PlayStation fans, Vita aficionados, and “sinners” around the world — the day you’ve been waiting for is finally here! I’m extremely proud to welcome you to the world of Freedom Wars, which launches today exclusively on PlayStation Vita and PlayStation TV.
Goblins, ghouls, ghosts, and gremlins fill the streets. Candy flows like a river of sugar. People willingly terrify themselves. Halloween is creeping around the corner, and what better way to celebrate than with a shambling host of new games coming to PlayStation?
Hello again Freedom Wars fans! With less than a week to go until Freedom Wars finally hits North America, I wanted to deliver a few more details regarding our awesome cast of characters and Western Panopticons to our English-speaking “Sinners” out there.
Earlier last week, Justin from PlayStation.Blog was kind enough to share his personal experiences with the 4-player co-op mode with Freedom Wars. While most of you really enjoyed the video, some of the repeated questions and comments from the thread included:
PS Vita exclusive Freedom Wars comes courtesy of Japan Studio, Dimps, and Shift, and places you into the unfortunate shoes of a prisoner facing a one million year sentence. It’s not all bad news, though! By battling fearsome Abductors and rescuing citizens, your captors will generously reduce the length of your imprisonment — a few years at a time.
The gang is back together and sillier than ever! Despite that, we serve up next week’s new releases, Destiny Beta talk, and a one-two interview punch, starting with writer Matthew Berger and Diablo III Reaper of Souls Ultimate Evil Edition, plus producer Nick Accordino’s PS Vita update focusing on Freedom Wars, Big Fest, and Invisimals: The Alliance.
