Earlier this month we announced the impending arrival of Frozen Synapse Prime on PS Vita, and now I’m back to tell you exactly when to expect it on PlayStation Store!
We’re delighted to let you all know that Nom Nom Galaxy is coming to PS4 and PS Vita! Our relationship with Q-Games has previously brought PixelJunk Monsters Ultimate, and more recently Shooter Ultimate to PlayStation Store, building on some great titles from the past. Nom Nom Galaxy, however, is a new title that we are developing together with Q-Games in Japan as a co-development.
Originally, PixelJunk Shooter and Shooter 2 were made by our friends at Q-Games. As Q-Games are a very tech savvy developer (like us), Shooter was born from gameplay experimentations, using a very clever fluid simulation technology they had written. As the gameplay evolved, so did the story. Four years after Shooter’s first launch, we met the guys at Q-Games and — as fans — started talking about what this edition would be.
The wait is finally over! PixelJunk Monsters Ultimate HD it out now on PSN, and for two weeks, PlayStation Plus members get 20% discount off the normal price. That’s just $11.99, instead of the normal price of $14.99!
This month, pick up titles like Lego Jurassic World, Abyss Odyssey and more - all for up to 40% off, through 8/3.
Double Eleven, Ltd been entrusted with the keys to the kingdom for classic series such as LittleBigPlanet and Limbo. For us, PixelJunk Monsters sits alongside those hallowed classics. In designing PixelJunk Monsters: Ultimate HD for PS Vita, we wanted to take the fabulous PixelJunk Monsters Deluxe and make it an even better experience. We worked closely with Q-Games to get it right, and then chose the name “Ultimate HD” at the end of development. We hope that’s what we have created!
