Rag Doll Kung Fu: Fists of Plastic hits PSN this Thursday, April 9, and that means everybody will be kung fu fighting. You already heard from SCEA Producer Joshua Miller who answered your questions about RDKF. And during GDC, we let Mattias Nygren from Tarsier Studios take over the camera, as he walks us through the game’s character customization mode in this video:

Does this game support Custom Soundtracks and trophies???
Looks very good! I hope it supports this feature!
Nice video, will there be a demo of RDKF?
Looks neat. Might buy it… Would like a demo – please say there’s a demo coming.
Can’t wait to pick up this game! Looking forward to Thursday store purchases!!!
Will this be built upon via add-on content, or put out and left to dry? (i.e Crash Commando)
Best part of the video is watching Fat Princess in the background.
Looks great… I will be checking this game out.
Haha looking good!
I’m going to be Kung Fu fighting.
@Sigmakan lol, I was thinking the same thing.
does it support online multiplayer ??
looks like it might be an ok game but i still havent really been sold on it yet
EU release date?
Looks really good. But i have a question for Chris. Will you be able to play as sackboy in this game? I ask because in one of the trailers, if you look carfully you can see sackboy. So was that just an easter egg, or is sackboy really a playable character?
I’m split between getting this or Fat Princess
@#17,
Rag Doll will be out on Thursday. They haven’t announced a date for Fat Princess, so it’s probably a month or two off at least.
Are there any plans to add online down the road? I think I would pick it up if there is a good chance for online play later on, but not sure if there isn’t.
gonna get this game looks very kool
This looks awesome, loved the the trailer on the store btw :)
Hope we’re gonna see some licensed DLC for this title, many of the characters added to LBP would be great to play in this game too, Kratos, Nariko, etc.
Can’t wait for the store update tomorrow…
STOP TEASING ME…JUST PUT IT UP ON THE PSN ALREADY!!! ;)
Just wanted to send you guys some love.
I’m looking forward to thursday!
If this doesn’t have multiplayer online, I’m less inclined for a day one purchase.
sweet! can’t wait for Thursday! =]
Make that Kung Fu Love
can’t wait to play it ^^ . I just hope the game will be available world wide in this week, right?
I’m buying this game to support Tasier Studios and to get The City of Metronome released!
It also looks fun too.
Looks really cool, cant wait!
Awesome!!! For 9.99 this game looks really good. Definitely going to buy it
I hope it has multiplayer online,
COOL! I’ll probably end up getting it. Though I must say I am slightly disappointed that there is not Online-Multiplayer. Than again, I’m guessing this game will be much like PAIN. Playing alone it will be a stinker, but having some people over this will be the game to play!
:D
Very excited about this game.
Cool game Im going to buy it Thursday!!!!
But I have one single question that I like to be answered?
What is the price of this game? I have $20.00 in my wallet on PSN.
@#8
i noticed that too and a agree haha
and I* agree
I like customization in games! It always adds a little bit of personal touch into it for you…
Anyways, thanks for the vid. I’ll be looking forward to this game tomorrow!
Can’t wait to see the reviews on this one. I’m still on the fence about it, but looks like fun.

some footage using the in-game record function.
had this game a few weeks now, great fun.
@ 30 Ratigen – no, it’s offline multiplayer only.
I think it was kind of funny that Fat Princess was playing in the background lol.
Day one purchase for sure, I hope this get’s supported like Pain with new characters and such.
This game is going to be a first day purchase for me! It looks extremely fun, but I do have one quick question, will it contain custom soundtracks so I can play my own music while playing?
Also, do you guys have anything planned for PlayStation HOME?
do you have to shake the controller to do special moves? is it possible to turn that off?
im not a fun killer i just think i would rather play it like a fighter like mk sf or tekken sort of thing.. i guess its not really that type of game. but still i think i will get sick of having to shake all the time to do specials etc.
Needs online multiplayer.
only in US store…?
no online multiplayer?
*facepalm*, almost had my 9.99.
Why no online MP? Will we see this as an update later on?
What are the rewards (SQUARE BUTTON) that is in the bottom right-hand corner when you are customizing your character?
@ 43 IIIKAGEIII – yepp, it’s just for the slam drop, meditate, and power fist, all the other moves are combos of button presses (XXO etc), it does work very well and only needs a quick flick of the pad to slam for example. normally 6axis is the first thing i turn off too, but it’s implemented very well in this game.
@ 28 StalkingSilence – they are costume items and new hands, heads, feet etc you unlock while playing the game, like get a trophy you get a new outfit, get the jist? you can mix and match rewards and standard kit, great fun.
looks alright
dang! first day purchase for me
Good to hear. It\’s a lot of fun.
