Glancing through this list, it’s not hard to read what’s on my mind: Killzone 2 and Street Fighter IV. I’ve been having an amazing time all week playing SFIV with friends either in person or via the chat-enhanced magic of PSN.
And I especially can’t wait to see all of you online this Friday night in Killzone 2. For the past month or two, we’ve been holding special multiplayer sessions for media members (to help them write their reviews, etc). The class/ribbon system is so deep, I know you’ll have a hard time logging off (just one more ribbon and I get more grenades at loadout! etc).
And if you missed it, I was lucky enough to be invited to sit in on IGN’s Podcast Beyond (Epidsode 80) to talk Patapon 2, ultra-enthusiastic PlayStation fans, and our favorite RPG protagonists. Give it a listen, won’t you?

Funny that this is all over cross-game chat, which I JUST decided I wanted. Even though I never cared about it before, I wouldn’t ever try to stop anyone from voicing their opinion about what they are looking forward to. saying that MS owns privat chat, is like saying that Nintendo owns motion sensing. The playstation has motion sensing, xbox might some day have it. PS3 has private chat in home, wouldn’t be impossible to have the same concept cross game. This is the only feature i care about them adding.

Implementing voicechat is not something extremely difficult. As you may have noticed, Sony ALREADY provided us with a voicechat-tool, in which we can have private parties. So, in a way, the system is done.
Now, to make a lot of people happy (please don’t get started about the ‘almost no one wants it’-thing again), Sony should try to get this function working while the PS3 is running a game. That’s it. That’s what we’re asking for.
No copyright-issues, no difficulties in terms of ‘the way Microsoft has it running on their system’. It’s just like Skype, or MSN, or any other VoIP-software package.
Now, like Enigma, I’m done with you.

everytime sony post anything on the blog there all ways one or two comment about in game chat . sony can have a topic about the weather and here come a post from someone about in game chat . when they give us an update you have someone here posting that there upset with sony because we dont have in game chat so i guess we all fall on the floor crying for in game chat hey here an idea buy a product that have your features that what real people do.

Yeah, I seem to have missed all the articles calling K2 a horrible game, what with the multitude of articles praising it and giving it some of the highest possible review scores, all cluttering up the net. I’m not even an FPS-lover and I never played K1, but I can’t deny how amazing this game looks. I preordered it months ago.
And raise my standards how high exactly? The production values don’t get much higher than what I’ve seen coming out of Killzone 2. Game Informer called it one of the best looking games they’ve ever seen…
I got a Sony headset in today from the UK (I’m from Holland), the thing was broken in less than an hour :-( The thing did already weird and now I can’t return it. I found it weird the thing in the UK cost only like 24 Pound (about 30USD) while in the US and in Holland it cost 50USD / Euro.
The article number is SLEH 00087, can anyone tell me if this is original? Can’t find any product list with this article number. Package and manual and all says “registered trademarks of Sony Computer Entertainment Europe”… made in China. Manufactured by Namtai.
Never experienced a Sony product to be dead so soon, and I’ve bought quite a few Sony products :-(
