Obviously God of War: Chains of Olympus pretty much blew every other PSP action game out of the water. So EA is tempting the same action audience with Dante’s Inferno, a game that is already looking seriously impressive on the PSP. Slated for next year, there’s quite a ways to go, but Senior Producer Justin Lambros explains how Dante’s Inferno is moving past the “port” mentality to deliver a huge console-like experience. Wow…… well I’ve supported Playstation for this long no reason to stop now. Oh and FYI the people who still had a PS2 that just watched this figured out where they need to go.

You Fanboys need to calm down. I didn’t see or hear the word “Exclusive” mentioned anywhere and Sony’s E3 isn’t until tomorrow. Get your panties out of a bunch people. Even if they do get it as an exclusive it will never top MGS4 in size or cut-scenes (lol), oh and “epicness” I hate using that word but I couldn’t think of anything else.
Now since “Chains of Olympus” was mentioned why oh why did SCEA let Ready At Dawn slip away. I was hoping they would of purchased them to keep working on PSP titles and eventually move their way up to the PS3. The two titles they developed where by far some of my favorite titles and were perfectly done.
Im sad now.. sony you better have somethign really huge for tomorrow’s E3 :(.. please something huge T_T.. why did kojima go to the other console..*sigh*.. this is tireing
…Sony’s “big” news will be the release of the GO…which won’t surprise or interest anyone. WOW…another PSP re-design with the exact same feature-set (apart from built-in storage to force-feed digital download).

looking good. I was skeptical of a PSP version at first but if this really turns out to be a solid PSP title it might just be worth picking up sometime down the road. Personally I’d still rather see more on the PS3 version but some news/info is better than none. ;)
You guys crying about Kojima going to the other console are silly. Its business, if you check out one his many blog sites he hinted at this, although he didn’t seem to happy about it even in his tone today it seemed like it was Konami with the puppet strings over Kojima. Its money that drives this business Kojima like many old developers need production companies and studios more than ever in this complicated architexture we call the next gen video game creation.
Both sides get the game. Microsoft is doing what they did last year and that is pay to 3rd party developers. They tried last year and konami wanted to say yes back then but Hideo did not want to so konami agreed to follow their top developer. This year the money during an bad economic time in the video game industry much less the world’s general industry. Konami i do not think could not pass this up. Call Kojima or Konami what you want but we still get to play along with our rivals.

Metal gear Rising being a multi…and Metal gear Solind 5 being a PS3 exclusive and some remake of FF7 and backwards compatibility coming back for all consoles via firmware.

Anyways, game looks good. The only thing I’m worried about is that it’s going to be too much like God of War. I’ve read some first impressions of the game on a few sites and it seems that the game tries to emulate GoW right down to the controls, which would be a slight disappointment. Of course it’s a great game to follow, but it would be a turn-off if this game tried to be exactly like GoW. I guess I’ll have to see more of the game to tell if it’s more than just a clone.

Will the PSN Store have an E3 section again this year?
Fanboys need to settle down, without Multi-platform games you might not have a franchise to play in the future. This is why Microsoft developed the 360 with the hardware specs it has. They decided early on to go after First party developers and built the hardware to do it. But one thing they forgot was to build a quality piece of hardware, with a larger failure rate than PS3 the numbers that MS puts out there are probably rigged to include the the replacements that are shipped to customers under warranty. They are known for that to create the illusion of larger sales they did it with PC OS software when found out they were caught the world had already turned its back on Apple, which is a much better platform for computers and the same hardware that ran Apple computers now runs this generation of gaming consoles.
So put your panties back on and sit down and wait for what Sony has to reveal tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!
This game is probably going to hit the right notes with me, since its a game based on one of my favourite literary works.
Hopefully it comes out this year? I’d love to get this and the PSP Go.
