The time is almost upon us – in just a few precious hours, North American gamers will begin picking up and playing their copies of Killzone 2. In order to fully mark this occasion (probably the last time you’ll be outside for a few weeks), we encourage you to take a photo of yourself picking up the game. We know a *lot* of you pre-ordered the game, so we’ve started a collection on the PlayStation.Blog Facebook page. Just upload your pic(s) to the gallery and tag them with “kz2” – you’ll need to ‘Fan’ the page first – and let us know you’ve joined the Helghan invasion!
As a bit of extra incentive we’ll be randomly giving out Killzone 2 Strategy Guides from BradyGames (we’ll select the lucky photogs a week from today).
We took a few Killzone 2 pics around the office today to get things started. So share your experience – and enjoy the game!
Add me to the no Facebook, ever, list.
Jeff, it may not costs dollars, but your soul is worth so much more.
Reasons to hate Facebook:
-My wife is on it non-stop, lagging my 1mb Internet connection when I am trying to game on my PS3.
-Or my wife checks Facebook on her cell phone while “watching” TV with me.
-It allows people I never cared to ever talk to again (or I would have stayed in touch) to find me.
-I’m lucky to check non-work email more than once a week. I’m definitely not checking Facebook.
-The more people suggest I sign up, the more I hate it.
So far the only reasons to get on Facebook seem to be that the PlayStation brand uses it and GTPlanet has a group. Fortunately the PlayStation brand is better experienced on the PS3 and PSP, which both have Web browsers that can pull up GTPlanet. I’m good.
Sorry, Jeff, I won’t be posting my pics. I’ll have to defeat the Helghast without a cheat…er game guide.
NICE Pic Jeff!!!
I have to buy my copy at zellers cuz I have a gift card for there..
I am so excited to play.. except i might not get to play it tomorow cuz I am moving all day. This is like my first break of today from moving. God I hate moving.
