Hello, my name’s Mark Taylor and I’m the developer of Korix. Korix has been a real labor of love over the past year with my sole goal being to release a game with old-school gameplay reminiscent of RTS’s from the late 90’s on PS VR. I’m so excited to see Korix released and more importantly, I finally get to play with you!
Korix places you deep in space, fighting for your race’s survival after your homeworld is destroyed. With nothing left to lose, you’re put in the role of commander with the sole mission of taking the fight back to the enemy. Build up your defenses, capture resources, and construct your own army to exact revenge.
I’m also very proud to announce that Korix has been optimized to run at 120 frames per second natively on both PS4 and PS4 Pro, with those lucky enough to own a Pro seeing higher image quality through improved local shadows.
With a single-player campaign, skirmish mode, and online multiplayer (two to four players in co-op or versus), there’s plenty to sink your teeth into.
I had a lot of fun creating Korix and can’t wait to see you (literally) in the game!
