awesome gt ftw
Can’t wait for this. I’ve already bought a PSP for this game . . .I don’t know whether to buy it on UMD or Download. I have an 8gb card. . .does anyone know if running the game off UMD saves battery / increases load times as opposed to UMD?
Cools, glad you kept cheaper psp slim for the pack too
That sounds like a really good bundle. I like the look of a silver PSP.
No PSP Go bundle like Europe?
I need a reason to buy a PSP Go at a higher price!
FIRST!
I would of love if this was with the PSP go…
All this with the PSP 3000 and the PSP Go is $250 alone?
Hey Im wondering what this means by a music pass voucher for 5 free songs does that mean we are getting a music store?
@ 8 I mean 10 free songs
Why not make a bundle with the new PSP GO?
@ 6
Agreed. I would pay $250 for that.
did this just confirm a PSN MUSIC STORE???????
I would like a Psp Go bundled with DL GT. That would be AWESOME. I’m getting one anyways, BTW Firmware 3.0 is AWESOME
Grml, I’m wanting a PSP go, but you guys are making that a really hard decision.
Lets compare:
-EU gets the PSP Go with a free voucher for PSP Gran Turismo
-US Gets a PSP 3000 with a free copy of Gran Turismo for $200
-US customers who want a PSP Go get…A (near) demo..for 250 (add another $40 for those of us who want GT)
a music store would be SWEEET! Go medium! i wish i could talk to ghosts the would be SWEEET!
WAIT WAIT? Sony Music Pass? Music Store on the Horizon? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, give me another reason to spend another $500.00 On the PSN :) LoL. But No Seriously
I meant ‘A(near)demo of Rock Band’
Only possible on PSP?
LOL
Yeah. I want it but I already have a PSP-2000. I want a PSP Go WITH Gran Turismo. Rock Band Unplugged Lite will not cut it at all. :( :/
Cool, but I’m still waiting for a reason (pack in game) to justify purchase of a PSPgo. Wake me when that happens ;)
Wtf they didn’t confirm a music store, they said there’s a voucher for free downloads off their download service – Music Pass
Looks like a better deal than updating to PSP GO.
I think we are all wanting a PSP Go bundle, not a PSP bundle. Close but not quite.
No guys, I don’t think this is any sign of a pending music store for the PSN…
http://gift.musicpass.com/
Would of been cooler if you guys branded the PSP with the GT logo. Other wise its not really anything special.
How come the only PSPs we got with designs on them were the Star Wars ones?
The Japanese Gran Turismo PSP bundle was announced a little while ago, and while the design isn’t extreme, it at least has the GT logo on it.
Why are the “Limitied Editions” in the US only coming with ‘plain’ (OMG Lilac PSP not withstanding) PSPs? Doesn’t feel very “limited edition” to me.
Scratch that, it’s actually http://www.sonymusicpass.com
@#2 I can’t say much about load times, but I suspect it would increase battery life. The UMD drive is something of an energy hog.
DAAAMN i wish i bought a psp 1 year llater i got stuck with 1 man shooter lol *sigh*
What is Sony music pass? But I’m getting this bundle.
makes no sense with the pspgo so short time out geesh i gues they r tryn to get rid of inventory
like everyone else said make this for the psp go!
Doesn’t this game come free with the PSP GO in Europe?
lol SONY wants to get rid of old PSP stock in USA with this “shady” offer…
PSP Go + Gran Turismo = $249.99
Is it that hard for Sony to understand?
@8 Sounds like a music store anouncement coming soon..
Music voucher – Consumers can download 10 free songs onto their PC or Mac using Sony Music Pass. Available to U.S. residents only.
WooHoo!
$H!T…so i have to buy a brand new psp if i want that corevette in color white???…this no seems to be the all time gran turismo used to be…but oh well..
There is still a white elephant in the room regarding GT PSP’s big brother. I won’t pick this up until a release date is announced. Help me out. Announce a date, and get a pre-order immediately thereafter. Deal?
I have long waiting for this news! Ideal new bundle for me after red Kratos. But SCEA, can you give me really good reason to buy PSP-M1000 vel GO! ? PSP GO! is really tempting, but I can’t imagine live without ehm… poor UMD. On PSP Go! I can’t rental or sell my game library, so it’s most expensive. Hard decision to me and I think most of PS players…
Now this is a bundle I would have bought when I was shopping for my PSP.
Regardless, I’m still excited about GT PSP!
tha music store would be nice. but that would mean another PSN Store icon in the music section. i dont understand why there isnt a music store in the 1st place.
What a cool bundle! Could you make it any harder to purchase a PSP Go! in the United States?
Great! More unnecessary crap to buy. And still no actual response to the Firmware 3.0 reception.
You people have no true perception of what your customers want, do you?
Oh…you mean that game that should have come with the US release of the PSP Go? But you’re putting it on a bundle for a system that’s already on the market?
…I guess that’s one way to do business…just wish the download would have come with the Go. Or at least the free movie voucher…something…for focusing on digital content, you’re requiring quite a bit from people at the initial time of purchase, Sony…
Honestly where is the GT PSP Go Bundle. At least give us a choice. GT or Rock Band and how are we going to transfer our umd’s to the go. It’s about a month away and I am really ready to cancel my preorder.
THAT’S. HOW. THEY. ROLL.
MAN… This is just awesome! I gotta get this or GT5!
That cover does look sweet…
they should have this bundle with a PSP Go in it!!!
then I’ll buy it
Why is all your ‘limited’ edition PSPs as of late just a normal PSP in a pack? We want tattoos on the back of the logos/characters! Japan got a rockin’ Dissida PSP–why not us?
Either way–I am getting a PSP Go so I won’t be getting this package–but nice for you guys to show support to both PSP fanbases!
wait, so no pspgo users will ever be able to have a white corvete. thats unfair
PSP2000 please.
