  • Good morning, everyone! Last week folks asked for more imagery. Here is more imagery. What do we think of this format?

    Thanks for coming by!

  • Great Drop! Waiting a good price for Zombie

  • Big fan of the images, makes it easier for a quick read, thanks Ryan.

  • Its simple and to the point…with an imagery.

  • Where is Volume? It is supposed to come out this week.

  • The Lightning Saga on PlayStation 4 would be amazing! Can’t wait for Motomu Toriyama’s new project!

  • where is tales from the borderland episode 4 ? i might pick up Adventure of Pip .. can’t wait to play Madden nfl 16 and Until Dawn next week

    • Thanks for the feedback! The new episodes of existing games are tricky to classify, as they are more an add-on then a full new game, but I’ll make a note of this.

  • Imagery is appreciated.

I’m curious to see how Zombi is; played it a bit on the Wii U but I’m that one person who actually doesn’t like dividing my attention between tablet (controller) and screen. Otherwise it was pretty fun.

  • Oh what a Drop, what a lovely Drop! Look at all those screenshots :-D

  • Excellent line up. Glad to see the Adventure of Pip on PS4. Can Sony work something out to bring these games to PS4 too:

    Odallus
    Oniken
    La Mulana (already on Vita)
The Waste Land (the indie 2D game, not the 3D one)

    Thanks.

  • Love the new DROP image and layout. Very easy on the eyes and look sexy!!!!!

  • Yep Ryan, THIS is how the Drop should be done =D

    Good work!

  • hey Ryan, could you give me any info on the size of resident evil revelations 2??? :D

    • HI! Unfortunately I don’t have that in my documents, sorry! :-/

    • 2.9GB download with an additional 900MB patch

    • I logged in to ask the same thing, how much space we’ll need. I’ll probably backup Mortal Kombat and Wipeout to my PC, that (hopefully) probably will clear up enough space. Hopefully maybe.

I was even half considering importing from some Asian site or something. But I’m excited, been waiting for this on Vita for months now.

  • This week is looking really good. Thanks for posting pics for each game, it looks so much better =)

  • Ahem…

Crash & Spyro on Vita plz.

  • What is the price for Curses ‘N Chaos?

  • This new format is absolutely wonderful and I’m sure it took a great amount of time to make it. Thanks Ryan for all you do and we appreciate you listening to our silly concerns :)

  • Hi Ryan, do you know how much will Zombi cost?

  • I’m all in on that Helldivers. I have been wanting to play it for ages. Any idea how much it’ll cost?

    • I’m assuming the digtal will probably be $29.99 as I believe it’d bring all the existing DLCs. The retail version is going to be $39.99.

  • Can’t say no to Bomb Jack! Take me back to my NES days please (mighty bomb jack)

  • I knew you could get pics for each game…
    Now we just need prices.

  • WHERE IS MIKE BITHELL’S NEW GAME VOLUME???

  • When is Sony gonna approve The Fruit of Grisaia for a vita release? They used the JP vita version for translating and its only on steam, what’s up with that?

  • Hey Ryan, do you guys have an release update for when There Came An Echo on PS4?

  • For now it seems I’ll only be getting Dungeon Travelers 2 this week. There are a few other games that interest me but I need to do some research on my end before biting.

  • tales of games sales plz!
spotify on vita and vita tv plz
guys remember to vote for the upcoming plus games and if you please vote for arnello! thnx

  • No ps2 classics still

  • Ryan, my man.
What is going on with Space Hulk game?
Announced for last week, and still not out. Any info on that?

  • Did Volume get delayed? It’s dated for the 18th.

  • Loving the new Drop format.

Can we expect to see Legend of Heroes Trails in the Sky and Trails of Cold Steel soon?

    PlayStation 2 titles?
    PlayStation 1 titles?
    PlayStation Portable Titles?

Backward Compatibility for PS1 and PS2 on PS4?

  • I’ll take Zombi and Hold’Em. Otherwise totally underwhelming week.

  • I’ve been playing Dungeon Travelers 2 since yesterday and I’m liking it. My first ‘that’-kind-of-game. lol

  • Finally, a AAA caliber game for Vita is coming out. I cant wait to play Resident Evil Revelations 2 (please consider a physical release). Super excited about it. Not counting Jrpgs, the last AAA Vita game was Killzone Mercenary and that was released September of 2013. Now, if we could get Infamous and GTA to come to Vita, that would be really great.

  • love the new format.

how about some links to the sales or promos?

  • Love the new layout!

  • Like the new layout.

    As a note;
Volume (the new game from Mike Bithell, creator of Thomas was alone) is due out on the 18th.
There’s also the new Tales from the Borderlands episode, that I think has already been mentioned.

  • Way to go Ryan with the adding of imagery to the listings, the only thing that could add even more appeal to the listings is to include prices. But thanks for what you have done with the addition of images it makes it much more easier to decide if a title is deserving of more research before you decide if its right for you.

  • Has anybody heard anything about APB reloaded? It should have been here months ago now

  • The format looks great! Thanks for listening to us :)

  • Revelations 2 Vita must be really awful if a Helldivers re-release takes precedence over it.

  • C’mon Clements… you left out Volume… you are better than that.

  • Love the new format. Screenshots are really helpful.

  • What about Volume? Isn’t that coming out on Tuesday as well?

  • Nice line up. Not sure what I’ll pick up yet, but Adventures of Pip is likely.

People should really check out that Color Guardians demo. It’s surprisingly long, complex and challenging, and it’s cutesy looks are deceiving. It’s cross-save with Vita and the PS4 version looks really good. I don’t play a lot of runner games, but that game and BIT.TRIP Runner 2 were pretty dang awesome to me.

    • Hey +NinjaMicWZ great to read your comment about our game Color Guardians! ;)

We really worked hard on a challenging game for all of you and it’s always nice to hear people find it awesome!

We have BIG news for this week! We are releasing a Major Update for the game, now with Normal/Expert mode. You can choose your mode in every level, so you can decide how how big the challenge to be. If you select normal mode you’ll have a more casual gameplay experience; the Expert Mode is the one you already played.

We really catch up with our fans feedback and decided to have this HUGE update based on their opinions, so we want to celebrate it with a SPECIAL SALE! The game will have a 50% off until September 1st, It’ll cost only $7.50 :)

      Cheers,

Claudio & the Color Guardians Team

    • Maybe it’s just not there yet, but the page says Color Guardians Demo, but I’ve not found the demo in the store. It sounds interesting and with what Claudio said about the discount until Sept, I may need to get it. I’d just prefer to try the demo first.

I find not enough games have demos/trials any more. If they did, I’d probably end up buying more games. If not for the demos I’ve played of past games like Rez (for example) I may have ignored that game completely.

  • Hey Ryan! Do you know if Resi Revelations 2 will support any Cross-style features (Cross-Buy, Cross-Save, Cross-Play with PS4, etc.)? Thanks!

  • VOLUME?!
    Tales from the borderlands?!

  • Where’s Volume?
Also on a side note, I hope Arcade Archives Karate Champ makes it out to the west. I believe it’s out in Japan right now. Let’s make it happen! :D

    • *sigh*….You still don’t get it, do you? Let me spell it out for you: Sony does NOT own the publishing rights for any of those games. Sony can do NOTHING in regards to having those games on PSN. You want all those games? Then go bug the respective publishers. If they don’t exist, there’s nothing either you or Sony can do.

More importantly, some of us hate seeing the same constant spam that gets put here in the comments section. It really needs to stop.

    • @Ry-Dog: Dude, just knock it off or these guys are gonna ban you. Sucks but that’s how it is.

@Tjoeb123: Sony has plenty of power in influencing publishers to re-release their games on PSN. Now, I believe Ry-Dog’s list would have more impact if posted to #BuildingTheList instead of here in these comments. But saying Sony can do nothing isn’t really accurate.

I further believe that anyone posting similar lists has a rather fanciful belief that it will have results. Even if they do release a game that was on your list, it doesn’t prove your list had any effect.

But my main purpose here is to defend Ry-Dog and others from being banned. All the while, many more name-callers and other annoying types are left alone. “Some of us” hate seeing “BEYOND” in every post or relentless superficial nonsense. Or vitriol directed at anyone. But why should the PlayStation community speak with one voice or think with one mind? I say let all these voices be heard, while directing the banhammer at those who refuse to behave in a respectable manner.

  • Well, I guess that RE: Revelations 2 is going to end up like Disney Infinity 2.0 on the Vita. A Helldivers re-release is getting more attention, and even though it is a high-profile game, Dungeon Travelers 2 is getting a physical release and this isn’t.

It’s really a shame. If people KNEW there were Vita games, then they’d probably sell at least a little bit better. Please don’t use this as a justification for the “People don’t want Vita games,” Sony. Gravity Rush 2, Freedom Wars “Ultimate,” Soul Sacrifice 2, an inFAMOUS, and a God of War are all desperately wanted still, no matter how unlikely now.

    • He sounds like a frustrated Vita fan, not “an entitled crybaby.” Encouraging someone to buy another platform is only a solution in riding your presence of them. It doesn’t make their complaints any less valid.

  • Love the new layout. Where are towerfall and Skullgirls for Vita?
