Bloodborne out now, PS4 2.50 now available, Axiom Verge & MLB 15 The Show out Tuesday, 10% off on PS Store this weekend, and more.
At long last! The gothic, brutally challenging action RPG by From Software is out on PS4. We already love Bloodborne, despite how hard it shattered our confidence. On today’s show, we rave about its intricate combat system, the miraculous development of Axiom Verge, and we also do some Christopher Walken impressions. Enjoy the show!
The wait is over: Bloodborne is now available in North America. Please find below a special message from game director Hidetaka Miyazaki:
A dark city steeped in blood and madness opens like a wound before you. As a new Hunter in the cursed bounds of Yharnam, unravel the strange secrets plaguing the town and dispel the hungry beats that fester within. Bloodborne is out this week on PS4. Steel yourself.
BLOODBORNE. It’s out Tuesday. Like, this coming Tuesday. Sid and I have played it, and we’ve got hands-on impressions to prove it. God of War III Remastered has been officially announced for PS4, PlayStation Vue has launched in NYC, Philly and Chicago, Helldivers got some sweet, sweet DLC, and Jamestown+ is out now as part of our ongoing Spring Fever promotion.
Okay, let’s make this 100% clear. When it comes to the Souls series – and the work of creator Hidetaka Miyazaki in general – I’m a proud, unabashed fanboy and I’ll happily assault anyone who comes within shouting distance with irrefutable testament. Duly, with From Software’s latest effort – the deliciously dark action epic Bloodborne – just a few days out from launch, I’ve got one last chance to jump on my sandbox and bang the drum ;)
