Grace,

I’ve been asking for almost a year..

But-

When will “HD” films have “HD” Audio?

Buying things for top price with only stereo sound is a bit.. well .. not too great.

Great additions to the psn! Could really use the Incredibles though! Sorry, but I have Up (in blu-ray) preordered from amazon for 19.99! Too bad there isn’t a way to use the included digital copy for both iTunes and psn.

stennex said:

November 9th, 4:02 pm

JUST REMEMBER THAT IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO YOUR PS3 AND YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO DE-ACTIVATE THE VIDEO ACCOUNT YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO WATCH ANY OF YOUR VIDEOS ON YOUR NEW PS3. YOU WILL HAVE TO CREATE A NEW USERNAME. I HAE SPOKEN TO SONY REPS AND THIS SITUATION REALLY SUCKS.

HEY JEFF IS THERE A WAY THAT SONY COULD CHANGE THE WAY IN WHICH THEY HAVE THE SYSTEM ACTIVATE AND DEACTIVATE I DOUBT A LOT OF GAMERS EVEN KNOW ABOUT THIS FEATURE?

plaztiksyke said:

Please, please fix the 24fps rendering for videos from the PSN Store and Netflix. The resulting video is all juddery, and my TV doesn’t detect the 3:2 cadence in the video stream either.

I will start buying videos again once this issue is fixed.

Thanks!

AceOfSpades725 said:

November 9th, 4:03 pm

Oh also, it would be awesome if psn and Disney made some dynamic themes!

Morac_ said:

November 9th, 4:03 pm

You shouldn’t call it a “purchase” because if your PS3 breaks you lose all your “purchases” because of the DRM.

You should call it long term renting, which more accurately described “purchasing”.

Personally I’d never purchase a video via the PSN because of the draconian restrictions. Amazon purchases can be downloaded to 2 devices at a time and streamed to unlimited devices. PSN videos can be downloaded to one device with no way to unregister that device and move your video to a different one.

liketoski said:

Holy crap! $20 for a HD download? I can get the Bluray on sale for that. And watch it on any bluray player.

TrueFFVIIFan said:

November 9th, 4:33 pm

I will not, under ANY circumstances, purchase your vidoes from Video Store because you are still insulting us with no optional subtitle available at the time of purchase! So, answer me this honest question rather than defending yourselves by saying “We are looking into this matter…” Blah. But answer me this: WHEN will you make this optional subtitle available??? Tell me when!

stennex said:

November 9th, 4:33 pm

Do not waste your money buying movies or else you will regret it when you PS3 has a problem and you cannot activate or deactivate the Video system. Stupid Sony. Why not allow me to be able to call into the center and have you deactivate it for me. No they say, i need to change my username which everybody already knows. I hope this situation happens to Jack Tretton and maybe then something will be done about it. For everything else especially streaming video PS3 rocks.
