why not?

    Agree with everyone on the 1TB hard drive. 500GB is not enough. I have to delete games off my system constantly to free up space. Also, sometimes it does feel like Sony has given up on the Vita.

    I was really expecting something cooler TBH. There’s just so much you can do with Star Wars and this is probably the last thing I would have expected. It’s very boring and does nothing. I went from definitely purchasing this bundle to not at all. The Destiny bundle is way better IMO.

    Microsoft hasn’t done a lot of things right in recent years, but XB360 Star Wars Kinect bundle was awesome. Even if the game was awful.

      as much as I still want this one, I agree, with it just having vader on the side basically like just a big sticker, when on the other hand they could have made a really cool scene on it. still debating between this and destinys which, to me, looks like it had a bit more detail to it

    Wow amazing…its rare to see a custom PS4 so cool and well-made like this one most are pretty simple but this one…damn good job I must say and the controller damn it looks slick.Woud like one myself.

    And did I read it right?…the old Star Wars games are getting a HD treatment and trophy support?…damn thats sweet,I hope this ain’t exclusive to this bundle.Hurry up and put it on the Store and I mean the PS3 Store.

    Should have still released the Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain bundle. This one is nice, but I was waiting for a Metal Gear bundle. Since I will have the game on release looks like I won’t be waiting on this one. :( Still wonder why even bother with a new Destiny bundle; the game is already about a year old.

      I understand they have a new expansion. Still a hot new game like The Phantom Pain is more worthy of a bundle than an old one with some new dlc. This new Star Wars bundle is nice, but the Metal Gear bundle is something truly unique and should be released in the U.S.

    YES! when they posted this for the D3 event I immediately wanted one, glad they are putting them out for sales… tho Im still a bit tempted with the destiny version as well, just for the looks >.<
