  • WE NEED MULTIPLE DATA ALBUM EDIT!!!

WE NEED MULTIPLE DATA ALBUM EDIT!!!

WE NEED MULTIPLE DATA ALBUM EDIT!!!

WE NEED MULTIPLE DATA ALBUM EDIT!!!

  • Great Playstation Store update. Life with Playstation and all the new demos and videos. Wow I am thoroughly impressed. You all at Playstation finally made me appreciate all that you do for us LittleBigPeople out there. Once again thank you for all your work. Keep us updated on everything Playstation. Not like you already don’t. But still.

  • I need help please! :( !!!

I can’t seem to connect to F@H or LifewithPS servers, and it’s not just now, I haven’t been able to get connected with F@H for a while now(even though I am logged in PSN) how can I fix this?! :(

PS. nice update and thank you for releasing LifewithPS!

  • Ok I got to say, no PS1 RPGs AGAIN = fail, I’m not turning on my PS3 today either to download something, thanx Sony :S

However, I must say that I’m planning to buy Burnout Paradise soon, as soon as I can save enough money to buy a new byke :)

  • Best part of today is that Mainichi Issho gets trophies!

  • Just saw the recent sales numbers from this week’s Media Create chart in Japan. Tales of Vesperia sold 90,000 on the 360. I think its time that Sony just went out and bought Square Enix. Otherwise they could seriously lose market share on their own home turf. If that happens, expect more once ps3 exclusives to go multi-platform.

  • great update.
    I love demos :D

  • WTF is “multiple album data edit,” and why the **** do “we” need it?

  • Yeah what is that “multiple album data edit”

  • Wow, a PSP demo no way!!! I just was wondering about the Socom beta testing since I have Qore 1 and NO beta key. I have contacted constumer service they sent me E-mail saying they got my E-mail and would respond within 72hr. Well that was Sundayit’s Thursday now and NO word on this? WTF I’m anual Qore subcriber to. And I wonder if they had this same problem when HOME BETA went out?

  • It’s about time the PC store got some love!
    Great update. Thanx

  • Thanks Grace…

Lots of good stuff and more in the very near future.

  • Hmm, not what I was hoping for, but not a total loss.
I want more Singstore updates too.

  • @EvoAnubis
It is just what it sounds like. Here’s what I imagine the process to be like. You hit the triangle button and select the multiple data album edit. This brings up a list of all the items in a category from which you can mark checkboxes to select the pieces of data whose album info you wish to change. Then you hit an ok button which brings up a text prompt that allows you to enter the name of the album that all the selected pieces of data will have. Once this is all done you will have changed the album info of multiple pieces of data instead of doing it for each individual piece.

It’s needed to make organizing data such as demos, psn downloads, and photos closer to being as easy as it is on the psp.

  • Good update

  • @EvoAnubis & djsic
Doesn’t multiple data album edit seem like such an easy thing to implement? Certainly seems easier than making a globe with sparse amount of highlighted cities from which you could get local news.

  • @ LuNaTiCxX

I never buy a game without trying out a demo for it first unless its a AAA can’t miss. I learned this lesson the hard way unfortunately…I’m lookin at u Turning Point!

  • when you transfer your music to the PS3 it doesnt always take all the embedded tags there for its hard to keep all the music organized on the PS3, its all just random songs in one folder. You have to go to each individual song and input info manually. Instead of just being able to select all tool songs and retag for example. I agree we need this more than ever now that more and more games are supporting custom music. I dont want to spend 36 hours retagging all my stuff.

  • According to this press release: http://psp.ign.com/articles/911/911385p1.html

    And this press release:
    http://psp.ign.com/articles/908/908449p1.html

Puzzle Quest was supposed to be released today instead of PQ. This is disappointing as I have been looking forward to a UMD free version of Puzzle Quest since the PC store was launched. What the @#%#! is going on here?

  • @39: Just use the playlists for your music and photos. It does almost exactly what you depict (just in a different order). What you’re talking about, I don’t need.

What “we” DO need is sequential playback for videos and video playlists. “Multiple album data edit” is a waste of time.

  • Decent update, but honestly next week’s update is what i am anticipating:):)

  • Great update! I was looking forward to playing Mercenaries 2. I have a couple questions though, Sony. Well, more like suggestions. It would be very cool to have Voice Messages sent through PSN, and also an option to send friends requests to join your game via XMB. Those are the only 2 features Xbox Live has over PS3. If those 2 things are gone, PS3 will feel superior in every way.

BTW, I love Life With Playstation! A good program for a good cause. Thanks!

  • @EvoAnubis
Well what about organizing psn games from demos. Moreover if you have a lot of pix or music on the hard drive, multiple data album editing makes getting to content to put it in a playlist much faster.

  • Hey Grace, is there any chance of getting Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 on the PS store? Mortal Kombat 2 was such a huge hit; I’m sure UMK3 would do just as well. There is a very strong fan base for this game (i.e., Xbox 360’s success with the game).

  • @metal1militia
I would say they also need to have custom soundtracks in all games to match the 360. My goodness, even small downloadable games lack this feature.
