Here are the the latest new comics for the PSP. This week will be the final update for digital comics on the PSP. The Digital Comics Team will continue to work on bringing the comic service to other Sony devices. We’ll make sure to keep you updated with any future developments right here on the PlayStation.Blog. Hello and welcome to this week’s comic update!

Today we have seven new titles on the store. Let’s start with a new addition to our Batman library: Batman: Arkham City. The Joker took over Arkham a year ago, and Gotham isn’t quite back to normal. An attack by a pair of super-powered twins increases the threat level and triggers Gotham City’s new mayor to call for drastic measures.

For all you Mercy Sparx and Hack/Slash fans, you will be very pleased with the cross-over title Hack Slash and Mercy Sparx! It’s a fun violent romp that brings DDP’s sexiest seductresses together for the first time, and will be sure not to disappoint.

We also have two new Tank Girl titles, Transformers: Devastation, the follow-up to last week’s release, Transformers: Escalation, and many more!

Hi everyone, and welcome back to the comics updates! Let’s catch-up with a whopping 154 new comics today.

The saga of the Transformers’ secret war on Earth begun in The Transformers: Infiltration continues with Phase Two: Transformers: Escalation. With the monumental menaces of MEGATRON and Ore-13 looming, the AUTOBOTS could be forgiven for thinking things couldn’t get much worse. But they might be wrong! All 6 issues of this mini-series available today.

Orson Scott Card,’s epic sci-fi saga Ender’s Game starts today with Ender’s Game (2008): Battle School, as well as parallel series Ender’s Shadow (2008): Battle School. There’s a war coming, and the same aliens who almost destroyed Earth once are coming back to finish the job. Who can help? According to the military, 8-year-old Ender Wiggin, who enters the mysterious training facility Battle School.

Fans of Star Trek and fans of awesome vintage comics, this one is for you: started in 1967, the same year the original television series premiered , the original Star Trek comics series continue here with 34 issues! Follow the original Enterprise crew, Kirk, Spock, McCoy, and Scott, in adventures available nowhere else.

Hi there – here’s another comic store update for you.

Let’s start with a quality addition to our Batman range, in the form of the first two issues of 1989 series Batman: Legends of the Dark Knight. In part 1 and 2 of the 5-part “Shaman” storyline, Bruce Wayne meets a tribal shaman who influences his life forever while mountain climbing in his days before becoming Batman. Returning to Gotham City, Bruce takes up the cowl and meets Leslie Thompkins before experiencing a major tragedy.

Rumor has it that our next character could destroy Iron Man’s armor with his bare hands, and that he commands superhuman martial arts abilities. Meet chilling superbaddie Mandarin in Invincible Iron Man Annual (2010). The Mandarin is a collection of lies, stories, myths, and legends – is he really a violent street crook born in a brothel? The scion of an aristocratic dynasty? Was his father a petty criminal or an ambassador? Was his mother a British noblewoman, or maybe a dragon-chasing wastrel lost in the underbelly of the world? While Transformers 3: Movie Prequel continues with Rising Storm #3, a brand new series Transformers: Heart of Darkness also starts this week. Galvatron is on the move! With the mystery surrounding Gorlam Prime still unsolved, Cyclonus and Scourge are tasked with helping raise an army – but for what purpose?

Hi there – here’s another comic store update for you.

Two great game IPs continue in comic form this week. In the series finale God of War #6, Kratos faces his greatest test to date—the behemoth Gyges, the living island! The adventures of bike messenger turned superhero Cole MacGrath also continue in inFAMOUS #3, featuring a monstrous super-being who won’t rest until Cole is dead!

Hello and welcome to this week’s comic update!

The terrifying world of Resident Evil returns to comics with Resident Evil Vol. 2! The dedicated agents of the Bioterrorism Security Assessment Alliance face off against Virus-spreading bio-weapons both in space and on land. The Joint Nations Space Station has gone offline; BSAA Agent Mina Gere investigates and is confronted by a crew of flesh-eating bio-weapons; veteran mercenary Holiday Sugarman is sent to remote Grezbekistan, and his team won’t be around for much longer… A new chapter in the Resident Evil saga kicks off with a bang!

Our next highlight is an all-new beginning for the book that Wizard calls “the best original concept from Marvel in thirty years!”… Runaways (2005) is on! A group of teenagers discovers that their parents are actually super-villains, and they run away from home… only to find that nearly every bad guy in the Marvel Universe is trying to fill the power vacuum in Los Angeles, and they are the only ones who can stop them!

Many of you will remember the mighty animation team Voltron – a team of talented pilots commanding robot lions to fight evil. Find out in Voltron: Defender of the Universe how the five maverick pilots were chosen for the mission to bring back the legendary Voltron… and how a distant alien princess knew they were coming. Fans will know the characters, but now writer Dan Jolley and artists Mark Brooks and Clayton Brown uncover their never before seen origins.

Who’s next this week on PSP? You guessed it – Doctor Who!

IDW presents the critically acclaimed Doctor Who comic book series, featuring all-new adventures of Matt Smith, the Eleventh Doctor, the 10th Doctor, David Tennant, and classics from decades past. We have no less than 36 Dr Who comics for you to try! Hello dear readers, here’s your comic update with 62 cool new comics this week and a bonus treat for DC’s Bayou fans.

In Batman Black & White, DC proudly pays tribute to the past, recapturing the classic spirit of black & white comic book storytelling. Centered on the Dark Knight, this series features a stellar line-up of creators contributing 8-page stories to each issue in a rich variety of styles, tones and textures, all with an innate pulp fiction feel. Issue #1, featuring a cover by Jim Lee, includes the work of Jose Muñoz, Joe Kubert, Ted McKeever, Howard Chaykin, and Bruce Timm. I cannot recommend this stunning comic enough!

IDW’s brilliant Infestation series continues with Infestation: Transformers #2. Zombies are the latest show on the Vegas Strip, and it’s going to be an action-packed battle of machine and mayhem to get this town cleaned up!

In the fallout from HOUSE OF M a new mutant team is forged… X-Factor! X-Factor (2005) introduces the investigative mutant agency including Madrox — the Multiple Man, Guido — the Strong Guy, Wolfsbane — the shape-shifter, Siryn — the chorus girl, Rictor—the living earthquake, and GENERATION X’s Monet—the pompous witch. Drawn together in the heart of District X, this rag-tag band of heroes has a lot of answers to find, and fast!

Fearsome acrobatics, ingenuity and waffles are also on the menu in Devil’s Due Digital Ninja Town, Zenescope’s Grimm Fairy Tales continue with a modern take on The Robber Bridegroom, and other highlights include more Spider-Man, Wonder Woman, Silent Hill, Dungeons & Dragons and many more.

Bayou has been tantalizing the PlayStation Network with each release from the acclaimed DC Digital series. Writer Jeremy Love weaves a eery tale of Lee Wagstaff traveling to a twisted version of her 1930’s, Mississippi town to find her friend before Lee’s father is wrongly lynched for kidnapping.

In this other world, Lee meets a blues-singing, swamp monster, named Bayou and the infamous Brer Rabbit who help her on her grave mission. The story of Bayou is an imaginative epic covering some sensitive issues, so the creator is taking questions before he heads to sunny San Francisco as a guest of WonderCon.

Hi everyone, and welcome to the weekly comics update. We have 70 comics for you today, and a lot of highlights!

Based on the acclaimed open-world PS3 game, the inFAMOUS comic is out today! Published by DC Comics, this 6-part series is written by inFamous game writer William Harms (Impaler) and illustrated by Eric Nguyen (Halo: Helljumper, Strange Girl). While delivering a mysterious package, bike courier Cole MacGrath is caught in a massive explosion that gives him electric superpowers. As his world collapses around him, Cole must defend himself and his city from government forces that’ll stop at nothing to capture him.

The first Transformers 3 Movie Prequel begins here!
