  • tells sarcastic people to shove it up you ass

  • why isnt the psp store updated

  • WOW THANKS FOR THE DYNAMIC THEMES AND AVATARS…..

  • hey they are on the psp store you just have to search it. I wish people would stop dissing sony because their game isnt on the ps store because they have nothing to do with it. The game companies are the ones who but the games on it. Thats why im going to complain on square enix website

  • no there not

  • good luck complaining to square enix, did that 4 days ago, no response

  • It’s midnight and I never got the update………

  • Give us avatars, give us dynamic themes, and give us PSP games on the store THE SAME WEEK THEY ARE RELEASED ON UMD.

Until you guys learn how to do those three things you will fail in the eyes of most of your supporters.

Seriously. Your customers come on here every single week and tell you what they want. Why is it so effing hard for you to give it to them? Can you please explain that to me so I can understand?

Also, Resident Evil 2, Resident Evil 3, Dino Crisis, Diablo, and Final Fantasy VIII PS One Classics NAO!

  • People who get upset about not being able to over-pay for PS1 games are idiots imo……thank you.

  • Just let you guys know, The psp store has not been updated with this update.

  • the update is there manually search for the game, but who cares about this trash update.

lets just not buy anything from sony, let them keep releasing crap games and wonder why no income is coming lol.

  • Where is Dissidia?!

  • Not really happy with this update as I’m a PSP Go owner. Don’t really want Dissidia just want some cool shooters or action adventures (such as Uncharted PSP :( ) An Uncharted 2 dynamic theme would definitely be worth 3 bucks (hint hint nugge nudge). I hope the update next week is better.
I know it’s not your fault, you’re just the one who takes it.
    Thanks a lot,
    AdoAJ

  • Hi Grace,

Its nice to see some of the older PSP titles making it to the PSN. About Picking up Manhunt 2. I was wondering if you could answer a question if the UMD’s and DD’s are actually going to start releasing at the same time? I’m sure some has to read these comments. At least some kind of blog answering the angry post’s of most us PSPgo owners. Great titles are missing from the PSN and need to be pushed.

    Final Fantasy: Dissidia
    Metal Gear Solid: PO
    Tekken
    Phantasy Star Portable
    Star Ocean series
    The New Yu-gi-oh game?

Can you please tell me if any of these will hit the store in the next 3 weeks? If not i need to trade my PSPgo in and get some xbox games.

  • I bought a psp go and i’m very disappointed in how little is available for download!

  • This update sucks! What a load of Bulls**t.

  • Cool Avatars and Dynamic themes. Oh wait…

  • After last week’s update this is amazing, and yet it still feels like something is missing and the paid themes still are rather irritating.

  • Another really weak update. :(

  • i’d like to go into the store, but the boycott continues until:
    – store ticker can be disabled
    – number of store icons can be reduced back to a reasonable number (a single icon under PSN)

  • Hmm…still no Darkstalker Chronicles: The Dark Tower download…of all the games I have left, and even though the PSN had released them for download, only this one remains and yet they don’t release it?

    Jeez…

  • Do us all a favor, SCEA and go out of business. You fail to keep your customers by not listing to them. I hope that SCEA goes bankrupt next year!!

And to all you sarcastic Sony Fanboys here, kiss my a**!! Cause you know I am right and all of you are wrong.

  • sweet, no avatars……again….

    le sigh

  • Great! The PSP store is finally updated!

  • awesome! the psp and mediago stores look great!

  • Sorry Sony, but this update (and like many others as of late) are a mega disappointment.

Also, it would be great if the store was updated at a constant time. The PSP-Go release was a god-send for those of us waiting for the store update. You had everything ready to go for the whole day!

Avatars, premium and not, that you promised back at the 3.00 update, real killer not to have put anything to back that up yet other than saying “incoming” a while back.

And way to introduce dynamic themes, and barely put any out. Maybe even a freebie to try and convince hesitant theme-buyers?

Anyhow, that’s most of my gripes that have been building up. Notice, sounds just like hundreds of comments I’ve read?

Oh, one more thing. That Uncharted 2 theme was horrible. Seriously, a big game like that for you and you give it one of the worst themes I’ve ever seen.

  • I’m convinced that everyone that is whining about the lack of PSP games does not actually have a PSP Go! and are more than likely the same people who were complaining about the Go! before it’s launch. There are what? 160 or so games on the store right now? I can list 10 right now that are great and there is no way possible you could have played through all of them in the last two weeks.

  • @174: Uh… Sorry to break your “conviction” but I have a Go and I’m complaining about the lack of PSP games. I’ve already played most of the great older PSP games on my old PSP… so your argument is moot.

With that said, WHERE THE HELL IS DISSIDIA!?!?!

  • (f ;”w’) f Grace do you read your comments? And at least make a reply personally I would like a answer. At least some of the other blogs the writer makes replys. Do your job.

  • I think I just realized the reason for the crappy PS One games they put up. I think what theyr doing is giving is all the shi**y games first because they know alot of people will buy them anyway because there’s really no other choice. But if they give us all the good ones first then later down the road when there’s nothing left but the crap ones to put up on the store, then no one will buy them. I guess maybe they don’t, in a sense, blow their load too soon.

  • What happened to all new PSP games coming to the Go as well as UMD? I was going to buy Half Minute Hero this week… Lies do not make for happy customers.

Dear Sony US, you may be better than Sony EU (those guys are a total joke with their terrible store updates), but you are still doing a very poor job.

Next week, I hope to see Dissidia, Crisis Core, War of the Lions, and Half Minute Hero available for my Go. Thankyou!

  • So when is Dissidia Final Fantasy going to be on the update list?

  • Sony,

In all seriousness the firmware 3.0 seems like a disaster not only because of the many unsatisfied customers and the problems it has caused but because of the promise of new avatars and dynamic themes being seemingly forgotten.

Please shed some light on these new features that so far have been ignored since the update.

  • detuned is bizzare as hell, and mushroom wars was a bit confusing at first but yea that game rocks.

  • Am I the only person who’s still wondering why the US hasn’t gotten Trine yet? But #49 is right… with a copy of Demon’s Souls sitting on my shelf, it doesn’t really matter.

Still, somewhat of a weak entry for those with PSP downloads not on their radar… though I’ll more than likely pick up one of those Harvest Moon games eventually.

  • Well, this is certainly better than last week. I’m probably one of the last Tomb Raider fans in the world (though Underworld was pretty disappointing). Last Revelation is the best of the PSone lineup IMO, and it’s good to see more than 2 PSP games this week.

That being said, still waitin’ on FF8, Xenogears (in my wildest dreams), Gitaroo Man Lives, MegaMan Powered Up, Dissidia and Darkstalkers. I really really like the GO itself, but please give us better support for it.

  • Good update, but where are those PS1 classics. At least bring us the Ledgend of Dragoon. And where are the PSP releases of Final Fantasy games. Hurry up and get Crisis Core. I love how the PSPgo handles, but i miss my games. come on Playstation.

  • Will the US Store ever see a Free Dynamic Theme.
The UK and Japanese stores did?

If the US store is not receiving a Free Dynamic Theme, can someone from Sony please explain why?

  • Nice to see more PSP titles on the store.

HOWEVER, please do all that you can to get Lumines and/or Lumines II on PSN! It’s one of the all-time greats that new PSPgo owners can’t experience!

  • please release fighting force as a PS1 classic. that was a really good PS1 game. would love to play it again. made by eidos

  • You kids at Sony need to stop smokin the reefer before work in the morning!
If I put out TV shows or a film with the quality you put into your work I would have my job no longer than A day.
Today’s epic fails -from Sony- are…
Sony store not available in my country or region -Canada as of this morning! how do you expect to collect money from Canada last I checked it’s kind of a big place to not collect money from.
    2. HOME quit working Again.
Any idea when all this will be fixed?
I’ll grab a PSN card when it is.. glad I waited to play your newest game this time seca. I win.

  • If its on UMD then it should be on the PSN, no excuses. People say its not Sony’s fault but it is their fault. Its their fault for not planning properly to secure the digital rights to the content. I am a new PSP owner and I own a GO. I am taking back my GO today because of the lies Sony has made. BOYCOTT SONY!

  • Use the preview option on PS Store content, if you want to sell let us know about your products, I ain’t buying a game while browsing the store for it’s description, give us video and some images.

  • Virginia Tech theme please!!!!

  • Trine isn’t really going to happen, is it? However, still an awesome update! Any day with a Buzz Pack is a good day for me.

  • Just got a psp go and idk what game(s) to get..

  • Critty Crunch demo and Trine are out next week.

    Hope that helps.

  • There is a used market for PSone games and quite a few PSone games were released on PC.

Blood Omen, FF7, Breath of Fire IV and RE2 are all better on PC IMO.

  • BRING DISSDIA!!!!
