@Superstone I agree with you. Sony really needs to add actual backwards compatibility to the PS4. They should do so by adding support with the original PS2 discs and support with the PS2 classics on PS3 to the point where we can just put the disc in or just have it digitally on PS3, and then all we have to pay for is a small upgrade fee for each game. PS3 games, however, will be unlikely to be backwards compatible with the PS4 due to the Cell processor being too powerful to emulate through software. And those who say that the PS4 can’t read PS1 and PS2 discs, yes it can (there’s YouTube videos that show proof), it’s just that Sony has yet to add support for them.

The complete version was on the flash sale too. I bought it for $14.75 last Friday. They didn’t advertise it for some reason. I made a couple of comments in the blog entry for the flash sale hoping to save people from doing exactly what happened to you. Hopefully some people saw it.
If a game is on sale always look for the complete version before pulling the trigger–they do this often, I hate to say. :/

Awesome. I bought Alien Isolation on your flash sale because it was $11.99, and then 2 days later you put the Alien Isolation Collection (which has ALL the DLC) on sale for $14.79. Obviously I would have bought the bundle because it’s a great deal, the season pass is $29.99 by itself. But why would I have thought “oh, I would by this game on sale, but I’ll wait in case they put the SAME game on sale 2 days later with all the extra content included for only a few dollars more”?!
So instead of having the option to buy The Collection for $2.80 more, I threw away $11.99 and have to buy the game over again in the bundle to save on the season pass. What a-hole at Sega thinks this is how to run a sale on your game? Thanks for making me feel like a jerk for buying your game on sale.

Definitely Alienation. It’s a fun, outrageous, and challenging twin-stick shooter, especially if you like Deadnation. It’s got a beautiful color palette and it looks like it plays better/smoother than Deadnation.
It’s quick pace and definitely outlandish. If you want a survival/horror game that’s slower pace, go for alien isolation. It’s good and also a challenge, but I would still prefer alienation. Hope this helped.

I just played NioH demo. What an amazing game!! I was expecting something Souls-related, but the combat is rather different (and will be a pain to master). Despite the camera bugging me in some places, game looks promising.
Does it have a release date already? I’m looking forward to playing it!

I found a revenant of myself–meaning, my PSN ID but slightly changed but it was where my character had just died–and challenged it and apparently as a revenant I’m much more bada$$, lol, because it demolished me. I hope they control that because there will be too many of those littering the initial areas.

Under a DEMO search for Nioh a couple hours ago, it wasn’t listed. I found it via a search on the mobile app and queued it up for download to my PS4. Maybe the PS Store has fixed things by now.

I can play PS1 games on the PS1, PS2, PS3, PSP, PS Vita, PSTV, which is why it’s all the MORE silly why we can’t play these on the all powerful PS4.
I still enjoy the PS3 from time to time, but I’m not going to put more money into games for the PS3. If they release them for the PS4 they can also eventually release some as Plus freebies in place of the Vita or PS3.
The PS2 is already emulated so I believe the PS1 is also emulated by way of this.
