Starting today, you’re going to start seeing a lot of stories on many of the games we showed off in LA and Seattle last week (such as MAG, Uncharted 2, White Knight Chronicles, the new PixelJunk, and of course, inFAMOUS). Over the course of the next week, we’ll be sharing news and videos of these games, and answering many of the questions you asked about them.
But first, now that we can actually share it, I wanted you to see this new inFAMOUS video, entitled “Power Trip.” I was pretty much floored by it when we first showed it to media members last week, and thought you might enjoy it as well:

wow.. sony is on fire in 09.. KZ2, MLB the show.. then this.. mark my words: inFamous is a AAA title.

Can’t wait for this game. I have wanted it ever since I saw the first trailer on the PSN. Having the beta codes thrown in only sweetens the deal. Consider this bought.
I have to admit, I was slightly on the fence when it came to this game. I love Sucker Punch (the Sly series is still one of my all time favs), but the previous footage I had seen was ok.
This however….
this trailer is just A W E S O M E ! I immediately pre-ordered it. Thanks for helping me with this decision…it became a no-brainer! lol

This is a fantastic trailer! I constantly see a large amount of stinky ads for PS3 and its games. Most of them (for the exception of a few recent ones) have just been terrible the last few years.
This trailer should be out on TV for the public to see!
That is one of the best made game trailers I’ve seen in a long time. I’ve been sold on inFamous for a while, but I bet that trailer will swing it for a lot of people who were in the fence!
You should consider using it as a basis for your TV campaign (if it’s getting one), or at least run that trailer in cinemas.

Hmmm not impressed the thought of an electric infused man jumping from place to place and shocking people.. nope, not even a hair raises for this game. To me it’s Wolverine with static
electricity but that’s just me. If you are longing forward to monkey electric boy go ahead lol.
PS. don’t forget the floating from place to place too. wow but don’t be SHOCKED if it sucks.
Will amazon offer the beta codes for UD2 also? Because I’m debating ordering from there or game stop for the pre-order exclusives and just want to make sure.
If anybody from Sony is reading this, could you please produce some sort of port of Sly Cooper games to the PSP? The Sly Cooper series is one of my all time favorites, next to Ratchet and Clank. Or you could rerelease them on the Playstation Network.

Hey Jeff amazing trailer! im new to the whole commenting thing but cant wait for infamous! i pre-ordered and everything! I wanted to kno if there was going to be a multiplayer of any kind. That would be amazing. possibly online where 1 person is cole and other ppl are the repers and dustmen and golems. and the other bad guys in the game. and they hav a multiplayer battle! cole wuld hav an advantage of course but against maybe 30 ppl? or 20? thatd be inteesting to c how every1 has come up with diff. strategies aainst other ppl

I wanted to ask though, how did Working For A Nuclear Free City get involved in the project? What a cool thing, to have a band create a track specially for the game. Will definitely look out for the song used here song on the 21st.

WOW! this is what the PS3 needed from the beginning!!! a game like this should and has to be the game of the year!!!! i was going to pre-order this game but i got my money stolen at school so doing everything possible to get it again so i can play that demo that we want so badly!!! one question though, the demo will be available earlier for people who pre-ordered right? where do we have to buy infamous to get that code? or is it that the code will get sent to us via psn or email?
