@mig_az When I wrote that comment you couldn’t. It wouldn’t work on Vita at all. Even if it did, I don’t think “PS3 transfer” is a good solution. The games should always be available natively.

This isn’t Sony’s fault. For some reason the IP holders keep hand picking the allowed platforms due to “license” reasons.
For instance, Activision will allow you to play Spyro and Crash on PS3 and PSP, but they will die before you can play it on Vita.

Unfortunate to see a lack of PS+ sales this week. Not really surprised Ubisoft wanted to play ball there. My wallet is thankful for that though.
It’s also unfortunate that Mega Man Legends 2 is showing as incompatible with PS Vita. MML1 was perfect on Vita. Dunno whose decision it was to make MML2 incompatible, but I hope they see that there’s a demand to add that functionality to PS1 games. PS1 games fit perfectly on the Vita.
