Jesse Blaze Snider wields a wand (aided by the Move controller) in Sorcery. As a young wizard’s apprentice, players easily learn how the wand enables magical game play in a mystical world. Summon fire, ice and magical bolt spells to take down huge ice trolls and evil monsters in this comprehensive preview!

Looks like the next step in modern warfare game play is coming from Ubisoft’s latest installment of the popular futuristic shooter Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Future Soldier. The Qore preview ‘de-cloaks’ the very cool stealth technology and almost infinite combinations of weapons that players can assemble.

As the first interactive digital magazine on a game console, Qore provided an innovative mix of quality HD video and interactive content covering over 160 new games. With this April episode, Qore concludes its run on the PlayStation Network. As a send off, the Qore team built one final DLC package: the Qore Ultimate Arcade features a compilation of 11 mini games offered throughout the series. Our thanks to all involved in the creation and production of Qore and to the many fans who regularly watched each month.

And it’s time for another T-virus outbreak with Resident Evil: Raccoon City Outbreak jumping back to an earlier era of the franchise. But, this time Slant Six and Capcom have joined forces to shoot up this staple of the survival horror genre. Qore previews the story and 4 player online co-op that’s always been a huge part of the series.

With so many games incorporating free running and Parkour into the game play mechanics, Tiffany Smith tries her hand (and feet, of course) at learning the basic techniques exhibited by game characters like Ezio Auditore. She literally dives into one of the largest Parkour gyms in the country.

Jesse Blaze Snider starts off with this month's lead feature by tagging into Street Fighter X Tekken. Capcom’s Seth Killian sits down with Jesse to discover how this wild mashup was first conceived, how the tag team gameplay works, and what’s going on with those “gems.” He also follows Birds of Steel, a game that rolls back the clock to World War II-era dogfighting.

With so little snow here in California and a warm winter over much of the US, the only way to make some tracks this year might be with SSX. With insane new tricks and environments crafted from actual NASA data, the Qore preview travels to the highest summits of this extreme sports world to experience this thrilling new version.

Last month, Qore dove into Final Fantasy 13-2. Now another RPG is on the horizon from baseball legend Curt Schilling’s 38 Studios with Kingdoms of Amalur. Qore takes a look into the rich world and leveling system of this upcoming debut title.

To commemorate Twisted Metal’s debut on PS3 next month, check out the Twisted Metal theme in the DL center of this episode.
For Resistance 3 fans that wanted a little metal in their game, Qore has the scoop on Mastodon’s soundtrack for upcoming DLC. Jesse meets with the band members as they talk about their work, their tour and their own gaming habits.

And, speaking of DLC, don’t miss an exclusive DC Comics Uncharted theme celebrating the 6 issue limited Uncharted series.

Much has changed with the end of this story arc, Qore discovers why Ubisoft has a playable Altair, how Ezio’s new eagle vision impacts gameplay, and where the series will go from here.

As a follow up to Qore’s earlier profile of Naughty Dog’s Amy Hennig about the story of UNCHARTED 3: Drake’s Deception, this month they focus on the amazing technology and behind the scenes engineering magic used to create the breathtaking environments and robust character animations (that I’ll be enjoying when I get home tonight).

Also check out the beautifully hand drawn environments and characters in the reboot of the classic Rayman Origins, which brings the series back to its 2D roots.

For everyone that downloads Qore this month we have an amazing UNCHARTED 3 theme you definitely don’t want to miss!

And, finally, as many of you already know, after 42 episodes, hundreds of feature stories, and thousands of miles traveled as the host of Qore, Veronica Belmont is leaving the show after this episode. Veronica’s been with the show since the beginning and we’ll miss her dedication, professionalism, and crazy sense of humor. We wish her all the best in her new endeavors.

We’ll be introducing the new host of Qore next month. But for now, here’s one final word from V:

If you’re into the Mod-scene, as in cybernetic body Mod-ifications in the future, then you’ll enjoy Eidos’ prequel sequel Deus Ex: Human Revolution. From Montreal, the Qore team dives into this immersive world of the future to preview the ‘mod’ upgrades, variety of styles of play, and discuss creative decisions made by game director, Jean-Francois Dugas.

While in Montreal, Veronica also checks out the local geek hangouts such as the Biosphere and Foonzo in another installment of ‘On the Road with Qore.’ But, that story can’t compare to the holiday experience on the Island of Banoi – the setting for Dead Island.

Zombies in paradise prevail in this survival game and Qore learns about the character choices, story, and dynamic changes that occur as you try to survive another zombie nightmare.

Bringing you the best of the summer blockbusters and exciting fall previews, July’s Episode 38 is keeping the heat up. From the desert to outer space, Qore has you covered on all of your gaming needs.

To start things off, Veronica Belmont explores the sand dunes of thatgamecompany's latest game Journey. With shifting sands, different environments and a new take on co-op play, take a look at how different this PlayStation exclusive really is.

Veronica also takes us behind the scenes of Insomniac Games to profile industry legend, Ted Price.
