Jesse Blaze Snider starts off with this month's lead feature by tagging into Street Fighter X Tekken. Capcom’s Seth Killian sits down with Jesse to discover how this wild mashup was first conceived, how the tag team gameplay works, and what’s going on with those “gems.” He also follows Birds of Steel, a game that rolls back the clock to World War II-era dogfighting.

Then, Tiffany Smith jumps into a future-day Tokyo populated by sophisticated robots that have pretty much tossed out Asimov's Three Laws of Robotics in Binary Domain. While the premise might not be that original, the new 'consequence system' that judges your command of NPC's is interesting, as Tiffany discovered with Director Toshihiro Nagoshi. Jesse Blaze Snider gears up for an extensive ride (and preview) through Twisted Metal.
With so little snow here in California and a warm winter over much of the US, the only way to make some tracks this year might be with SSX. With insane new tricks and environments crafted from actual NASA data, the Qore preview travels to the highest summits of this extreme sports world to experience this thrilling new version.

Last month, Qore dove into Final Fantasy 13-2. Now another RPG is on the horizon from baseball legend Curt Schilling’s 38 Studios with Kingdoms of Amalur. Qore takes a look into the rich world and leveling system of this upcoming debut title.

To commemorate Twisted Metal’s debut on PS3 next month, check out the Twisted Metal theme in the DL center of this episode. Did you miss December’s Episode 43? Please welcome Qore’s new host Jesse Blaze Snider and new field correspondent Tiffany Smith.

Jesse jumps right into the giant sequel Final Fantasy XIII-2. With time travel, new fight mechanics, and new characters joining the old cast, XIII-2 expands an already epic storyline.

For Resistance 3 fans that wanted a little metal in their game, Qore has the scoop on Mastodon’s soundtrack for upcoming DLC.
As a follow up to Qore’s earlier profile of Naughty Dog’s Amy Hennig about the story of UNCHARTED 3: Drake’s Deception, this month they focus on the amazing technology and behind the scenes engineering magic used to create the breathtaking environments and robust character animations (that I’ll be enjoying when I get home tonight).

Also check out the beautifully hand drawn environments and characters in the reboot of the classic Rayman Origins, which brings the series back to its 2D roots.

For everyone that downloads Qore this month we have an amazing UNCHARTED 3 theme you definitely don’t want to miss!

And, finally, as many of you already know, after 42 episodes, hundreds of feature stories, and thousands of miles traveled as the host of Qore, Veronica Belmont is leaving the show after this episode. Veronica’s been with the show since the beginning and we’ll miss her dedication, professionalism, and crazy sense of humor. We wish her all the best in her new endeavors.

We’ll be introducing the new host of Qore next month. But for now, here’s one final word from V:

If you’re into the Mod-scene, as in cybernetic body Mod-ifications in the future, then you’ll enjoy Eidos’ prequel sequel Deus Ex: Human Revolution. From Montreal, the Qore team dives into this immersive world of the future to preview the ‘mod’ upgrades, variety of styles of play, and discuss creative decisions made by game director, Jean-Francois Dugas.

While in Montreal, Veronica also checks out the local geek hangouts such as the Biosphere and Foonzo in another installment of ‘On the Road with Qore.’ But, that story can’t compare to the holiday experience on the Island of Banoi – the setting for Dead Island.

Zombies in paradise prevail in this survival game and Qore learns about the character choices, story, and dynamic changes that occur as you try to survive another zombie nightmare.

June’s Episode 37 is electrifying with previews of the season’s hottest titles packaged up in a sweet new user interface. The new design is streamlined to better present all that each episode of Qore has to offer.

inFAMOUS 2 is this month’s lead story as Audrey Cleo ventures deep into New Marais to reveal Cole’s shocking new powers. Meet the new characters, explore the dense environment, and learn more about the very, very cool user-created missions feature.

Then, prepare yourself for a journey through the looking glass with a preview of Alice: Madness Returns. Veronica Belmont interviews American McGee about the world created for (or by?) Alice, the wild new weapons she wields, and what’s different in this hotly anticipated sequel.

Veronica also steps into the cage with MMA fighter Felice “Lil Bulldog” Herrig who debuts as one of the first female characters in Supremacy MMA. She talks about her inspiration, her training, and what it’s like being immortalized in a video game. Also, don’t miss the video extras and outtakes as she teaches Veronica some of her signature moves.

When Suda 51 (No More Heroes) and Shinji Mikami (Resident Evil) announced they were collaborating on Shadows of the Damned, everyone expected it to be over the top. Well, you be the judge after watching Qore’s preview which dives into a grindhouse-inspired horror-action-comedic interpretation of Hell…just in time for summer.

We hope you enjoy the brand new look of Qore Episode 37 now available under the Media section in PlayStation Store.

April’s going to be a busy month! To get you ready for some of the most anticipated titles this year, the Qore team circled around Seattle and then to London.

More precisely, in Bellvue, Washington, Veronica Belmont got the ‘hole’ story and a preview of the sequel to the first-person puzzler, Portal 2. Valve’s Doug Lombardi, Erik Wolpaw, and Josh Weier take her through the new (and familiar) characters, puzzle elements, and innovative gameplay that expand the Portal 2 experience. They also show off the very cool co-op mode that we can’t wait to try.
Veronica also gets an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of this world famous studio to witness what it’s like working…and playing at Valve. With state-of-the-art hydraulic desks, an on-site massage room, and a very un-corporate culture, they’ve created a talent-filled, unique, and very creative environment.

With state-of-the-art hydraulic desks, an on-site massage room, and a very un-corporate culture, they’ve created a talent-filled, unique, and very creative environment.

Meanwhile, Audrey Cleo is down the road in Redmond to meet Zipper Interactive’s Travis Steiner, Christian Sadak, and Blain Higdon about SOCOM 4: U.S. Navy SEALs. The tactical shooter’s back with a single-player storyline, squad-based 32-person multiplayer modes, PlayStation Move motion controller support, plus full resolution, full framerate, 3D performance, but, sadly, no kitchen sink.

Finally, ever since we saw the Brink trailer at last year’s E3, we‘ve wanted to know all about this game. From London, Splash Damage explains how Brink blends single and multiplayer storylines and characters and classes in a unique setting featuring contextual movement and multiple in an over-crowded floating city. I’m not doing this justice. Just download Qore tomorrow, watch the story and you’ll get what I mean.

April is a cruel month. What are you going to play?
