Any recommendation on the vita versions of lego games?
+ Raseleanne on April 12th, 2016 at 1:59 pm said:
Having played the LEGO Jurassic World Vita version, I can say that one is pretty good. If you’re looking for a LEGO game on Vita and you like the Jurassic Park movies, I’d go for it.

Ronin is quite fun too…

Same query as Kish- cheers for all the replies!

Marvel Super Heroes is god awful. Hobbit is ok. The others are pretty good. The Batman ones are probably the best followed by Jurassic Park. Shadow of Ronin was surprisingly good, even though I know nothing about Ninjago.

I HIGHLY recommend all Vita Lego games. I’ve played nearly all of them so far and they’re all fantastic on the device. (I own them all) Already got Force Awakens preordered.
Tt does a great job as a dev, bringing the Lego games to Vita. They’re all superb. Cannot stress that enough.

@Shadow_Enz,
How do the Vita versions compare to their PC/console counterparts? I love played the LEGO games on PC, but I’ve heard the Vita versions have less content, so I’ve always been hesitant to get them. It would be nice if they gave us one of them as a PS+ IGC.

no love for the PSP Lego games? I was hoping to get Harry Potter Years 1-4 and 5-7 :/
On that note, I hope we see LEGO Harry Potter deluxe for PS4 to tie into the Fantastic Beasts movie. I’d love to play those games with the better textures, shaders, and lighting of the latest LEGO games.

No avengers season pass sale? Weak…
+ dkarlowicz10 on April 12th, 2016 at 2:29 pm said:
It just came out. I wasn’t expecting it. Months from now, maybe, but not this time around.
+ StuTX on April 12th, 2016 at 3:12 pm said:
Well the season pass has been out since the game launched in January, but I understand the DLC just recently came out. I was hoping it would be there because last year the batman 3 season pass was on sale around the same time, but batman had a november release rather than a january release so you are right, too soon. But I do see the marketing strategy there: buy the deluxe edition on sale, rather than buying just the season pass & getting the physical copy which is currently $33.57 on amazon (which other major retailers will price match). Oh well I’ll wait… Still finishing avengers vita currently (stupid hub races) & having lots of fun with Dimensions still.
I will second the recommendations of vita versions of Jurassic World & Ninjago: shadow of ronin if you are looking for the ‘console like’ versions. Also Chima is good as well but don’t see it in the sale list. Enjoy!

This is probably the best publishers sale in weeks. Other publishers should take note (Activision especially). This is how a proper sale should be done. If there is anyone left out there who has not picked up LEGO Marvel Super Heroes on PS4, then it is a steal for $5. Might pick up some Vita games here. Thank you.
+ TimMalouff on April 12th, 2016 at 3:05 pm said:
A proper franchise sale would of been the entire franchise game library & DLC, not just the same few games each time.
We can agree though that you can’t get much better prices unless they show up in a Flash Sale.

I really hate these themed sales. Why a lego themed sale anyway? These games are on sale every other week! Bring back Chieh Chen. Coincidence or not, the sales have been terrible since she left. I guess I’ll just keep playing Crashlands on my phone
+ luvtoseek on April 12th, 2016 at 2:41 pm said:
Because they’re well-made for what they are & sell tons too- futher, they actually respect IPs per Lego game.
Sure, the gameplay is similar but the customers for the Lego titles are huge.

I keep hoping they do some kind of Level-5 sale so I can get Dark Cloud 1 and 2 cheap, as well as Rogue Galaxy. Then others can see the brilliance of Ni no Kuni.

NICE! Wrapping up the Platinum on LEGO Avengers this week with my kids, then I thought it was just “wait” till Force Awakens but I’ve had my eye on some of these LEGO Vita games waiting for a sale…and here it is!

I hope after these franchise sales weeks are over they come up with some themed sales or just better sales overall as they have been underwhelming compared to steam sales.

When will these franchise “sales” will be over? Most of these sales sucks, they’re horrible..We’re missing out on good flash sales if these franchise sales weren’t running atm :/
+ JSEVERITT on April 13th, 2016 at 2:02 pm said:
You didn’t read the whole post, did you? Next week is the last week of the franchise sales, ending with GTA for the games side and The Fast And the Furious on the movie side. Also, these franchise sales have no impact on Flash Sales.

Along those lines, where’s the annual Spring 99-cent sale? We’ve had one every March or April for the past 2 years.
