    How you doing Grace?? i have 2 requests that i want to know if they can be addressed , 1. is the ability to preview movies on the psp Go , 2. the ability to own or rent a movie on both systems ( lets say i rent or buy an HD movie on my ps3 i cant watch it on my psp , i need to buy or rent the same movie on SD to be able to watch it on my Go ) thank you

    Grace…is SONY working on a solution for those that experience a broken PS3 (I’m on my 3rd one now) or for those that own multiple PS3 (I have two active ones).

    Under the current system if I buy content I a: can’t redownload if my system breaks (like I said…I’m on my 3rd one on that score) and b: I can’t watch my content on the PS3 of my choice…only on the one that downloaded it.

    Can you please comment as to whether SONY is actively looking at a solution to this? Until such time buying content from the Video store seems like throwing money away.

    I bought a bunch of video content, then I bought a new PS3, my launch console was getting a bit tired.
    I am now unable to view a couple hundred dollars worth of video content on my new PS3.

    is there any way to solve this problem?
    I payed for this stuff, I would like to be able to view it.
    I have not, and will not buy any more video content until this situation can be resolved.

    i thought I had deactivated my original system,I will check again.

    i had some difficulties swapping my Hard Drive there were some Firmware disrepencies, I eventually worked thru that, but was quite frustrated and may have missed some steps.

    Thanks for responding, at least some folks want to help Sony Consumers….

    AFAIK deactivation does not work. Your purchased content is non-transferable according to SONY’s TOS. You MIGHT get a helpful CSR but SONY is under ZERO obligation to help you out.

    Thus my query earlier on.

    How disappointing. This fellow who makes weekly Playstation Store and Video Store updates doesn’t even bother replying back.
    I,and others probably, would rather have Mike Kebby from EU Playstation Blog. Mike never disappoints. He replies back with 100 comments on average every single week.
    That is what you call communication, not what Mr.Grace Chen does.

    Awesome…3 comments from SONY and NONE of them address their customer’s concerns over drm. Or Canada for that matter.

    some of you obviously have a problem with either reading, comprehension, or both.

    notice the “this week’s” part….means that everything on the list will be added over the course of the week.

    as to the “not available in your region” message. i got that myself for a couple of hours yesterday. not a big deal, probably had something to do with the PSN maintenance being performed yesterday.

    i’m also looking forward to SGU…i’m sure it’ll be available by monday. i doubt i’ll get an answer, but does anyone over at playstation store know when new episodes of defying gravity will be showing up for download?

    My question is why is some content only available for purchase?

    For example, I really want to watch YearOne despite if it’s a good movie or not, which is why I’d rather rent it. But it’s only available for $14.99………………………………… You kidding me?!

    Is Canada getting some love too in the next… couple of years? lol. I didn’t write months nor weeks since we’ve been asking the same question since the start of the service in the US. It’s sad since tons of Canadians would pay for this service, I can’t see how it’s that hard to include canada…

    I have one real question:

    Could you check, ask questions, and make your little reporter and find if there is at least plans to include Canada for this year (before the end of december 2009). It should not be hard to have that answer, if they are planning to do this, it’s already in planning. If nobody tells you that it’s in the planning, you say that nobody said it was in the planning, and we’ll be able to gess it’s not for this year again.

    Really wish you would figure out something for Canadians. Especially since I’m forced to have that stupid Shop option in my video section. Which is totally worthless btw.

    At least link it to video game trailers. That’s videos too after all.
