It includes PlayStation Store as well along with BestBuy n EBGames. And if you go to the PlayStation Store website to pre-order it has Amazon as a store from where one can pre-order. So technically and logically anyone ordering anything or “Limited Edition Uncharted 4 PS4 Bundle” from PlayStation Store’s Amazon link should be receiving the code and it would be unfair if one doesn’t as it was clearly mentioned that PlayStation store is one of the participating retailers.
