Grim Fandango!
Was going to buy it but then i saw they discounted binding of isaac by only 10% yet they claim the sale is up to 90% off , not supporting this false advertising when its only one out of 73 games with that discount and it´s misleading and bad business practice, looks like sony soon has to pay another $20 to every psn owner as compensation from the next lawsuit, but @ sony send me a check never buying a thing again.
AlemanGC since there is at least one game that is 90% off it is not false advertising and other than Binding of Isaac most of the games do have pretty good discounts going on. Just because one game is only down 10% doesn’t mean that the you should judge the entire sale based on that one terrible discount. It’s maybe a little misleading but hardly an uncommon tactic or bad business.
@AlemanGC: It’s not misleading at all. It says “up to 90%” which means that the discounts can range anywhere from 1%-90% at their choice. Saying “up to 90% off” doesn’t guarantee that every item is marked down 90%. It’s the same as when a store has a sign saying “Sales up to 80% off.” If you look around, some items are 20% off and some are going to be 80% off. The same works in a digital market as well.
@AlemanGC: Sony has been having sales just like this since the creation of the PSN Store. This is not a new practice and it won’t be the last time they do this. Good luck finding a lawyer for the lawsuit, because there is no case of wrong doing with this sale advertisement. You’ll be wasting your time and money trying to make a case where there is no case to be made.
