The MLB development team at San Diego Studio has been making great baseball games for more than a decade. MLB 15 The Show will mark the 10th edition of The Show on PlayStation platforms, and it’s quite an accomplishment for us. To celebrate the anniversary, we wanted to share our excitement with you and offer something a little special for this year’s game.
It’s been just over a week since we launched MLB 14 The Show for PS4 and the response from the PlayStation community has been amazing. We’re thrilled to announce that MLB 14 The Show is the fastest-selling entry in franchise history, thanks to you.
It’s been a little over a month since we launched MLB 14 The Show on PS3 and PS Vita. We’re gratified by the positive feedback we’ve received for new features like Quick Counts and Player Lock, and we’re blown away by the creativity on display in the new Community Challenges mode.
The Major League Baseball season has started, so now it’s time to see how your team will do when you’re controlling all of the action as MLB 14 The Show launches today on PS3 and PS Vita. The Show is the highest rated sports video game over the past eight years, and we at San Diego Studio want The Show to keep getting better, because we think baseball is better. We feel incredibly fortunate that our game will be available across three different platforms this year, so that every PlayStation gamer can experience all of the new additions that we incorporated into The Show.
